Amola Village is a village located in Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Generally, the people there work as farmers, gardeners and civil servants (PNS) as well as entrepreneurs. The method used in this community service activity is a focus group discussion with an interactive question and answer lecture between the servant and pregnant women which lasts for 40 minutes. The number of pregnant women is all pregnant women in Amola village, Binuang sub-district, Polewali Mandar district, with a total of 40 pregnant women. Before the educational activity was carried out, a pre-test was given and after the activity, a post-test was given using a questionnaire instrument containing 10 questions about balanced nutrition in pregnant women. This activity was carried out in Tanete Hamlet, Amola Village, Kec. binuang district. polewali mandarin. Maintaining a nutritional balance in pregnant women is very necessary so that the condition of the mother and fetus remains healthy by providing sufficient food containing carbohydrates and fats as a source of energy. And as a source of protein building blocks, you get a minimum addition of iron, calcium, vitamins, folic acid and energy. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in balanced nutrition. The method is carried out by providing education about balanced nutrition to pregnant women, carried out in Amola Village, Tanete Hamlet, Kec. Binuang Kab. Polewali Mandar. From the results of this community service activity, after being given counseling and given leaflets, pregnant women's knowledge increased after an oral evaluation was carried out.

Currently, businesses in Indonesia are dominated by MSME players. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars in driving the Indonesian economy. The current technological development is a good momentum in increasing the business development of MSMEs. The use of technology that is currently in demand by all circles is social media, in a business social media has a very important role in the development of a business. The business also cannot be separated from branding, because branding also plays an important role in creating a business identity. The existence of this progress requires MSMEs to adapt to existing challenges, the challenge in this era is how producers can sell or promote their various products in conventional ways and also digitalization. Competition that is quite tight in the current era of social media forces entrepreneurs to always develop their business. The purpose of this study is to implement the application of product branding and the use of social media for MSMEs in Rungkut Tengah Village during the KKNT. From this implementation, the author gets several final results, namely the creation of outputs such as the brand formed, logos, banners, packaging, google maps, and social media development.

<p><em>Information is an important part of communication between individuals and groups. Information is closely related to archive search. Archive searching is an important part of archive editing because searching allows researchers to find important information in archives. Based on the results of an archive search survey at one of the archival institutions, namely the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service, archive searches are still limited through Microsoft Excel and there are no other innovations. Seeing current technological developments, researchers offer solutions for searching archives through the AppSheet website at the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service. The purpose of this study, among others, is to find out how to use the AppSheet website, use the AppSheet website in related agencies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the AppSheet website. The research method in this study is a qualitative method through interviews and observation. The informants in this study were 4 archivists in related agencies. The results of the study show that how to use the AppSheet website consists of 22 steps. How to use the AppSheet website in related agencies include: 1) The features provided are quite easy to use. 2) Retrieval components that are fulfilled include: users, queries, documents, and matching. 3) The description is complete. 4) The retrieval step is quite easy. 5) Available metadata include: processing unit, file number, file number, description of archive information, time period, and amount. 6) Obstacles in the operation of the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives so far not all users can access and cannot be operated offline. 7) The solution for operating the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives is that later users who really need access to these inactive photo archives will be allowed to view them to get information to support their final thesis or assignment. In addition, active photos need to be placed on a flash disk to back up data. 8) There is no comparison with other applications. 9) Criticism and suggestions follow technology and regulatory developments in politics and law and features are added. Disadvantages of the AppSheet website include: users must understand technology and need to share links so that other users can access them. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara struktur modal dan likuiditas ditinjau dari profitabilitas pada subsektor industri bar di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “purposive sampling”. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi fenomena dimana likuiditas dan variabel struktur modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji lebih jauh mengenai determinan kebijakan dividen, dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap beberapa jurnal dengan tema yang sama. Di dalam penelitian ini data-data diperoleh dengan mengakses laman web Bursa efek Indonesia dan laporan statik, dengan mengambil data perusahaan yang konsisten terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018. Kebijakan dividen adalah kebijakan yang diambil oleh perusahaan untuk menentukan pembagian berapa besar keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan akan ditahan untuk menambah investasi di masa depan dan yang akan dibagikan kepada pemegang saham sebagai dividen. Maka dengan melihat data pada laman web Bursa Efek Indonesia diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa uji hipotesis Current Ratio, Debt to Equity, RETA, Leverage, Likuiditas, dan Profitabilitas perusahaam berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio sedangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Kampung Batara (Baca Taman Rimba) sebagai wadah belajar dan bermain bagi anak – anak yang putus sekolah dengan konsep alam berkeinginan agar dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas hingga ke manca negara. Kampung Batara ingin mengenalkan potensi desa, permainan tradisional, adat, kesenian tradisonal, makanan khas, dan kerajinan unik agar bisa menaikkan income masyarakat sekitar. Tetapi bahasa menjadi kendala utama karena untuk mengenalkan desa ke kancah Internasional tentunya harus memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang lancar dan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris bagi kelompok Karang Taruna agar memiliki bekal dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang mumpuni untuk mempromosikan kampung mereka. Metode yang digunakan yaitu role play, drilling, game yang menarik dan bervariasi, penggunaan gambar dan flashcard, pemutaran video, demonstrasi, serta field trip. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris para peserta yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata – rata nilai pretest dari 47.78 menjadi 71.11 pada nilai posttest. Para peserta menyatakan, mereka sangat antusias dan lebih termotivasi mempelajari bahasa Inggris.

