<em>The impact of Covid-19 was felt from various sectors including MSMEs. One of them is Kripik Singkong Lancar Mandiri MSMEs in Dongos Village. The problem faced by partners is the monotony of production and management systems for selling goods. The purpose of this community service is to increase understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and to increase competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources). The method of implementing community service includes (1) the preparation stage, the activities carried out are problem identification and data collection; (2) the implementation stage, the activities carried out are the process of training and mentoring; (3) the evaluation stage; and (4) preparation of reports stage. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and there is an increase in competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources).</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

Financial report preparation training held at UMKM Ani Catering is carried out in a community service program. The owner of the Ani Catering business does not have the ability to manage financial reports, but tries to advance and develop his business. The financial reports made in this training are still simple, the goal is to be easy to understand and easy to implement. The financial statements to be prepared include balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements. With these financial reports, business owners know that the business they are running is profit or loss, and can separate their personal finances from their business finances.

The Indonesian government minimizes the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic and improves the welfare of the people in Indonesia by means of the government making new policies on social security programs, one of which is the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT-DD). the central government hopes that the distribution of BLT can be carried out in an orderly, fair and precise manner, namely right on target, right people, right time, right process, and right administrative report. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the BLT program policy in the government area of Southwest Sumba Regency went well. the supporting factor in this research is the collaboration between the village government and the community to participate in the distribution of BLT. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the completeness of community documents in the form of family cards (KK) and identity cards (KTP) in receiving BLT, but this can be overcome by the village government so that overall BLT distribution goes well.AsbtrakPemerintah Indonesia meminimalisir penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19 dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan cara pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru tentang program jaminan sosial salah satunya adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) Adanya Bantuan BLT-DD diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya pemerintah pusat berharap pendistribusian BLT bisa terlaksana secara tertib, adil, dan tepat yaitu tepat sasaran, tepat orang, tepat waktu, tepat proses, dan tepat laporan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi kebijakan program BLT diwilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya berjalan dengan baik. faktor pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah kerjasama antara pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyaluran BLT. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah kelengkapan dokumen masyarakat yang berupa kartu keluarga (KK) dan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dalam menerima BLT namun hal tersebut dapat di atasi oleh pemerintah desa sehingga secara keseluruahan penyaluran BLT berjalan dengan baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana mengatasi pengemis di Kota Bandar Lampung yang mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab semakin maraknya pengemis di Kota Tapis Berseri ini. Karena salah satu tugas utama suatu negara adalah memberikan kesejahteraan bagi rakyatnya. Hal serupa juga berlaku bagi Indonesia yang menganut konsep hukum kesejahteraan. Terlebih lagi dalam konstitusi negara ini ditegaskan bahwa fakir miskin dan anak-anak terlantar dipelihara oleh negara. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih dijumpai fenomena yang mengindikasikan belum sejahteranya rakyat Indonesia, salah satunya adalah semakin maraknya pengemis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung No. 03 Tahun 2010 tentang Pembinaan Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan, dan Pengemis, ajaran agama Islam, serta aturan adat yang menjadi pedoman bagi masyarakat Lampung, yaitu Piil Pesenggiri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung dan lebih difokuskan kepada masyarakat yang ada di tempat-tempat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan yang ada sudah diterapkan namun banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui atau enggan untuk patuh dengan peraturan tersebut. Selain itu, masyarakat yang menjadi pengemis adalah orang-orang Islam yang notabennya menggunakan atribut Islam dalam melakukan kegiatan tersebut.Dengan demikian, perlu adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan stakeholders terkait untuk memaksimalkan implementasi Perda yang ada. Selain itu, Dinas Sosial juga sangat dibutuhkan sebagai sarana untuk menampung para pengemis dan tempat untuk mengasah keterampilan para pengemis. Dengan adanya kerjasama tersebut, diharapkan perda yang ada dapat berjalan dengan maksimal dan angka pengemis dapat menurun.

