The research utilizes a comprehensive approach of qualitative methods to assess the multifaceted dimensions of the PR strategy implemented by PT Surya Sembada. The investigation begins by examining the theoretical underpinnings of corporate reputation and the evolving landscape of PR practice in the contemporary business environment. It then delves into case-specific analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of PT Surya Sembada's PR initiatives in enhancing brand image, fostering stakeholder relationships, and mitigating potential crises. Key findings highlight the strategic alignment between PR efforts and corporate objectives, emphasizing the role of transparent communication in fostering trust among stakeholders. The study also underscores the impact of digital platforms and social media in shaping public perception, requiring proficient management by PR practitioners. In addition, this research highlights the challenges faced by PT Surya Sembada in maintaining a positive reputation amidst dynamic market conditions. It offers actionable insights to refine PR strategies, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and proactive communication to navigate unexpected challenges. This analysis enhances the understanding of the symbiotic relationship between PR and corporate reputation, offering practical recommendations for PT Surya Sembada and other companies to enhance their reputational resilience in the current business environment.

This research aims to conduct a study and conduct more in-depth research regarding the phenomenon of domestic violence that occurs in the Tangerang City community. The background to the problem in this writing is that there are still many cases of domestic violence that occur in Tangerang City, there are people who have reported it but there are still many who have not reported it because of threats from their husbands, embarrassment, and so on. Therefore, this writing has an urgency that must be discussed and studied in depth by conducting research on various institutions that handle cases of domestic violence in Tangerang City. This research method uses a qualitative juridical method using data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documents carried out at the Tangerang City Metro Police, the Tangerang City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Service, the Tangerang City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Integrated Service Center (P2TP2A), and the Tangerang City District Court. The results of the research and discussion are that the violence that often occurs is physical violence, sexual violence, physical violence, and child neglect. The factors that cause this include economic factors, infidelity factors, educational factors, and employment factors. Efforts made to prevent domestic violence include education and outreach on violence against women and children in schools, Islamic boarding schools, and universities.

Utilization of new technologies in asphalt mixture production includes soaking technologies that can enhance mechanical properties of the mixture. This research aims to evaluate pavement vulnerability to water and the environmental quality impact due to waste from used rubber tires as an effort to strengthen pavements by substituting asphalt. The variables studied are variations of used rubber tire waste at 0%, 2%, 3%, and 4% replacing asphalt content in AC-BC mixtures. Testing was conducted using the Marshall method by soaking the mixtures in water for normal duration, 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 72 hours. The test results indicate that higher percentages of used rubber tire waste and longer soaking durations lead to a decrease in AC-BC mixture characteristics. The Marshall value of the AC-BC mixture with 2% used rubber tire waste was found to be superior compared to mixtures with 0%, 3%, and 4%. From the data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that water has a negative influence on the Marshall value reduction of mixtures containing used rubber tire waste, correlating with increased soaking duration.

Since technology revolutionized the world, business transformation has been total, especially in developed countries. As a result, the country's leaders adopted an unprecedented policy of implementing technology in all areas. This has resulted in almost all activities in the world using technology to continue operations, even though it is not yet fully ready. Including the application of technology in increasingly digital education, enabling the education industry to be sustainable, more affordable, and achieve optimal goals. Specifically, this research aims to understand how technology is applied in the governance of Islamic education. For this purpose, we used electronic data searches via Google Scholar and other applications. Analysis is carried out using system coding, evaluation and in-depth interpretation of the data to produce valid and reliable findings. This study used a qualitative data review design on publications published between 2010 and 2021 to obtain the most recent data. Based on the discussion of the data findings, it can be concluded that the management of Islamic educational institutions appreciates the use of digital technology or websites in graduate preparation programs that balance world interests and preparation for the hereafter, with a focus on shared knowledge and skills improvement (upskill).

Lewirato District aims to improve cleanliness and health by fostering a caring attitude among its residents. The strategy includes educational programs, community clean-up drives, and sustainable practices. Regular monitoring and evaluation ensures program effectiveness and provides benefits to the community. The KKN program was implemented in Mpunda District, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara, from August 2023 to September 2023, aiming to improve the quality of life of residents in Lewirato Village. This initiative includes planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, with a focus on waste management, environmental cleanup, and community involvement. Program achievements are assessed throughout the process. This community service activity for STIE Bima in Lewirato Village produces output in the form of a unified organic and inorganic waste bin, a clean landfill environment, a clean and comfortable field, water and the environment. the surrounding environment is not polluted and clean, and a clean environment is pleasing to the eye. With this activity, it is hoped that the people of Lewirato can develop a more caring attitude and develop themselves in an effort to maintain a clean and healthy environment. community environment. This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with 119 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 44 employees. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results showed that the work environment had an effect on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee morale is 41.8%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profit persistence, book tax differences, and capital structure on the earnings response coefficient in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on the established criteria, 13 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Profit Persistence influences the Earning Response Coefficient. Book Tax Different and Capital Structure have no effect on the Earning Response Coefficient.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Geogebra learning media in solving math problems among students. The method used in this study is the literature review method with a qualitative approach, which involves a literature review of library sources such as books, articles, journals. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting literature studies and distributing questionnaires and test questions given to 10 students from class 4C in the 4th semester of Mathematics Education at Indraprasta University PGRI, who were considered to represent the entire research subject. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analytic by collecting data then compiling, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Geogebra is less effective in solving mathematical problems due to lack of knowledge about Geogebra and low interest in using Geogebra.
