Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the recruitment and selection methods through the application of information technology at the Gunungsitoli Post Office. The objectives of this research are to understand the application of information technology in the recruitment and selection process, identify efforts that can be made to improve the effectiveness of technology implementation, and understand the challenges faced in implementing information technology. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data was collected through interviews with related parties at the Gunungsitoli Post Office. The results of the study indicate that the application of information technology has helped accelerate the recruitment and selection process, improved accuracy in selecting candidates, and facilitated the management of applicant data. However, there are still challenges such as limited human resources skilled in using technology and technical constraints affecting system smoothness. Therefore, efforts to increase effectiveness can be carried out through employee technology training and improving the technological infrastructure at the Gunungsitoli Post Office. The implementation of information technology in the recruitment and selection process needs continuous improvement to run more effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak:
In the era of globalization and increasing intensity of competition, public companies in Indonesia are required to develop internal strategies that are able to support sustainability and performance improvement in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style, work discipline, and compliance with the principles of good corporate governance (GCG) in companies that are members of the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is a normative qualitative approach with document study techniques, using secondary data in the form of annual reports, sustainability reports, and related academic literature. The results show that the application of transformational leadership styles, characterized by employee empowerment, innovation, and sustainable motivation, is significantly positively correlated with the implementation of a structured work discipline system and adherence to GCG principles. These findings confirm that the integration between effective leadership and organizational discipline is a strategic foundation in creating an adaptive, competitive, and integrity work culture. This research makes an important contribution to strengthening contemporary management theory and corporate governance practices, as well as becoming a reference for companies in building a superior internal management system.

Abstrak:
This study explores strategies to improve product purchase decisions on TikTok Shop through the use of brand ambassadors and advertising. With the rise of social commerce, TikTok Shop has become a vital platform for digital marketing, highlighting the need for effective promotion. The research examines how brand ambassadors and advertising influence consumer behavior. A quantitative method was used, involving a purposive sample of 100 TikTok Shop users. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, a PLS-SEM tool suitable for evaluating complex models and small samples. The measurement model assessed reliability and validity, while the structural model tested hypotheses. Results show that brand ambassadors significantly enhance consumer trust and perceived value, while advertising increases engagement and conversions. Both factors directly impact purchase intention and decisions, with intention acting as a mediator. The study concludes that combining brand ambassadors with targeted ads boosts product visibility and consumer confidence. These findings offer practical insights for businesses optimizing their TikTok Shop strategies

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran aset dan margin laba terhadap pertumbuhan berkelanjutan perusahaan (CSG) yang dimediasi oleh leverage. Penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh perputaran aset, margin laba, dan leverage terhadap CSG beberapa kali dilakukan, tetapi menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menawarkan model baru dimana leverage sebagai pemediasi hubungan perputaran aset dan margin laba terhadap CSG. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks ESG Quality 45 dengan periode pengamatan 2017 sampai dengan 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan alat analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil perputaran aset, margin laba, dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap CSG. Sementara itu, perputaran aset berpengaruh negatif terhadap leverage dan margin laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap leverage. Hubungan tidak langsung menunjukkan hasil yang identik, yaitu leverage memediasi perputaran aset terhadap CSG, tetapi arahnya negatif, serta leverage tidak mampu memediasi margin laba terhadap CSG.

Abstrak:
In 2021, the Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Health, made efforts to promote the vaccination program to the public. Therefore, the government needed to explain various aspects related to the program, such as the definition of vaccines, the purpose of vaccination, how vaccines work, recommendations for the public, program achievements, and the age limits for vaccine recipients. The vaccination campaign messages delivered by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health were represented through verbal and non-verbal expressions on posters. The COVID-19 vaccination educational posters contain messages encapsulated in the relationship between signs and expressive utterances. Consequently, this study aims to identify and describe the conveyed meanings within the COVID-19 vaccination educational posters using Peirce's Semiotic approach and Searle's Pragmatic approach. This research adopts a qualitative methodology. Data were collected from the texts and images featured in the posters. These texts and images represent meanings that form signs in the categories of icon, index, and symbol (semiotics), as well as directive illocutionary acts in direct speech (pragmatics). The COVID-19 vaccination educational posters serve as a strategy for the government to encourage public willingness to get vaccinated. From a pragmatic interpretative perspective, the semiosis of the overall poster content is demonstrated through direct utterances with affective perlocutionary force.

