This thesis discusses the authority of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) as external supervisors in the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Mlirip Village, Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the role of NGOs in supervising the management of village budgets, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness and obstacles faced by NGOs in carrying out their supervisory functions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis related to village budget management in Mlirip Village. The results of the study indicate that NGOs have the authority to supervise the planning, implementation, and accountability of the APBDes through various supervisory mechanisms, such as social audits, counseling, and advocacy. However, in practice, NGOs face various obstacles, including lack of community participation, limited resources, and bureaucratic obstacles. Nevertheless, the role of NGOs as external supervisors remains important to encourage transparency and accountability in village budget management, as well as to ensure that the village budget is used in accordance with the needs and objectives that have been set. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective village budget supervision mechanisms in the future.

This study presents the results of a survey conducted to analyze the impact of packaging training on the home industry of Samiler crackers in Mojojajar Village. A questionnaire was distributed to 25 respondents, including both consumers and producers of Samiler crackers. The findings reveal that 100% of respondents have purchased Samiler crackers, with 50% indicating that packaging is very important in their purchasing decisions. Additionally, 83.3% of respondents are willing to pay more for better packaging, highlighting the awareness of the importance of packaging quality. While many respondents find the current packaging design attractive, there is a need for improved information provided on the packaging. Recommendations for further development include enhancing packaging design, increasing awareness of government support for SMEs, and providing ongoing training on packaging techniques. This initiative is expected to contribute to local economic development and improve the welfare of the Mojojajar community.

Penelitian ini dilakukan sintesis nanopartikel menggunakan metode hydrothermal. Metode hydrothermal adalah proses pembentukan material dengan penggunaan air pada suhu rendah dan tekanan tinggi untuk merubah struktur kristal dan membentuk material nano-struktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan karakteristik nanopartikel TiO2, Al, dan Zn yang disintesis menggunakan metode hydrothermal.  Sejumlah senyawa Co(NO3)2.6H2O dan Ni(NO3)2.6H2O digunakan pada penelitian ini. Setelah tahap dispersi sampel akan dimasukan ke dalam reaktor autoclave. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode hydrothermal yaitu dengan pemanasan tinggi dengan suhu 150 ? dalam waktu 24 jam. Selanjutnya sampel akan dikarakterisasi dengan metode pengujian SEM untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan nanopartikel. Hasil pengujian SEM sampel TiO2 memiliki bentuk seperti bongkahan yang tidak teratur dan memiliki ukuran yang cukup bervariasi. Pengujian SEM sampel nanopartikel Al menunjukan bentuk yang teratur serta berukuran kecil. Morfologi nanopartikel Zn memiliki bentuk yang sangat kecil dan halus terdapat beberapa partikel yang memiliki ukuran lebih besar dan kurang teratur. Dengan salah satu yang dapat disimpulkan Nanopartikel TiO2, Al, dan Zn, berhasil disintesis dengan metode hydrothermal dan menggunakan Zn(NO3)2.6H2O, Al(NO3)3.9H2O, serta TiO2  sebagai bahan baku dan terjadinya perubahan warna pada sampel pada setiap tahap yang dilakukan. Sampel memiliki warna yang beragam sehingga pada tahap awal menjadi larutan berwarna kuning pekat dan setelah menjadi nanopartikel menjadi hitam.

The issuance of Minister of Trade Regulation Number 31 of 2023 concerning Business Licensing, Advertising, Guidance, and Supervision of Business Actors in Electronic Commerce is the Indonesian government's effort to regulate digital trading activities, including those conducted through social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop. This regulation aims to create a balanced trade ecosystem, ensure fair competition, and protect micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the midst of rapid technological advancements. However, the implementation of this regulation also raises challenges, particularly for MSME actors who rely on social commerce platforms as a marketplace. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the regulation on TikTok Shop and its implications for MSME development in Indonesia. The analysis is conducted by examining the content of the regulation and its effects on various stakeholders in the e-commerce ecosystem.

