Operational form reports which were recorded manually, of course, the results were less effective in terms of saving time and costs. The used of electronic operating reports provides convenience in terms of operation. Digital archiving to a computer makes it easier in terms of data management and distribution. The purpose of this study was to recommend for the Kediri District General Hospital (RSKK) by designing an electronic operation report design by strengthening the interface design, color and input. This study used observation and interviews with two medical record officers. The results of this study were the use of the operating report form in RSKK the recording was still done manually. Then the researchers designed an interface design that was tailored to the wishes of the officers who emphasized the basic color of gray, a simple layout and easy input methods. It can be concluded that it has resulted in the design of an electronic operation report form design that was integrated in the operating report system. This study has suggested implementing the use of an electronic operating reporting system that makes it easier for officers to operate it in the RSKK environment.

Inappropriate learning models and lack of student interest and attention to physics learning result in unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of Cooperative Learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on student learning outcomes. The research method used is meta-analysis, data collection for this research by reviewing and browsing online articles. The results of the study found that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type Cooperative learning model obtained an overall average effect size of 1.61, which means that the STAD type Cooperative learning model can influence student learning outcomes in Physics subjects. Learning material that is very influential in the application of the STAD type is Circular Motion as seen from the effect size value which is in the high category with a value of 8.81. The grade level that obtained a high category in applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type learning model was SMK class X with an effect size value of 2.2.

The role of the financial sector in the economy is very large and continues to grow to meet people's needs. Financial technology or (fintech) is a term used to describe innovation that occurs in the financial sector. The use of financial technology in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tembalang District aims to measure how the application of financial technology has an impact on the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in the area. This research involves a survey of a number of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that have adopted various fintech services, such as technology-based financial management and digital payments. This research was conducted to identify changes in operational efficiency, access to capital, and competitiveness of MSMEs in Tembalang District. The results of this research are expected to provide an in-depth picture of the extent to which the use of fintech has supported the growth and demand of MSMEs in Tembalang District as well as provide policy recommendations to increase the role of fintech in supporting the MSME sector.

This research examines conflict management strategies in the adaptation process of new students at the Ra'iyatul Husnan Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School. As traditional Islamic educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools often face various adaptation challenges experienced by new students, such as homesickness, conflicts between individuals, pressure from busy routines, and unpleasant treatment from senior students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research identified various obstacles to adaptation, including loss of items and difficulty adapting, as well as resolution strategies which included introduction to the Islamic boarding school environment, mentoring programs, and providing motivation. Research findings show that positive interactions between students and the humanist approach of Islamic boarding school administrators play an important role in helping new students adapt and minimize conflict, both internal and between individuals.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan is a junior high school in Medan Denai District that promotes not only through manual media, but also through social media. However, during the period of 2023, the number of students who want to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin has decreased from 85 students in 2022 to 73 students in 2023. This is because there are still many teachers, education staff and school marketing staff who are unable to convey good and positive communication to prospective consumers through e-wom facilities, so they are less able to give a positive impression when conducting promotions. As a result, promotions with e-wom have not been utilized optimally, which makes parents of students as consumers unable to communicate carefully every message and positive impression through the school, because they still prioritize manual promotions, so that many of these prospective consumers have not been moved, so they decide not to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aidin Medan Denai so that training and teaching are needed regarding the implementation of e-WOM. The method of implementing this training is done by conducting lecture methods, as well as through real presentations and simulations in implementing e-WOM applications on social media to carry out promotional activities in order to increase the number of students attending Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan. From the results of community service in the form of training on implementing e-WOM marketing applications, it can be seen that 37 education personnel, teachers and marketing personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan can improve their ability to implement the use of e-WOM applications when conducting promotions to increase the number of students who will attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan.

 
This study aims to analyze the role of business incubators in State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in building student business start-ups in Mojokerto Regency. Business incubators in SMKN have great potential to encourage the development of students' entrepreneurial skills through training, mentoring, and access to business resources. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method, involving the principal, incubator manager, entrepreneurship teacher, and students as research subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that business incubators in SMKN act as the main facilitators in improving students' skills and motivation to start a business. Supporting factors for the success of the program include school support, cooperation with the business world, and adequate facilities. However, several challenges were also identified, such as limited funds, human resources, and low student participation. However, the existence of business incubators has had a positive impact on students' readiness to establish start-ups, as seen from the success of several students in developing independent businesses. This study concludes that optimizing business incubator programs requires increased financial support, strengthening partnerships with the industrial world, and integrating practice-based entrepreneurship curriculum. The recommendations of this study are expected to be a reference for SMKN managers and other stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of business incubator programs in producing a competent generation of young entrepreneurs.
 
