The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of educators and education staff at MTS Negeri 2 Jember using the interview method. Performance evaluation is an important aspect in measuring the performance of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of school management. This research uses interview techniques to collect direct data from stakeholders regarding their perceptions of the evaluation system implemented, challenges faced, and suggestions for improvement. The findings show that even though the evaluation was carried out formally, there are several aspects that still require improvement, such as communication, consistency of implementation, and understanding of evaluation metrics. Therefore, better research is needed, dissemination of evaluation criteria, and a more collaborative evaluation approach.

Collecting taxes is the main sources for countries to generate revenues to finance goverment expenditure and investments in human capital, infrastructure, and the provision of services for the society. Value added taxes (VAT) as one of collecting taxes process  to generate the government’s revenue. The  aim of this study is  to  find  out  the implementation of VAT collection at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya as State-Owned Enterprises is a mandatory VAT collector according to Minister of Finance Decree Number.30/KMK.03/2021 with last amended by Minister of Finance Decree Number.240/KMK.03/2022  and also to find out the obstacles during the implementation of VAT collection at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. Data collection methods by using interview methods, literature study methods, and documentation methods. The results of this study finds that the PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya has carried out the collection and deposit of VAT procedure. However, there were obstacles when preparing and uploading tax invoices in which the failures or rejections occurred due to internet network disruptions

This research aims to provide a perspective on the protection of the personal data of children which are in conflict with the law in cyberspace, stipulated in Article 19 jo 97 of Law No. 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. It is hoped that this research will provide a new perspective on the role and responsibility of judges in protecting children's personal data in cyberspace, which is not legally but morally defined. The legal issue of this research is the vagueness of the meaning of the phrase "any person" in Articles 19 to 97 of the SPPA Law. Whether the term "everyone" includes judges is still unclear. Here judges are also argued as subjects of the law and can be sanctioned or be held criminally liable. The research used normative or doctrinal. Statutory, case, and conceptual approaches were used. They employed qualitative analysis. It has been found that judges although not considered legal subjects in the context of the protection of children's data in cyberspace, must have moral responsibility in practices to protect children’s personal data in order to be in line with the mandate of Article 19 j.o 97 of the SPPA Law. This research is expected to have reformative implications and impact on judicial practices for better protection of the personal data of children in conflict with the law in cyberspace. Therefore, it could be argued that judges should no longer be exempted from possible legal liability when they fail to demonstrate caution in handling the personal data of children which are in conflict with the law as stipulated in Article 19 jo 97 of the SPPA Law.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi perspektif pelindungan data pribadi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di dunia siber sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 19 jo Pasal 97 Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Diharapkan penelitian ini membentuk perspektif baru menakar peran dan tanggung jawab hakim melindungi data pribadi anak di dunia siber yang selama ini kurang terdefinisikan secara hukum. Permasalahan hukum penyebab dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah adanya kekurangjelasan makna pada frasa setiap orang dalam Pasal 19 j.o Pasal 97 UU SPPA. Kurang jelas bahwa hakim termasuk dalam makna frasa setiap orang. Sehingga, hakim pun menjadi subjek hukum yang mematuhi dan dapat dikenakan sanksi, atau dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana berdasarkan pasal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif atau doktriner. Digunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan konseptual. Analisis bersifat kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hakim tidak dianggap sebagai subjek hukum yang melindungi data anak di dunia siber, terdapat implikasi moral dalam praktik agar menyesuaikan amanat Pasal 19 j.o Pasal 97 UU SPPA terkait perlindungan identitas anak. Penelitian ini diharapkan membawa dampak reformatif bagi praktik peradilan yang lebih melindungi data pribadi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di dunia siber. Hakim tidak lagi terkesan dikecualikan dari pertanggungjawaban pidana dalam pasal tersebut. Identitas anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum diperhatikan hakim untuk tidak dicantumkan dalam putusan pengadilan yang melarang hal itu sebagaimana rumusan Pasal 19 j.o Pasal 97 UU SPPA.

Software testing is a critical phase in information system development to ensure the system's quality and reliability. This study aims to evaluate the reliability and functionality of PT Perta Sakti Abadi's financial information system using the black-box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) technique. This technique allows input data to be grouped into valid and invalid categories, minimizing test cases without reducing testing coverage. The testing focuses on the login feature as the system's primary component by evaluating various input combinations. The testing scenarios include boundary conditions to ensure the system handles inputs correctly in various situations.The results indicate that the system successfully verifies valid credentials, rejects access with invalid data, and provides informative error messages. Additionally, the system demonstrates resilience in handling testing scenarios, including inputs with special characters and empty fields. Input validation mechanisms function optimally, supporting secure user access and ensuring the login feature aligns with functional specifications. This successful testing forms a strong foundation for testing other modules, such as multi-level authentication and data encryption. Thus, the Equivalence Partitioning technique within the black-box testing method proves effective in enhancing the quality of web-based financial information systems.