In the era of globalization and intense business competition, the quality of products and services is crucial for competitiveness, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) like Angkringan, a traditional culinary business in Indonesia. The article explores Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategy for these businesses to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. The study involved direct interviews with the owner of Angkringan D’Amerta to analyze TQM application covering quality control procedures, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Results indicated a deeper understanding of customer preferences and the importance of maintaining quality standards through the training of staff and development of operational procedures. The findings suggest that effective quality management can significantly enhance business performance and customer engagement in the digital era. The paper advocates for routine training, implementation of standard operating procedures, and regular quality assessments to ensure consistent service and product quality.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of concurrent government affairs in regional governments based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Regional autonomy gives regions the right to manage and regulate their own government affairs, including the division of authority between the central, provincial, and district/city governments. However, the implementation of this division of authority is often faced with challenges, such as conflicts of authority between the central and regional governments, as well as the impact of changes in authority from district/city to province which result in increased budget burdens. This study uses a legislative and conceptual approach, with data collected through literature studies. The results of the study show that although Law Number 23 of 2014 provides a clear legal basis, implementation practices in the field are often not aligned, causing dissatisfaction and slowing down development. Conflicts of authority, unclear division of tasks, and differences in interpretation of regional authority worsen this condition. Therefore, this study suggests the importance of close cooperation between the central and regional governments, as well as the need for clearer and more uniform guidelines in policy implementation, in order to realize an effective and efficient government system.

This study aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education and academic support on green entrepreneurial intention, analyzing the role of mediation green entrepreneurial orientation between entrepreneurship education and academic support of green entrepreneurial intention. This study is a quantitative study.  The sample of this study were 395 student Faculty of Economics and Business at three universities in Indonesia, namely the Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), and the Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). Analysis techniques use modeling Structural Equation Models. The results of the study state that entrepreneurship education and academic support influence green entrepreneurial intention. Besides that, green entrepreneurial orientation can mediate between entrepreneurship education and educational support for green entrepreneurial intention. The implications of this study are to help educational institutions in designing programs from the curriculum side, increasing academic support and collaboration with industries that focus on green entrepreneurship. In this context, educational institutions are more effective in encouraging students to have the intention to engage in green entrepreneurship, so that they can contribute to sustainable development.

Introduction: The evolution of radio journalism in Indonesia provides critical insights into its historical, technological, cultural, and political significance. As a medium, radio has been a cornerstone of public discourse and democratization, particularly during transformative periods such as the Reform Era. This study examines the evolution and contemporary challenges of radio journalism, with a specific focus on the operational realities of private radio stations in Indonesia.

Methods: This research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining in-depth interviews with radio managers and surveys targeting radio station managers. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the sustainability, quality, and adaptability of radio journalism.

Findings: The findings indicate that increased press freedom has facilitated more diverse and independent journalistic practices. However, the sector faces significant challenges in adapting to the demands of a rapidly evolving media ecosystem. Digital disruption has created an urgent need for multi-platform strategies, yet many stations lack the technical expertise and resources required for full adaptation. Additionally, the scarcity of trained journalists and editorial teams limits the production of high-quality, independent journalism, undermining public trust in radio as a credible medium.

Originality: This study presents a groundbreaking exploration of the evolution of radio journalism in Indonesia, offering a comprehensive perspective that seamlessly intertwines its historical roots with the pressing challenges of the modern media era. By examining the sector’s regulatory and economic pressures, it sheds light on the structural and operational hurdles faced by radio journalism while uncovering innovative strategies for navigating the disruptive forces of digital transformation.

The main objective of this study is to present a comprehensive perspective on the interrelationship and impact of financial literacy, financial digitalization, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the growth and adaptability of SMEs in today's dynamic business landscape. This research uses a systematic literature observation method to collect, analyze and synthesize relevant findings from various published literature sources, especially selections in the Scopus database. The primary focus of this study is to examine the correlation between financial literacy and financial digitalization, and how they impact SMEs' financial management capabilities and utilization of available financial technology. The findings show that financial literacy and financial digitalization are important areas of study that have received increasing attention in recent years. This research highlights the challenges in accessing finance and reducing collateral demands, indicating the struggles that SMEs are currently facing.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand experience and brand authenticity on brand love, the influence of brand experience on brand authenticity, and the influence of brand experience on brand love in Krispy Kreme consumers with brand authenticity as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all Krispy Kreme consumers in Jakarta and the sample selection used purposive sampling and the sample size was 100 respondents domiciled in Jakarta. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires online using Google forms. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results directly show that brand experience and brand authenticity influence brand love. Brand experience influences brand authenticity. Brand experience influences brand love among Krispy Kreme consumers with brand authenticity as a mediating variable.
