Abstrak:
Keamanan data transaksi merupakan aspek krusial dalam sistem e-commerce, khususnya bagi pelaku usaha kecil menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Blowfish dengan mode Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) dan panjang kunci 160-bit guna meningkatkan keamanan data transaksi penjualan. Algoritma Blowfish dipilih karena efisien dan mendukung penggunaan Initialization Vector (IV) acak yang memperkuat proteksi terhadap serangan pattern dan dictionary. Data transaksi pelanggan dan pembayaran disimpan dalam bentuk ciphertext menggunakan OpenSSL. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 20 data transaksi menggunakan serangan dictionary berbasis OpenSSL, dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa data tidak dapat didekripsi, membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Blowfish CBC 160-bit dengan IV acak mampu memberikan perlindungan kuat dan efisien dalam konteks aplikasi e-commerce untuk UMKM.

Abstrak:
Abstract. This study explores the complex aspects of stock valuation and decision-making on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JKSE), focusing on the Energy Sector, particularly within the Sub-Industry of Oil, Gas, & Coal Equipment & Services. The primary objective is to ascertain "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations grounded in anticipated returns and stock performance. This classification stems from a meticulous examination of each stock's alignment with both its intrinsic value and the overarching market value of the JKSE. Seven stocks (DEWA, DOID, MYOH, PKPK, PTRO, UNIQ, and WINS) merit "Buy" endorsements, as their projected returns surpass their present market valuations, potentially indicating undervaluation. Conversely, "Sell" recommendations are assigned to four companies (ITMA, RUIS, SICO, and TAMU) in cases where projected returns fall short, suggesting either underperformance or overvaluation. Incorporating Python and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), this analysis yields a noteworthy insight. Companies like WINS and DOID display a substantial association with the JKSE market value, as evidenced by their notably low P-values of 0.014 and 0.038, respectively. In contrast, the P-values for other companies fall below the 0.05 threshold, implying that the market value of JKSE lacks a substantial impact. This research highlights the complex relationships involving market valuations, stock performance, and investor choices. By discerning the various degrees of correlation and comprehending the factors that influence "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations, investors can adeptly navigate the intricacies of the market and optimize their investment returns.

Abstrak:
This applied scientific work is entitled "Design of Automatic Smart Berthing System Based on Arduino". Ships are a comfortable alternative transportation. Currently, ship development is needed so that they can operate properly. During the docking process, ship accidents often occur in ports both nationally and internationally. Therefore, a better development or safety is needed that can be given to ships during the docking process. This tool uses the Arduino Nano microcontroller as the main control and an ultrasonic sensor as a distance counter to prevent accidents. This applied scientific work aims to realize and facilitate work on the ship by abandoning manual methods. Berthing is the location of the ship's mooring or security, the area around the ship where the anchor is thrown, the ship's residence, employing the ship's crew and positioning the ship in the desired place. This scientific paper uses experimental research as its research method. The use of experimental research methods in educational research will be faced with problems concerning research subjects. Experimental research is also research that is carried out intentionally by researchers by providing certain treatments to research subjects in order to create a tool or design that is expected by the researcher.

Abstrak:
Tan delta merupakan salah satu parameter penting dalam pengujian kualitas isolasi pada stator generator, yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi dan performa sistem isolasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil pengujian tan delta pada stator generator setelah proses overhaul, menggunakan perangkat Omicron CPC 100 dan CP-TD1 di PLTU Sumber Alam Sekurau, Tanjung Selor. Proses pengujian melibatkan pengukuran nilai tan delta pada berbagai level tegangan, sesuai dengan standar pengujian internasional, untuk menentukan tingkat degradasi atau kerusakan pada material isolasi. Data hasil pengujian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan nilai tan delta sebelum dan sesudah overhaul, serta mengevaluasi efisiensi proses perawatan terhadap kualitas isolasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tan delta pada stator generator mengalami perubahan signifikan setelah overhaul, dimana nilai tan delta berada dalam rentang batas aman yang ditetapkan oleh standar IEC 60034-27-3: Dissipation Factor Acceptance Criteria for Stator Winding Insulation. Penggunaan perangkat Omicron CPC 100 dan CP-TD1 terbukti memberikan hasil pengujian yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan, sehingga mempermudah evaluasi kondisi isolasi secara komprehensif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengujian tan delta merupakan langkah krusial untuk memastikan keandalan operasi generator pasca-overhaul. Hasil analisis ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perawatan dan pengujian berkala guna meminimalkan risiko kerusakan isolasi serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan sistem pembangkitan di PLTU.