Verbal and non-verbal politeness in Japanese cultural business ethics given to PT PRPP Central Java staff as part of tourism business actors can improve service with hospitality in accordance with the transformation of PT PRPP Central Java into a Tourism Holding Company. This excellent service can be realized with verbal and non-verbal services from a blend of Indonesian and Japanese politeness. As a result of the training from verbal practice in Japanese culture, the training staff consisted of 23 participants consisting of operational managers, HRD managers, cashier supervisors, marketing supervisors, marketing staff, general affairs supervisors, Public Relations, security coordinators, security members, electrical mechanic coordinators, freelancers tickets, and internship participants at PT PRPP, based on the results of a questionnaire via google form after being given training, it can be concluded that participants can learn to introduce themselves by using the ending desu or masu in the use of greeting sentences 'good morning' by saying ohayou gozaimasu, not pronounced with ohayou. When introducing themselves, the staff can say sentences, such as ….. desu or …. to moushimasu ‘I ……’. Non-verbal polite service, staff can do ojigi or 'bow' to show courtesy to others while exchanging business cards or meishi as part of the Japanese culture of business ethics. In addition, the staff can practice writing their own names in Japanese characters using katakana letters as evidenced by uploading the name card files that all participants have made

This community service was carried out with the aim of reducing the risk of landslides by planting 100 albasia tree seedlings in areas prone to landslides. This activity involved the entire community of Pamarican Village, along with Galuh University KKN students. Through the preparation stage, socialization, training, and active participation of the community, this reforestation activity succeeded in having a positive impact. In addition to potentially reducing the risk of landslides, tree planting also provides ecological and economic benefits, such as water management, improved air quality, and potential income from sustainable forest products. With collective awareness and community involvement, it is hoped that steps to anticipate flood disasters can be more effectively carried out, maintain a healthy environment, and create sustainable environmental sustainability in Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengkaji kelayakan dan menguji peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa menggunakan bahan ajar digital ApFluiDa pada materi fluida dinamis dengan pendekatan flipped classroom terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Rembang. Model penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian dengan menggunakan 5 langkah yaitu: (1) Analysis; (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 dan XI MIPA 4 SMA N 2 Rembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data produk yang dikembangkan berupa analisis kelayakan media, analisis tanggapan guru dan siswa, analisis data awal uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dan analisis data akhir berupa uji t serta N-gain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital ApFluiDa layak digunakan dengan rerata persentase kelayakan oleh ahli media sebesar 93,03% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan rerata persentase kelayakan oleh ahli materi sebesar 94,75% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Bahan ajar ApFluiDa efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Rembang, Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai sig. ? 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan antara pretest dan postest pada kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain diperoleh N-gain score 0,62 (cukup efektif) pada kelas eksperimen. Artinya penggunaan bahan ajar digital ApFluiDa dengan pendekatan flipped classroom efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa.

This research aims to map the strategies used by teachers in fostering noble morals in students at Negeri 74 Bandung Junior High School, especially to overcome the problem of juvenile delinquency which often occurs. This research approach is qualitative using the case study method. Data collection techniques used include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Primary data was obtained through interviews with teachers and related parties, while secondary data was collected from various relevant literature. To analyze the data, this research applies steps such as data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification which ensures the validity of the findings. The data validation technique used is triangulation. The results of this research show that the moral development strategies implemented in schools include: The five-minute movement program for reading the Al-Qur'an before studying, extracurricular reading and writing of the Al-Qur'an, the habit of doing dhuha prayers in congregation, express Islamic boarding schools, Islamic studies, connecting lesson material with good morals, as well as providing rewards and coaching. The strategies through these programs are quite effective in dealing with various forms of student delinquency. These findings highlight the importance of the proactive role of teachers and close collaboration between schools and parents in creating an educational environment that is conducive to the development of better student morals

This research conducts a comparative study on the performance of modern JavaScript frameworks - React, Angular, and Vue.js - in the context of web application development. Using an experimental approach, this study measures various performance aspects including rendering time, bundle size, page load time, and memory usage. The research method involves developing web applications using all three frameworks in different scenarios, as well as interviews with experienced developers. Results show that Vue.js excels in rendering speed and memory efficiency, React demonstrates superiority in handling large-scale dynamic updates, while Angular offers a robust structured architecture. This study also reveals the importance of non-technical factors such as learning curve and community support in framework selection. In conclusion, the selection of an optimal framework should consider project-specific needs, team expertise, and long-term organizational goals. This research provides valuable insights for developers and organizations in choosing the appropriate JavaScript framework for their projects.

Pati Angkrik as a local tuber food offers significant potential opportunities in improving community welfare. Pati Angkrik, which belongs to the group of tubers, can be processed into various processed food and beverage products. And the challenges faced by Pati Angkrik MSMEs include limited raw materials, limited human resources, time requirements, and ineffective marketing access, making the development of Pati Angkrik MSMEs also experiencing obstacles. Triharjo Village, Gemuh District, Kendal Regency, has the Pati Angkrik micro and small and medium enterprise (MSME) as one of the community businesses in Triharjo Village. However, there are challenges and opportunities it faces. The aim of this service is to provide MSME development to the challenges and opportunities faced by Pati Angkrik MSME actors in Triharjo Village, so that they can help Angkrik starch MSME actors by replacing more modern packaging and designing packaging for Angkrik starch MSME products. This devotion uses method Participatory Action Research is a method of raising public awareness regarding potential and existing problems and encouraging community participation in change activities that will be implemented. This service has succeeded in providing development for pati angkrik MSMEs by changing product packaging to modern packaging and creating packaging designs, so that the development of pati angkrik MSMEs can benefit the angkrik starch MSMEs in Triharjo Village.
