The purpose of this research is to reveal Arabic language learning through an Arabic language intensification program based on using the peer tutoring method. The problem in this study is that students in the Arabic language education study program at the Darul A'mal Islamic Institute of Lampung as Arabic language learners have uneven Arabic language competencies, this is due to different educational backgrounds including modern Islamic boarding schools, Salaf, and non-Islamic boarding schools. The method used in this study is field research supported by data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, all data obtained are studied using anthropolinguistic theory. The main data sources in the study are management, lecturers, and students. This study succeeded in revealing that the success of the implementation of the peer tutoring-based Arabic language intensification program is supported by implementing three aspects, namely performance, indexicality, and participation, where this concept emphasizes the implementation of active interaction between lecturers and students in the Arabic language learning process and practicing Arabic by involving socio-culture and native Arabic speakers in it. Then the factors that support the success of students in learning Arabic are having grammatical competence, communicative and pragmatic competence, as well as Arabic language skills, namely istima', kalam, qiro'ah, and kitabah.

This research discusses the legal process against children who commit indecent crimes and the role of rehabilitation as a recovery effort based on Decision Number XXX/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN Mgg. This investigation uses normative and empirical legal methods by analyzing laws and regulations and judicial practices against children. This investigation purposes to examine the role of the prosecutor in determining the boarding school as a place of rehabilitation and assess the suitability of the prosecutor's charges with the provisions of juvenile criminal law in Indonesia. The findings showed that prosecutors play an important role in determining the form of rehabilitation by coordinating with community supervisors, considering the best interests of the child as stipulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System (UU SPPA). The selection of pesantren as a place for rehabilitation reflects an educational approach that not only punishes, but also shapes the morals and character of children so that they can return to society in a better condition. This rehabilitation also provides access to education and guidance in an environment that supports the mental and social recovery of children and prevents repetition of criminal acts.

The primary objective of this activity was to enhance students' understanding of the critical importance of instilling and practicing the values of Pancasila as a means to confront the growing threat of radicalism in the era of globalization. This event was conducted at Muhammadiyah Seyegan Vocational School and engaged 25 twelfth-grade students in a dynamic and interactive dialogue session. The program featured a knowledgeable resource person who delivered an in-depth presentation on a specific theme, which was followed by an engaging discussion to explore and reflect upon the key points shared. The outcomes of the dialogue revealed that the values embedded within Pancasila are not only foundational but also remain highly relevant and applicable in addressing contemporary challenges. This initiative sought to provide students with a clearer understanding of Pancasila as a comprehensive national worldview, a philosophical cornerstone of Indonesia, and a guiding principle for governance and citizenship. Beyond theoretical understanding, the activity encouraged participants to internalize Pancasila's principles in their daily interactions and decisions, fostering a commitment to embody these values in their personal lives, within their families, in community settings, and in their contributions to national and state affairs. Through this approach, the program aimed to cultivate a sense of responsibility and pride in upholding Pancasila as a unifying and protective force against radicalism

Intellectual property, which is a form of human thought that a person must benefit from in the form of moral rights and economic rights, has had various forms over time. Where one of the forms of Intellectual Property is Traditional Knowledge which is an idea and ideas contained in the community that contains local value generated based on experience passed down from generation to generation. This Traditional Knowledge is widely found in countries that have a variety of ethnic groups and cultures including Indonesia and India. Because Traditional Knowledge is a form of intellectual property that must be protected by the state, a regulation / legal instrument is needed to regulate it. Also at this time there is an actual phenomenon of piracy of natural resources and Traditional Knowledge owned by local communities for commercial purposes called biopiracy. Indonesia and India have several regulations to overcome the practice of biopiracy where the two countries have different characteristics and instruments in terms of implementing the Nagoya Protocol. Although Indonesia has ratified the Nagoya Protocol, the implementation of Indonesia is still lacking in several things such as institutions, legal instruments, and inventory of Traditional Knowledge owned by Indonesia compared to the Nagoya Protocol. Although Indonesia has ratified the Nagoya Protocol, the implementation of Indonesia is still lacking in several matters such as institutions, legal instruments, and inventory of Traditional Knowledge owned by Indonesia compared to India which has been better than some of these aspects.

Abstrak:
Cibanjaran River is one of the rivers located in the Galunggung Mountain area, with abundant sand sources, so there is sand mining. Cibanjaran River experiences the impact of mining, one of which is sedimentation. This study aims to determine the mass and mass distribution of bed load of Cibanjaran River from upstream to downstream. It also analyzes the gradation of basic sediments, sediment transport with the Schoklitsch method (1935), and simulations using HEC-RAS 6.5 software. Based on the results of the study, the upstream bottom sediment is poorly graded gravel with sand, the middle is well-graded sand with gravel, and the downstream is poorly graded gravel with sand. It has a specific gravity of 2.75 - 2.8. The mass transport of bottom sediment using the Schoklitsch calculation method is upstream 22,383.53 tons/day, middle 7,844.56 tons/day, and downstream 10,561.30 tons/day. While the results of the HEC-RAS 6.5 simulation produced a mass of sediment transport in the upstream Sta. 10833, which is 26,217.41 tons/day, in the middle of Sta. 6399 is 4,502.31 tons/day, and downstream Sta. 13 is 10,517.47 tons/day. The results of calculations and simulations can be a reference in strategic planning to mitigate the impact of sedimentation, so it is necessary to control mining activities and optimize sediment control infrastructure to maintain the sustainability of the river ecosystem and minimize negative impacts on surrounding communities.

This training aims to improve motoric movements and exercise, especially Zumba exercises, for health and to increase people's interest because Zumba exercise can improve motor skills. It is hoped that this training will increase public knowledge about the importance of physical fitness and exercise in increasing VO2 Max. The training carried out is face-to-face training with a descriptive approach. To achieve motor movement, VO2 Max, this training uses quantitative descriptive research methods where researchers are directly involved in actively meeting, observing, and analyzing participant data regarding the value of Zumba exercise and motor movement before doing Zumba exercise and after doing Zumba exercise. The results of this activity showed an increase of 54.29% based on the pre-test and post-test. Components that influence this increase include the benefits of motoric movements, heart rate, calories burned, VO2 Max value, and its benefits for the body. Through energetic Zumba gymnastics, it can encourage motoric movements which can then increase the VO2 Max value. The VO2 Max value is one of the indicators of physical fitness and the effectiveness of the exercise performed.