Abstrak:
In the current era of globalization, science and technology are developing rapidly. One example of very popular technology is gadgets. Gadgets have a positive impact on children's thinking patterns, such as helping them regulate the tempo when playing, designing strategies in games, and improving right brain abilities. Notwithstanding these benefits, the use of gadgets can have detrimental effects on children's development, with a heightened impact on teenagers. The radiation produced by gadgets can damage a child's nerve tissue and brain if used too often. More importantly, children become less mobile and are rarely exposed to sunlight, which affects their physical health. As a result, children tend to become less interactive, less creative, and more comfortable being alone with their gadgets. This can trigger individualistic attitudes and reduce feelings of concern for parents, friends and other people around them, as well as their physical health. Physical education and sports carried out in the right proportions can make children fitter, so they can remain active and productive.

Abstrak:
The increasing trend of environmental awareness among consumers encourages Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) to adopt environmentally friendly practices in their business activities. This study aims to identify the effect of green marketing on increasing MSME income in Jatiagung Hamlet. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale given to the entire population of 47 respondents. Statistical data processing uses SPSS to test validity, reliability, normality, and heteroscedasticity, as well as conducting hypothesis testing and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate a significant effect of green marketing on increasing income (R² = 0.210)—with elements such as environmentally friendly products, easily accessible prices and locations, recyclable packaging, and sustainability-based promotions proven to increase consumer appeal and expand the market. These findings provide recommendations for MSMEs in Jatiagung Hamlet to continue optimizing the implementation of green marketing to improve their financial performance and business competitiveness.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy but still face numerous challenges in enhancing their competitiveness in the digital era. Digital marketing serves as a key strategy in expanding market reach and improving promotional efficiency. This study aims to explore the role of digital marketing in supporting MSME growth through a case study of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program implemented in Sukamaju Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observations and interviews with MSME actors who participated in digital marketing training. The activities included socialization, seminars, and direct mentoring on utilizing social media, marketplaces, and engaging promotional content creation. The findings reveal that the digital marketing training program positively impacted the understanding and skills of MSME actors in leveraging digital technology. A total of 27 seminar participants expressed high interest in implementing digital marketing strategies in their businesses. Additionally, direct mentoring helped MSME actors formulate more effective promotional strategies.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In the digital era, technology-based services are a key factor in improving customer experience, especially in social security services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency participants who have used the Whatsapp Reminder service. Data was collected through questionnaire methods and direct interview sampling and then analyzed using the Smart PLS method. This Smart PLS analysis method used to analyze data is the value of Path Coefficients, P-value, and T-Statistics. The results showed that e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty. Thus, improving the quality of digital services and trust in the WhatsApp Reminder system contribute directly to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan customer loyalty. These findings provide implications for service managers for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants to continue to improve digital service quality and build customer trust in order to maintain loyalty in the long term.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 Surabaya for the 2019-202 period. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. To determine the financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 using financial ratio analysis techniques. The ratio analysis used in this study are liquidity ratios (current ratio, cash ratio and quick ratio), solvency ratios (DER ratio, DAR ratio and LTDtER ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover, receivable period turnover and inventory turnover) and profitability ratios (GPM, NPM, ROE, ROI and ROA). Quantitative data in this study are in the form of financial statements of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period. Based on the liquidity ratio, PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 in 2019-2023 experienced a significant increase from 2020-2023 and its liquidity was better in 2023. The financial performance of the solvency ratio of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period shows a healthy and stable condition. The financial performance of the activity ratio of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period shows efficiency in managing receivables and inventories, but the use and utilization of assets to generate income needs to be improved. The financial performance of the profitability ratio at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 is classified as unfavorable which can increase the Company's losses. In general, the Company's performance for the 2019-2023 period is less healthy.
