This research was conducted in Bungaraya Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The aim was to determine the learning motivation of elderly people in the literacy program in Bungaraya Village, and to determine the results of the literacy education program in Bungaraya Village. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. With a total of seven subjects coming from the community, with the condition that subjects other than village people include transmigrants who have lived in the village for decades, and are deemed capable of defining and explaining a problem solving process based on existing facts. The theories used are social action theory and motivation theory. Field research found that the learning motivation of elderly people in literacy programs is quite high and the results of literacy programs are very effective in eradicating cases of illiteracy. The government, administrators and tutors work together to continue efforts to eradicate illiteracy. The literacy program is an effective step for the government to always pay attention to its people in social, development and educational matters.

Wonosobo one of the regions in Central Java that is experiencing a waste emergency. The lack of public awareness of in managing waste before disposal has an impact on the burden that must be received by the environment to accommodate the waste generated by the community. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to see how the Accuracy of Policy Implementation Wonosobo District Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2016 (Article 13 Concerning Solid Management) with 5 accuracy theory according to Riant Nugroho, as well as describe supporting and inhibiting factors through Van Meter and Van Horn theories. The results showed that the implementation of this waste management policy has not been right policy, the right target, and the right process. Factors that are considered to hinder the implementation of solid waste management policy are resources, structure and objectives, social, economic and political conditions. Recommendations that can be given for the Wonosobo Environmental Agency to be more massive in socializing waste management policies, improving the quality and quantity of supporting facilities in waste management, improving waste processing facilities and infrastructure, and collaborating with the private sector.Kabupaten Wonosobo saat ini menjadi salah satu wilayah di Jawa Tengah yang mengalami darurat sampah. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah sebelum dibuang berdampak pada beban yang harus diterima oleh lingkungan untuk menampung sampah yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Ketepatan Implementasi Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Wonosobo Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 (Pasal 13 Tentang Penanganan Sampah) dengan teori 5 ketepatan menurut Riant Nugroho, serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat melalui teori Van Meter dan Van Horn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penanganan sampah ini belum tepat kebijakan, tepat target, dan tepat proses. Faktor yang dianggap menghambat implementasi kebijakan penanganan sampah yaitu sumber daya, struktur dan sasaran, kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Wonosobo lebih masif dalam mensosialisasikan kebijakan penanganan sampah, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas fasilitas penunjang dalam pengelolaan sampah, memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana pengolahan sampah, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak swasta.

Darma Bakti Kindergarten is one of the levels of early childhood education in the form of formal education that provides educational programs for children with an age range of 4-6 years. Data collection or data management, especially student and teacher data, are currently partly not computerized, namely still recording data in ledgers and some using computerization, namely using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. However, it allows data in the ledger to be prone to loss and tearing, data input errors, repetition of data input (Data Double), loss of data, data searches that take a long time, ineffective data reporting because the reported data process must be typed one by one. first. The purpose of this research is to build a data information system for students and teachers using the Java programming language and MySQL database. At this writing the author uses qualitative methods, and the information system design method used is the waterfall method. With the design of this information system, the problem of data collection in TK Darma Bakti Depok can be resolved.

Bawang merah merupakan tanaman hortikultura unggulan dan telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Komoditi hortikultura ini termasuk kedalam kelompok rempah tidak bisa disubstitusi dan berfungsi sebagai bumbu penyedap makanan serta bahan obat tradisional. Tanaman bawang merah merupakan sumber pendapatan bagi petani dan memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi pada beberapa wilayah. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara eksportir bawang merah di dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi nutrisi POC dan macam media terhadap bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konsentrasi POC terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara macam media tanam terhadap Pertumbuhan bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan 11 Desember  2021 sampai  5 February 2022. Bertempat Digreenhouse universitas islam kadiri-kediri, kelurahan maniserenggo, kota kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perlakuan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor dan setiap faktor di lakukan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah macam media dengan 3 level yang di lambangkan (M) dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi POC nasa yang dilambangkan (D) yang di ulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi konsentrasi nutrisi POC dan macam media media tanam pada variabel pengamatan jumlah daun di umur tanaman 35 hst hasil uji lanjut DMRT rerata terpanjang 46.80 cm .Pada perlakuan tunggal konsentrasi nutrisi POC ada pengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter jumlah daun umur 35 hst dengan rerata tertinggi 38.16 helai, sedangkan  Perlakuan tunggal macam media tidak ada pengaruh.

This study aims to determine and analyze what factors can influence a Purchase Decision (study at Elegant Soes Bukittinggi store). The population in this study are customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store, especially those who live in the city of Bukittinggi with a total sample of 100 respondents who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Primary data collection uses questionnaires distributed to customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store and secondary data collection uses literature studies from reading sources such as books, journals, websites and articles related to research. The results of hypothesis testing in this study state that all hypotheses can be accepted, where the Consumer Behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. This Purchase Decision identifies that the higher the usefulness of the product and the suitability of the product to the consumer's purchase value, the higher the value of the purchase decision and the Online Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable, this indicates that the higher the intensity of online promotions carried out by the Elegant Shoes store it can improve the purchasing decisions made by consumers.

The most significant company assets are Human Resources (HR). Talent management is very important to attract and maintain competent employees. The purpose of this study is to see the challenges of talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era. Qualitative methods in the form of literature reviews are used in this study. Literature research was conducted by examining in six publications on talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era published in national and international journals between 2017 and 2021. The greatest difficulty for human management during Pandemic, according to the results of the analysis, was that organizations and businesses in the whole world are currently facing a very volatile situation. The organization must respond and adapt to changes, and manage their workforce, in the context of global change brought by the plague. Therefore, the organization must constantly try to be proactive to deal with reality that is always changing and unpredictable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas dari penerimaan pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota semarang pada tiga tahun terakhir. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif.Data yang diteliti merupakan data target serta realisasi penerimaan pajak reklame pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai dari BAPENDA Kota Semarang yang pada posisinya berkaitan dengan topik penelitian yang dilakukan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas Pajak Reklame Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Semarang dalam tiga tahun terakhir kurang efektif                              

It has become public awareness that education is a means that human beings use throughout their lives to transmit and transform values as well as knowledge. Due to its strategic roles in transmitting and transforming values and knowledge, education also plays a very important role in instilling and developing the nation's character. Character education is important for the human's life so that the role education plays is not only limited to showing moral knowledge but also loving and willing to take moral actions.

Sosialisasi tentang pendidikan seksual pada anak remaja bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi seksual bagi remaja dan  memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya memahami masalah seksualitas. Kegiatan dilakukan di sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Bambel kecamatan Bambel Aceh Tenggara. Jumlah dari peserta yang telah mengikuti sosialisasi berjumlah 35 siswa, dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2021. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang di laksanakan di sekolah agar siswa  memperoleh  informasi pengetahuan  pendidikan seksual dan mengerti akan dirinya dan seksualitas serta peserta didik dapat memahami tujuan dari pendidikan seks adalah untuk mencegah dari semua tindakan pelecehan seksual.