The formation of interaction, communication, and collaboration between lecturers and students, and or students in assignment management during the Covid-19 period requires lecturers to change their pedagogy quckly through choosing the right strategy. This study aims to present information as a measure of the success of lecturers’ strategies in managing assignments to write books with ISBN as an implementation of the quality of academic services during the Covid-19 period. This cross-sectional descriptive survey research method was conducted on 128 fifth semester students of A-D class, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang, Academic Year 2020/2021, with 52 web-based questionnaires distributed online using the google form application, measured using 4 response point Likert data format without middle category, using 4 answer options: Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. The management of the assignments to write books with ISBN is very appropriate to do as a lecturer strategy to maximize the quality of academic services in curriculum development courses during the Covid-19 period.

Patient satisfaction is the same as the results of the assessment in the form of emotional responses ranging from feelings of pleasure or satisfaction obtained by patients because of the fulfillment of expectations or desires in using or receiving services. The impact of low patient satisfaction on services at outpatient registration is that it can cause a decrease in the quality of hospital services and result in a decrease in patient visits at the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the services of outpatient registration officers at Bhakti Kartini Hospital. The method used is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 106 respondents measured on 5 dimensions of service quality. From these studies it is known that the percentage of satisfaction to the dimensions of reliability 81.1%, responsiveness 84.9%, assurance 84%, empathy 79.2%, and the physical tangibles 82.1%. Thus, it is known that the level of patient satisfaction with the services of outpatient registration officers at Bhakti Kartini Hospital is 83% and those who are dissatisfied are 17%. Based on the results, the level of satisfaction obtained has not yet reached the minimum hospital service standard that has been set by Kepmenkes 129 in 2008 which is at least 90%.

Ikan tuna merupakan jenis ikan dengan kandungan protein yang tinggi dan lemak yang rendah. Daging ikan tuna dapat diolah menjadi fishnugget untuk memperpanjang masa simpannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesukaan Masyarakat Kampung Tanama terhadap nugget ikan tuna. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penilaian subjektif uji inderawi yang diambil dari hasil penilaian panelis yang meliputi penilaian aroma, warna, rasa, dan tekstur nugget.Skala untuk mengukur tingkat kesukaan adalah sangat suka, suka, biasa saja, tidak suka dan sangat tidak suka. Tes hedonik nugget ikan tuna ini menggunakan  70 orang panelis tidak terlatih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkat kesukaan nugget ikan tuna pada atribut aroma adalah 4.4 (suka),  warna adalah 3.9 (hampir suka), rasa adalah 4.1 (suka), daan tekstur  adalah 4.3 (suka) dengan skala kesukaan 1-5.
 

Pencanangan pendidikan karakter telah dimulai sejak 10 tahun lalu. Namun, hasil pelaksanaanya di sekolah belum diketahui secara pasti, sehingga diperlukan identifikasi mengenai problematika evaluasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Artikel ini bersifat deskriptif mengenai identifikasi bagaimana cara mengevaluasi keberhasilan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dengan tepat, sehingga nilai-nilai karakter tersebut secara nyata terinternalisasi dalam jiwa anak didik, tertampilkan dalam perilaku yang baik, dan akhirnya muncul sebagai habit (kebiasaan) yang membudaya. Beberapa faktor penyebab tidak berhasilnya implementasi pendidikan karakter sampai saat ini adalah (1) belum adanya model evaluasi pendidikan karakter sebagai pedoman operasional dalam melakukan evaluasi pendidikan karakter peserta didik secara tepat, efisien dan efektif, (2) pendidikan terlalu menekankan pada aspek intelektual sebagai ukuran keberhasilan, sehingga pembentukan karakter yang baik terabaikan, (3) tidak adanya penerapan pendidikan karakter secara menyeluruh, melainkan sekedar memenuhi kewajiban mengajar, tanpa mengetahui bagaimana seharusnya, (4) anak belum mendapatkan model yang dapat menjadi teladan, dan (5) derasnya informasi yang diterima anak tanpa penyaring. Beberapa langkah evaluasi pendidikan karakter yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi masalah utama evaluasi pendidikan karakter adalah (1) mendefinisikan atau memberi makna secara khusus pada karakter yang akan dicapai, (2) elaborasi terhadap substansi makna yang terkandung dalam karakter tersebut melalui suatu hierarki perilaku: moral knowing, moral feeling, dan moral action, (3) menyusun indikator hasil belajar yang harus dikuasai oleh anak sesuai tahap perkembangannya, (4) menjabarkan indikator karakter menjadi indikator penilaian dalam bentuk rubrik.
