This study introduces OLGA (Ocean Lomban Game), an innovative learning media integrating local wisdom to enhance marine ecology education for fifth-grade elementary students. Given the serious threats to global marine resources from human activities and climate change, early aquatic ecology and conservation education is crucial. OLGA incorporates the traditional Lomban Kupatan ritual from Tayu, Pati, emphasizing ecological balance and cultural heritage. Using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the research involved evaluating current curriculum needs, designing a storyboard, developing the game with MIT App Inventor and animation videos, and implementing it in a classroom setting. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted to measure effectiveness. The results indicated that OLGA significantly improved students' interest and performance in learning marine ecology. Validation by experts confirmed the media's suitability and effectiveness. Teacher and student feedback highlighted its practicality and ease of use, making OLGA a promising educational tool. The study concludes that OLGA effectively combines science education with local cultural elements to foster ecological awareness among students.

This research aims to examine the function, role and authority of the Ombudsman representative of Lampung The province accepts public complaints under the Ombudsman Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 37 of 2008. The thing that underlies this research is the alleged maladministration practices carried out by public service officials of Lampung Province regarding road infrastructure that has not been repaired. This research is a field research with a sociological juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the Ombudsman of Lampung Province has fulfilled his duties and obligations in accordance with Law No. 37 of 2008 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. Where all incoming complaints have been received, processed and submitted to the authorities in tackling this problem.

This research is entitled Application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model in Improving Writing Skills in Indonesian Language Learning with a focus on the application of project-based learning methods in improving students' writing skills. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning approach that emphasizes the active involvement of students through real projects that are relevant to everyday life. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the application of PjBL in improving students' writing skills in Indonesian language learning. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, analyzing ten scientific articles published in the period 2022 to 2024. The results showed that the implementation of PjBL significantly improved students' writing skills, as well as encouraged the development of creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. In addition, students reported increased motivation and engagement in the learning process. Nonetheless, challenges in implementing PjBL, such as the need for thorough preparation from teachers and effective time management, need to be considered. The conclusion of this study confirms that PjBL is an effective method to improve students' writing skills, and can be integrated in Indonesian language learning to create a more interesting and meaningful learning experience. The results of this research emphasize that PjBL is an effective, innovative and relevant learning method for equipping students with 21st century skills.

Digital management training has become the main need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digitalization. In Bengkulu, many MSMEs face challenges in adopting technology to improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and increase competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital management training on increasing the management capacity of MSMEs in Bengkulu. This training includes an introduction to digital technology, online marketing strategies, application-based financial management, and customer data management. The results of the training show that the implementation of digital management has a significant positive impact on productivity, business management, and MSME revenue growth. The study also highlights the importance of ongoing support from the government and the private sector in facilitating the adoption of digital technology among MSMEs.

Free Fire Battlegrounds, commonly known as Free Fire, is a popular game among children in Indonesia, as evidenced by previous studies. This game can lead to severe addiction among its users, particularly the younger generation, due to the excitement and curiosity it evokes. This study examines the correlation between Free Fire and students' learning interest, achievement, and aggressive behavior. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Banjaranyar from September to December 2022. The sample consisted of 30 sixth-grade students selected from a total population of 39 using the purposive sampling method. Data collection instruments included field observations, questionnaires, and documentation, and the data were analyzed using the correlational quantitative method. The findings revealed a correlation between Free Fire and students' interest in learning, with a decrease in learning interest corresponding to increased time spent playing the game with a significance value of .007. While learning achievement, measured through test scores, showed a decline in some students, the correlation was not statistically significant on a broader scale. In contrast, aggressive behavior among students tended to rise, with many exhibiting rudeness and frequent use of profanity, likely due to the influence of daily online gaming with a significance value of .004. In conclusion, the study found a correlation between Free Fire and students' learning interest and aggressive behavior, though it has a minimal overall effect on learning achievement. The results of this study can provide a foundation for parents and educators to reduce and manage the potential adverse effects of Free Fire.

