This research was motivated by the performance of employees in the Provincial Revenue Service Office of the Tasikmalaya District who were less likely to experience good improvement. Therefore research is needed in order to find the factors that influence employee performance. Variables that are thought to influence employee performance are employee competence, employee work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employee competencies partially on employee performance, work discipline partially on employee performance, work environment partially on employee performance and employee competencies, work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The subject of this study was the Provincial Revenue Service of the Tasikmalaya Regency Region with a population of all employees in the scope of the Provincial Revenue Office of the Tasikmalaya Regency. sampling from the population using a random sampling system or random sample with 35 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program ver. 20. The results of this study indicate that employee competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and employee competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Provincial Revenue Service staff employees.

The Community Service Program of the Thematic Science KKN (Student Community Service) of Universitas Mayjen Sungkono in Mojowiryo Village. Mojowiryo Village is an agrarian village where the majority of the population relies on agriculture for their livelihood. As one of the villages with agriculture as the maineconomic pillar, the community of Mojowiryo Village often faces significant challenges in pest control, particularly from fruit fly pests (Bactrocera spp.), therefore, the introduction of pheromone technology is necessary to enhance the community’s understanding of environmentally friendly pest control methods. The method used in this community service activity is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which involves a participatory approach to learning and practice. The research sample consisted of 20 participants in a pheromone pest control training, characterized by their age, education level, land area, seasonal income, and farming experience. The research results show that the community of Mojowiryo Village strongly agrees with the use of pheromones and their benefits.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price perceptions, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at the HokBen Tangcity Mall in Tangerang. In this research, the population is consumers of HokBen Tangcity Mall in Tangerang. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the Non Probability Sampling technique using a Purposive sampling technique approach.The analysis tool used is SPSS 26. The results of the research are that perceptions of price, product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at the HokBen Tangcity Mall in Tangerang.

Drug abuse is still often found in the surrounding environment, especially among teenagers who are still at school. In Indonesia, drug abuse or illegal drugs is a use that is not for health but for recreation. Most drug users are among teenagers who are still at school, especially among high school students who can be said to be the time when teenagers are searching for their identity. The effect that drugs have on users will cause discomfort and can be psychologically disturbing for users. The aim of this research is to determine family social support for drug abuse. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The technique for determining informants uses a purposive technique with five key informants and five supporting informants. The research results show that the causes of drug abuse are caused by the environment, high curiosity and other external factors that encourage informants to abuse drugs. The impacts experienced by drug abuse are divided into two categories, namely physical impacts such as withdrawal, while psychological impacts such as slow work, carelessness and difficulty concentrating. Family social support has four supports, namely: informational, assessment, instrumental and emotional.

Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

The purpose of the study was to determine the most dominant playing technique skills and quality of playing techniques from the Manchester City Team. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with a descriptive method approach. The subjects used in the study were all players who played in the match between Manchester City against Sevilla in the group, RB Leipzig in the last 16, Bayern München in the last 8, Real Madrid in the last 4, and Inter Milan in the final. While the object of this research concerns playing technique skills such as: passing, shooting, dribbling, ball control, and heading.It can be concluded from the results of the analysis of the Manchester City team in five matches in the UEFA Champions League season 2022-2023, namely: The average percentage of the most dominant and best techniques used by the Manchester City team is passing 564 times (88%%), shooting 17 times (54%), dribbling 26 times (62%), ball control 427 times (96%) and heading 21 times (53%), The most dominant technique used by the Manchester City team in the five matches was the passing technique 2,818 times and the ball control technique was the technique that had the highest quality (96%) compared to other techniques, The average percentage of Manchester City team techniques against all opponents, seen from the percentage of playing technique skills, the Manchester City Team excels in all playing techniques such as passing (by 6%), shooting (by 20%), dribbling (by 16%), ball control (by 2%) and heading (by 6%).   Based on statistical data on all playing technique skills of the Manchester City team and their opponents, overall (first half, second half and full time) the percentage of Manchester City team playing techniques only lost in one aspect of the technique, namely heading techniques (by 1% in the second half) the rest were able to excel, both in the first half, second half, and in full time, this proves that the percentage of successful passing, shooting, dribbling, ball possession and heading techniques can have an influence on the final result of the match. But in addition to the techniques possessed by players, there are other factors that affect the outcome of the match, such as: game tactics, understanding of game strategy, formation and mental factors.
 

The P2TL rule is an abbreviation for the Collision Prevention Regulation at Sea, a rule that makes it easier for ships to sail safely and avoid the danger of collisions between 2 or more ships. The aim of this research is to explain the application of P2TL rules when ships are sailing to reduce the risk of collisions between ships and create safety in navigation on MV ships. Meratus Palembang. This research was carried out using quantitative descriptive statistical research methods. With data collection techniques based on the results of questionnaires, observations, literature studies related to P2TL regulations during maritime guard duty. Then the data was analyzed using SPSS calculations and described. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the P2TL rules were applied during maritime guard duty on the MV. Meratus Palembang has complied with established procedures. This is to ensure safety at sea by preventing accidents that could result in loss of life, damage to ships, and potential environmental pollution at sea.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work ability on the work performance of employees at the Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Bima City BKKBN employees. The results of the study show that work discipline and work ability significantly affect employee work performance. Good work discipline can improve employee performance, while adequate work skills also make a positive contribution to work performance. This finding provides practical implications for BKKBN management in an effort to improve employee work performance through strengthening discipline and developing work skills.

Warajaya Solve Techindo, an IT Solution company, relies heavily on the implementation of information technology to support its business processes. With numerous IT services sold and used by WaySolve, new risks or problems are bound to arise. Unfortunately, WaySolve currently lacks clear guidelines for problem management. The aim of this thesis is to create SOP related to problem management that CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo can use as a reference or standard for resolving IT issues. The SOP is developed using the ITIL V3 and COBIT 5 frameworks, as both provide activities relevant to the problem management process based on existing guidelines.This thesis involves several stages: Data Collection and Analysis, SOP Document Preparation, and SOP Document Adjustment. The outcome of this thesis includes two standard operating procedure documents for IT problem management, as well as two forms with six actors assigned roles in each activity.