Narkoba untuk anak usia remaja sangat rentan untuk terkena, karena diusia mereka dengan rasa keingintahuan yang kuat, membawa mereka terjerumus kedalam jalan yang salah, peran orang tua sangat diperlukan dalam hal ini, apa lagi untuk melindungi anak-anak mereka dari narkoba. Anak-anak di usia remaja ini adalah generasi emas bangsa yang harus di berikan pendidikan sangat baik oleh orang tuanya, dan harus diawasi setiap perkembangannya. Maka dari itu orang tua sangat ditekankan kepeduliannya terhadap anak, terus tumbuhkan komunikasi yang positif terhadap anak, agar anak pun merasa nyaman terhadap apa yang di lakukan oleh orang tuanya. Puncak keberhasilan orang tua itu adalah ia berhasil mendidik anaknya dengan baik dan anaknya sukses berkat didikan orang tua tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang didapat dari informan . Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok menjadi manfaat yang besar bagi anak-anak, yang akan menjadi suatu semangat belajar yang bagus kedepannya.Kata Kunci : Narkoba, Anak-anak bangsa, Peran Orang Tua

In education, the attention of parents is one factor that is very important and influences the education of their children. However, many parents underestimate their children's education. There are still many students who do not get enough attention from their parents in their studies. This is one of the factors in children's academic achievement that is not optimal. To improve learning outcomes, students must be motivated both internally and externally. This study discusses the problem of how the relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes in grade IV elementary school. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The source of the research material is the parents of elementary school students and their academic results. Observations, questionnaires and interviews were used as methods in data collection. The results showed that 15 students with a percentage of 71.42% received parental attention in the very good category, 4 students with a percentage of 19.04% in the good category, and 2 students with a percentage of 9.52% in the category of little parental attention. The average student learning outcomes in the very good category were achieved by 13 students with a percentage of 61.90%, in the good category were 6 students with a percentage of 28.57%, the less and less good categories each received 1 student with a percentage of 4.76%. . Thus, parental attention has a relationship with student academic results.

The purpose of this service is to find out how far UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus applies the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system in its transactions. The method used is library research and field research. Collecting data directly to the field using data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations directly to the owner of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus. In this service, the PKM Team found that UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus had not implemented the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system properly. The transactions are recorded simply by recording receipts and expenses without applying the applicable accounting information system, so that the financial statements of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus are also not presented in accordance with PSAK.
 

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menjadikan manusia menjadi lebih baik, dengan cara mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang menekankan pada peningkatan kemampuan siswa untuk menjadi pribadi yang memiliki pemahaman yang luas dan mumpuni. Salah satu aspek yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yaitu melalui membaca. “Banyak Baca, Banyak Tahu” merupakan salah satu slogan mengenai pentingnya membaca. Proses pembelajaran yang sukses harus menggunakan strategi yang relevan guna untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggiguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Dalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan rasional yang disusun berdasarkan hasil observasi studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi yang baik dan relevan pada pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggi dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa.

One of the efforts that can be made in order to reduce the stunting rate that occurs in toddlers is through the provision of supplementary food (PMT). Stunting is a problem related to nutrition caused by a lack of fulfillment of nutritional needs due to inadequate food intake. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide socialization regarding the provision of supplementary food (PMT) for toddlers. The target of this activity is as many as 50 mothers and their toddlers who fall into the stunting category in Mentor Villages who are selected based on data from village midwives in each hamlet. Several menus were distributed during the Socialization of Additional Menus (PMT), including Moringa leaf pudding, pumpkin pudding, dragon fruit creamy jelly, chicken martabak, and chicken dumplings. The research method used in this study went through 4 stages, namely observation, planning, outreach and evaluation. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method in the form of a pre-test. The sampling results show that 1.) the majority of mothers have paid attention to the nutritional composition of toddlers, 2) the majority of mothers are still not consistent in paying attention to the amount and type of food ingredients given to toddlers, 3) the majority of mothers under five are able to make varied and interesting food for consumption by toddlers, but not routinely done every day, 4) the majority of mothers have paid attention to their children's food patterns on a daily basis, 5) the majority of mothers have carried out good supervision and assistance in terms of food for their children his son.
