This research aims to know the diversion concept related to recidivism system for a criminal that committed by underage person. This thing has been happened because there is differential meaning between recidivism concept in Juvenile Criminal Justice System and Criminal Law Code. Criminal Law Code interpreted recidivism as the crime that re-committed by person and that crime is legally binding. Whereas Juvenile Criminal Justice System  interpreted prohibition  of the application of diversion for a crime that has been committed by underage person. The urgent things about this research focused on the problem where a crime has been already committed by underage person and that crime has been finished by diversion system, does this can be categorized that it can not get diversion process again. This research is using juridical normative method which is studied prescriptively with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Criminalization of children as recidivist in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System currently has no provisions governing criminal sanctions against children who commit repeated crimes (recidivism), both contained in the Criminal Code and in the Law of The Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Diversion which is mandated by Law No. 11 of 2012 is implemented based on the foundation of restorative justice which is very concerned about children’s rights. Lastly this research expected can be considered in trying to determine recidivism concept in integrated criminal system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diversi berkaitan dengan sistem residivisme pada anak yang menjadi pelaku tindak pidana di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan konsep residivisme di UU SPPA dan KUHP memiliki perbedaan makna. Di KUHP menafsirkan residivisme sebagai sebuah perbuatan tindak pidana yang dilakukan kembali oleh seseorang yang telah dijatuhi hukuman pidana dengan memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap (Inchracht). Sedangkan dalam UU SPPA mengenal konsep pelarangan penerapan diversi terhadap anak yang telah melakukan tindak pidana. Urgensi permasalahan ini dititikberatkan pada permasalahan dimana anak yang telah melakukan tindak pidana kemudian diselesaikan secara diversi apakah kemudian dikategorikan tidak dapat menerima proses diversi lagi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang dikaji secara preskriptif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Pemidanaan terhadap anak sebagai residivis dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak saat ini masih belum terdapat pengaturan yang mengatur tentang sanksi pidana terhadap anak yang melakukan pengulangan tindak pidana (recidive), baik yang terkandung di dalam KUHP maupun di dalam Undang Undang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Diversi yang diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2012 diimplementasikan berdasarkan landasan restorative justice yang sangat memperhatikan hak-hak anak. Sehingga pada akhirnya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan konsep residivis di dalam sistem peradilan pidana yang terpadu.

Membaca merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk melatih keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi lisan. Membaca adalah suatu proses pembacaan sandi yang penulis buat untuk pembaca. Membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa di dalam atau pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Mulai dari SD, SMP, SMA, bahkan sampai di perguruan tinggi ini masih dipelajari. Keterampilan membaca sangat penting di semua kalangan Pendidikan, karena Ketika seorang peserta didik atau mahasiswa tidak memiliki keterampilan membaca, maka akan terjadi ketertinggalan zaman yang diakibatkan ketidaktahuan membaca. Pembelajaran membaca memiliki peran penting dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Semua pendidik berharap anak didiknya menguasai keterampilan membaca. Salah satunya adalah siswa dapat membaca dengan cepat untuk menemukan ide pokok.

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggiguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Dalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan rasional yang disusun berdasarkan hasil observasi studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi yang baik dan relevan pada pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggi dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa.

This study aims to determine the impact of teacher presence in class on student discipline in the learning process at UPT SDN Laiyolo No. 52 Selayar Islands The research method used is qualitative research. In this study the data collection techniques used included direct observation and interviews. Based on observations made, the effect of the teacher’s presence in class on student discipline in the learning process is still unsatisfactory based on the observations I have made for the past 3 months. Where these activities can be seen from teacher’s who are lazy to teach, teacher’s who are lazy to come to scholl and even come late to school. So that little the students are also lazy to go to school because they feel less enthusiastic about participating in learning. The results of the research that can be found are that the presence of the teacher greatly influences student discipline in the learning process at school. In order to from a disciplined and obedient nature, it is therefore important for a teacher to be present in every phase of the development of students in every lesson. Teacher’s also have to be a good example for their student.

The care provided uses the Varney 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach and forms of documentation through SOAP. The case study conducted on By “Z” revealed that there were no obstacles when implementing Varney's 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach. Thus, it is easy for caregivers to solve problems related to this. The form of midwifery care provided to By "Z" includes taking anamnesis on the baby's parents, carrying out physical examinations, and providing counseling to the parents, in this case to By "Z"'s mother about how to carry out effective care when caring for babies. Children with special needs are children who experience disorders or obstacles in their development and academics. This limitation has a negative impact due to the misunderstanding of the acceptance of parents and society for children with special needs. So that more and more children with special needs are neglected by their parents, not only by letting children live alone, but not fulfilling basic needs is a form of child neglect. This study aims to describe the impact and factors causing neglect of children with special needs as well as the role of the family, community and government in fulfilling the rights of children with special needs, especially in the right to a decent life and the right to education. Data were collected through interviews and systematic review. The results show that neglect of children with special needs has a negative impact on their development and academic aspects. One of the main factors causing children with special needs to be neglected is the parents' lack of acceptance of their children's condition, which gives the view that the limitations of children with special needs are seen as weaknesses that cannot be fixed. In this case, the support and role of the family, community and government hold an important contribution in eliminating the negative stigma that arises and develops in society as well as in fulfilling the rights of children with special needs themselves. Parents' acceptance of the child's condition, changes in the mindset of people who view children with special needs as unfit to be in society, and the role of the government in formulating laws for children with special needs, providing public facilities that suit the needs of children with special needs and providing inclusive schools are a unity that must be considered and run in tandem in order to create a decent life for children with special Needs.

This study aims to find out the dimensions of service quality provided by the parties and Transjakarta Busway officers, as well as to get to know more deeply the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and by applying land transportation as research material that raises one type of land transportation, namely Transjakarta which is found in areas that focus on DKI Jakarta. This study applied a data collection method in the form of structured interviews with personal questionnaires to collect data from Transjakarta Bus users. The questionnaire contains closed and open questions concerning the user's experience of the services provided by the Transjakarta Bus. The data collected was in the form of a questionnaire made using Google Forms and from the results of the research it was possible to obtain 45% positive responses regarding the dimensions of service quality provided for services by parties and officers on Transjakarta buses. The holding of this research hopes that it will be useful in improving the quality of service available on Transjakarta buses and intends that the services provided will be better.