In this digital era, in carrying out their activities humans will not be able to be separated from the use of technology that can help humans in completing their tasks or help humans meet their needs more easily, including the people of Indonesia. The low awareness of Indonesian people in terms of financial literacy will certainly have an impact on their ability to manage finances. This study aims to analyze the role of Financial Apps as a medium of financial management literacy education. The use of Financial Apps is increasingly widespread and provides convenience for people in managing finances. Through a literature study, this research reveals that financial literacy has a high relevance to financial management skills. Individuals with good financial literacy tend to be wiser in planning, managing and controlling their finances. In this case, Financial Apps play an important role in improving financial literacy by providing features that make it easier for users to record transactions, create financial reports, and analyze financial performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the organizational structure variable impacts the dependent variable of teacher performance and motivation, both individually and collectively at Cita Hati West Campus Christian Elementary School, Surabaya. The study used the correlational method of normality test, linearity, simple correlation, and multiple correlations were used to analyze the data as a research sample. using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Three findings of this study. First, this study found that organizational structure has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and motivation. Second, this study found that organizational structure has a positive and significant effect on performance. Third, The results of this study indicate that structure has a positive and significant effect on teacher motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational structure can affect teacher performance and motivation.

The decline in the marriage rate in Indonesia in the last decade is a complex phenomenon with many interrelated causes. The institution of marriage, once a strong tradition binding two individuals in a commitment to live together, has undergone significant changes in recent decades. The latest data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows a decreasing trend in the marriage rate nationally. In 2023, there will only be 1,577,255 marriages recorded in Indonesia, a decrease of 128,000 from the previous year. During the last decade, the marriage rate experienced a significant decline of 28.63 percent. In-depth research highlights the socio-economic factors, changes in mentality, and the influence of online mass media, especially social media, that play a role in this change. The influence of online mass media, particularly social media, is also a factor that cannot be ignored in understanding changing attitudes towards the institution of marriage. Social media has broadened access to information and facilitated communication between individuals in unprecedented ways. Not only does this change the way individuals interact and form relationships, but it also influences perceptions of traditional values such as marriage.

Acts of sexual violence have now become a crucial issue regarding the moral decline in society. Sexual violence is a situation where a person experiences harassment in the form of inappropriate words and physical contact without mutual consent, resulting in discomfort for the victim.In fact, Article 28B Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution states, 'Every child has the right to survive, grow, and develop, and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination.' However, in reality, many communities that still uphold patriarchal values often offer socially manipulative solutions, such as asking the victim to marry the perpetrator. Reflecting on this article, every human being has the right to be protected from acts of violence. However, the widespread sexual crimes against teenagers and the failure and injustice in handling such cases have become serious issues. Motivated by the spirit to prevent and address the problem of sexual violence, the service team implements sexual violence prevention education for the younger generation. This program is a child-friendly initiative that not only addresses sexual crimes but also serves as an educational platform. It is not limited to handling victims but also aims to break the vicious cycle involving teenagers as perpetrators of sexual violence. Therefore, this program is expected to answer, assist, and raise public awareness about the critical issue of sexual crimes in Indonesia.

Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI) launched QRIS on August 17, 2019, with its effective implementation starting on January 1, 2020. QRIS is a standard designed to facilitate payments through QR codes in Indonesia. This study examines the implementation of the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment system as a strategic innovation to drive the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rejosari Village. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, this study explores the impact of QRIS adoption on transaction efficiency, financial inclusion, and the competitiveness of local MSMEs. The research findings show that the implementation of QRIS significantly increased the volume of non-cash transactions, expanded access to digital financial services, and facilitated the integration of MSMEs into the digital economy ecosystem. Key challenges identified include the digital literacy gap among MSME players and the limitations of technological infrastructure in rural areas. This study concludes that QRIS payment innovation is a crucial catalyst in the digital transformation of MSMEs in Rejosari Village, with recommendations to enhance digital guidance programs and develop supporting infrastructure to optimize local economic growth potential.
