Religious education for children at TPQ Kandri Village plays a crucial role in shaping their personality and faith. This study discusses the implementation of religious values through various interactive and fun learning methods, allowing children to internalize Islamic teachings effectively at TPQ. The results show that the religious values implemented in the TPQ of Kandri Village children, such as mutual respect, worship, self-confidence, social discipline, discipline, honesty, respect for previous scholars, and the cultivation of the value of Ahlu Sunah Waljamaah teachings, succeeded in increasing their religious values. This activity was conducted in Kandri Village, Gunungpati Subdistrict, Semarang City. This research is expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of the approach applied in educating children in the TPQ environment, as well as its impact on the formation of their religious character.

Marketing strategies in the digital era are an important point for UMKM actors to market products both offline and online by utilizing social media platforms. The purpose of this socialization is to provide education about the importance of marketing strategies in the digital era and increase the marketing of UMKM products in a wider range. The method used is qualitative descriptive to explore information in depth about the topic of service. Activities include lectures, discussions, and outputs in the form of making pamphlets and mapping google maps. As a result of the implementation of this socialization, there is an increase in the reach of product marketing more widely through the distribution of pamphlets on social media and mapping of business locations on google maps. This activity succeeded in increasing participants' awareness of digital marketing strategies and providing insights into the use of social media to build branding for UMKM.

Sustainability report disclosure is becoming increasingly important for companies, and this can be seen from several perspectives, including corporate social responsibility (CSR), and investor confidence. This study aims to analyze the effect of disclosure of environmental, social, and economic performance on company mining sector on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. Using quantitative method with multiple linear regression through SPSS 25, the sample was taken with purposive sampling with a population of companies in the mining sector listed on the IDX. Sustainability report disclosure is measured using the GRI G4 index, while firm value is measured by Market to Book Value. The results show that environmental, social, and economic performance each has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant influence on firm value.

The purpose of the research  was to know about the perceptions of the Communication Science students of IISIP YAPIS Biak Papua, on the implementation of MBKM program. The method used of the research  was descriptive qualitative. The informants consisted of 2 which is the students from semester 5 that had participated the exchange program, which is L is from Batch 2 and R from Batch 3. The data collected by using interview. The data analyzed by using the theory of Miles and Huberman. The result of the research show that, the students perceived the MBKM program especially the students exchange program (1) has impacted their academic growth and1) has impacted their academic growth and give networking opportunities, (2) has the area for improving which is about the late of funding disbursement process, and (3) need to be recommended to other students in order to broaden their perspectives and networking.

Desa nelayan kampung Arar sebagian masyarakatnya berpenghasilan sebagai nelayan dan pedagang hasil laut. Permasalahan prioritas dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) Hasil laut yang diperdagangkan tidak laku terjual dan membusuk, 2) Pendapatan pedagang semakin memburuk, 3) Tidak adanya kemampuan dalam ekonomi digital, dan 4) Belum diterapkan inovasi teknologi informasi. Masyarakat kampung Arar belum menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalan tersebut. Selain itu masyarakat juga terkendala pada masalah teknologi yaitu kurangnya pemahaman nelayan terhadap sistem teknologi informasi, sebagian besar nelayan belum memiliki smartphone, dan keterbatasan jaringan internet bukan berarti tidak memiliki akses jaringan internet. Mestinya pada masa ini pemanfaatan teknologi merupakan hal yang sudah lazim pada semua aspek kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi berinisiatif membuat perubahan yang inovatif dalam bentuk teknologi informasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yakni dengan memberikan pendampingan dalam memasarkan hasil laut melalui teknologi digital. Dari hasil kuesioner evaluasi kegiatan diketahui bahwa peserta pelatihan dari jumlah total peserta 15 terdapat 9 orang peserta yang menyatakan pelatihan mengenai digital marketing ini mudah, 3 orang peserta yang menyatakan sedang, dan tidak ada peserta yang menyatakan sulit. Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing ini mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat pulau Arar khususnya yang tergabung dalam BUMDES. Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan adanya beberapa kendala, maka perlu adanya tindak lanjut bentuk pengabdian yang dilakukan di kampung Arar ini, yakni berupa akses internet yang memadai.

Achievement of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) in eleven Indonesian provinces in 2022 is still below the national target of 90%. The eleven provinces in question are West Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, North Kalimantan, Riau, West Kalimantan, West Papua, West Sumatra, Papua and Aceh.The type of research used in this research is descriptive observational research. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely monthly reports on the results of routine immunizations for babies. It was found that the majority of basic immunization coverage for babies born in January 2022 was higher than for babies born in January 2023. Coverage for basic immunization types for babies was highest in 2022. (73.3%) was obtained from Hepatitis B, BCG, and Polio 1 immunization. The highest coverage of basic types of infant immunization in 2023 was obtained from Hepatitis B immunization (73.3%). Hepatitis B immunization received a high score for babies born in January 2022. Coverage of basic immunization types for babies born in January 2022 for types DPT-HB-Hib 1, 2, 3, Polio 2, 3, 4, received 36.7% -73, 3%, and Measles-Rubella got 33.3%. The frequency of immunization against PVC-1 (23.3%), RV-1 (6.7%), and IPV-1 (13.3%) is still low due to not visiting posyandu and giving immunizations past the immunization deadline. The average value of basic immunization coverage for babies born in January 2023 (10%) is lower than babies born in January 2022 (43.3%) with a difference of 33.3%.

This research aims to investigate the influence of earnings management practices on the value relevance of accounting information in the Indonesian business environment. The research method used is qualitative with a library study approach and document content analysis. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with related parties such as auditors and financial managers, as well as analysis of the contents of documents in the form of financial reports and company meeting notes. The research results show that earnings management practices can reduce the value relevance of accounting information by affecting the quality of information conveyed in financial reports. Practices such as increasing revenue estimates or delaying expense recognition can cloud the picture of a company's true performance, which in turn affects economic decision making. These findings emphasize the importance of transparency and integrity in accounting practices to maintain the value relevance of accounting information for stakeholders. The implication of this research for accounting theory is the need to pay attention to earnings management practices within a broader theoretical framework regarding the integrity of accounting information. From a practical perspective, companies need to increase awareness of the importance of honest accounting practices and comply with applicable standards to minimize unethical earnings management practices. This implication is also relevant for regulators in strengthening regulations related to financial reporting in order to maintain the integrity of the capital market in Indonesia.

An interest in reading is very important for elementary school students because it is related to students' ability to read and process their insights. Of course, this is the task of educators to build interest in reading through various ways, one of which is by implementing the School Literacy Movement in schools.This research is intended to describe how to implement the school literacy movement in fostering students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Purut. The researcher also wanted to find out whether students' interest in reading in this school could grow along with the implementation of the existing program in the School Literacy Movement in schools and also describe the results of the implementation of the GLS program on students. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach that focuses on teachers, students, and school residents. The research instruments used in this study are observation guidelines, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation for data collection in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement on Students' Reading Interest in Schools. In conclusion, the school has implemented the School Literacy Movement in accordance with the stages that have been regulated in the GLS implementation guidelines.