 

This research aims to understand the role of Ambition for Freedom in entrepreneurship learning as a motivation for students to become entrepreneurs at SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto. Using a phenomenological approach, this research explores the subjective experiences of students involved in entrepreneurial learning and how Ambition for Freedom contributes to shaping their motivation to enter the world of entrepreneurship. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 students of SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto who had an interest in entrepreneurship, as well as observations of entrepreneurial learning activities in class. Research findings show that students who feel freedom in determining their business tend to have higher motivation to become entrepreneurs, especially because they feel empowered to explore creative ideas and make decisions independently. Ambition for Freedom was found to be an important factor that encourages students to overcome challenges and start businesses. This research contributes to the understanding of how elements of freedom in entrepreneurship education can increase students' interest and readiness for entrepreneurship, and suggests integrating aspects of freedom in the design of the entrepreneurship curriculum at SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto.

Poligami merupakan isu yang memicu perdebatan dalam konteks sosial dan agama, khususnya di zaman modern, di mana permasalahan seperti perselingkuhan dan disfungsi keluarga semakin banyak ditemui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep poligami sebagai solusi syar'i dalam mengatasi perselingkuhan, dilihat melalui perspektif Maqasid Syari'ah, yang berfokus pada prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam melindungi aspek-aspek fundamental syariat seperti agama, jiwa, keturunan, akal, dan harta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang mengandalkan kajian pustaka dan telaah hukum Islam dalam konteks sosial kontemporer. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan poligami yang sesuai dengan syariat dapat berfungsi sebagai alternatif untuk meminimalisir potensi perselingkuhan, dengan catatan bahwa hal tersebut dilaksanakan dengan niat yang tulus, perilaku adil, serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang hak dan kewajiban antara suami dan istri. Pendekatan ini sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Maqasid Syari'ah yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kehormatan dan kestabilan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, poligami yang dilaksanakan dengan cara yang syar'i dan adil dapat menjadi solusi dalam memperkuat ketahanan keluarga di tengah dinamika era modern, sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh prinsip-prinsip Maqasid Syari'ah.

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Vocational High Schools (SMK) aims to enhance the quality of vocational education by promoting flexible learning that aligns with industry needs and fosters 21st-century skills. In the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering departments, this curriculum emphasizes project-based learning to develop both technical and soft skills. However, the application of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK PGRI 1 Kota Serang faces several challenges that need to be addressed for its effective implementation. One of the key challenges is the adaptation of students to new learning methods, particularly those involving independent learning and critical thinking. Additionally, limited time for implementing projects and integrating them into the curriculum often hampers optimal learning outcomes. Teachers also face difficulties in aligning project-based learning with existing curriculum structures, affecting the continuity of lessons. To overcome these challenges, several strategies need to be adopted, such as redesigning flexible schedules to allow more time for project-based activities, developing practical and relevant project modules, and fostering collaboration among educators to improve teaching practices. By addressing these issues, the Merdeka Curriculum can be effectively implemented, ensuring that students in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering departments acquire industry-relevant skills. Aturan P2TL merupakan singkatan dari Peraturan Pencegahan Tabrakan di Laut, aturan yang memudahkan kapal-kapal berlayar dengan aman dan terhindar dari bahaya tubrukan antar 2 kapal atau lebih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan penerapan aturan P2TL pada saat kapal sedang berlayar untuk mengurangi bahaya resiko tabrakan antar kapal dan terciptanya keselamatan dalam pelayaran di kapal MV. Meratus Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, observasi, studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan aturan P2TL saat dinas jaga laut. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan SPSS dan di deskripsikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan penerapan aturan P2TL saat dinas jaga laut di MV. Meratus Palembang telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini untuk memastikan keselamatan di laut dengan mencegah kecelakaan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian jiwa, kerusakan pada kapal, dan potensi pencemaran lingkungan di laut.