This Feyre Makeup Art is a makeup service business aiming to enhance brand awareness through social media, especially Instagram. This study analyzes the business development strategy of Feyre Makeup Art in increasing brand awareness and strengthening its position in the Bandung beauty market. The research focuses on digital marketing strategies, including the role of visual content, implementation of effective personal branding, and evaluation using TAM, SAM, and SOM analysis.Findings indicate that the optimization of personal branding, consistency in visual content, and audience engagement significantly boost brand awareness. However, several Instagram features such as Reels, live broadcasts, and paid advertisements have yet to be fully utilized to expand reach and visibility.This research highlights the importance of an integrated social media strategy, including collaboration with local influencers and maximizing the use of Instagram's advanced features, in enhancing audience interaction and sustaining Feyre Makeup Art’s position as one of Bandung’s leading makeup artists.The study recommends that Feyre adopt a holistic digital approach to improve engagement, expand market coverage, and support long-term growth in the competitive beauty industry.

Wafer atau chip adalah komponen utama dalam process IC Packaging, sehingga sudah seharusnya di rawat dengan baik. Penyimpanan wafer juga sangat berpengaruh pada kondisi wafer. Wafer akan di simpan di lemari khusus yang diberi semburan Nitrogen (N2 Cabinet), Nitrogen berguna untuk menghindari adanya kerusakan pada wafer seperti korrosion, disscoloration dan contaimination. Di dalam N2 cabinet dapat memuat 16 cassete dan 1 cassette dapat memuat sebanyak 25 wafer. Banyak nya project yang sedang dilakukan menyebabkan adanya penumpukan wafer yang tersimpan di N2 cabinet, kondisi tersebut membuat Engineer atau Teknisi kesulitan untuk mencari wafer. Salah satu faktor terjadinya penumpukan karena tercampurnya wafer yang sudah expire dan wafer baru. Penulis mencoba membuat suatu perangkat untuk membatu memberikan solusi atas keresahan yang di alami. Kamera yang berfungsi untuk membaca barcode pada wafer guna membaca lot Id wafer yang berada di dalam cassete, YO-LO sebagai pengelola hasil pembacaan dari kamera untuk dikonfigurasikan dengan database mongo DB yang sebelumnya di key in manual oleh pengguna untuk detail data wafer, lalu hasil data informasi akan ditampilkan di website. Bedasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah di lakukan sebanyak 70 kali percobaan hasil pendeksian barcode dan detail data wafer dapat di tampilkan di web secara real time.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Poverty Rate (TK), and Unemployment Rate (TPT) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in five provinces of Indonesia categorized as having moderate HDI from 2014 to 2023. The research employs a panel data regression method using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to capture variations across regions and time.The findings reveal that the UMP has a positive and significant impact on HDI, indicating that higher minimum wages contribute to improvements in human development. In contrast, the TPT negatively and significantly affects HDI, suggesting that higher unemployment rates hinder human development progress. Meanwhile, the TK variable shows no significant effect on HDI, implying that changes in poverty rates during the study period did not directly influence human development levels in these provinces.Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis show that UMP, TK, and TPT simultaneously have a significant impact on HDI, with an overall contribution of 98.65%. The remaining 1.35% is attributed to other factors not included in the research model.These results highlight the importance of policies aimed at increasing minimum wages and reducing unemployment to enhance community welfare and accelerate human development in provinces with moderate HDI. Policymakers are encouraged to design comprehensive strategies that prioritize employment creation and wage improvements as key levers for boosting human development outcomes across regions.

The increase in trade tariffs is a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining the competitiveness of their products in domestic and international markets. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and practical skills to MSMEs about adaptive and sustainable marketing strategy innovations. Socialization is carried out through workshops and interactive discussions involving MSMEs from various sectors. The material presented includes the use of digital media, increasing product branding, market diversification, and competitive pricing strategies. The activity results show an increase in participants' knowledge in implementing innovative marketing approaches and awareness of the importance of digital transformation in dealing with external pressures such as increasing trade tariffs. Thus, this activity is expected to strengthen MSME resilience and encourage sustainable business growth. This activity also opens up opportunities for further collaboration between academics and MSMEs in developing strategic solutions based on real needs in the field.

This research focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the business development of Ayam Kampus Cimahi, a take-away culinary business that serves crispy chicken fillet rice with various sambal and sauce options. The study aims to identify and evaluate internal and external factors affecting business growth, enabling the formulation of more effective development strategies. The research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with customers, as well as direct business operational analysis. The collected data is then analyzed to understand the relationship between variables influencing business performance. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, product quality, and competitive pricing significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, operational efficiency and responsiveness to changing trends are crucial factors in business sustainability. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that effective business management, product innovation, and the utilization of digital marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of Ayam Kampus Cimahi in the local culinary market. The recommendations provided include expanding menu variations, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving operational management to ensure sustainable business growth.
