Abstrak:
Youth is a valuable asset for the nation's successor. Young people who have entered the world of work. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide knowledge or add broader insight to the Modongan village youth regarding the application of work relations in the industrial world. Industry is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the population. In addition, industrialization is also inseparable from efforts to improve the quality of human resources and the ability to optimally utilize natural resources. In industrial relations there are also labor relations disputes that occur within a company. We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

Rumah sakit selaku penyedia layanan kesehatan memuat berbagai pekerjaan dan tugas yang berlainan. Tergantung pada jenis kelas rumahsakit tersebut. Profesi ini mencakup pelayanan kesehatan umum, spesialis, dan sub spesialis. Jumlah karyawan di Rumah Sakit disesuaikan dengan jenisnya. Karakteristik, semangat kerja dan loyalitassumber daya manusia mencerminan citra yang khas bagi rumah sakit agar dapat terus berkembang dan memperbaiki diri. Tujuan dari Literatur review ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasiterhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di RumahSakit. Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review memanfaatkan mesin pencari yaitu Google Scholar,Researchgate dan Course hero. Kriteria penelusuran artikel meliputi rentang waktu antara 2013 hingga2023 dan hanya terbatas di rumah sakit. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan antara budaya organisasi sebagai variable bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagaivariable terikat. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa budaya organisasiberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Every hospital, industry and other sector experiences shifts in activity on a regular basis, and if the pace of construction and progress of the plant continues, this is absolutely necessary for the foreseeable future. Each individual's experience of fatigue is unique and subjective. Various conditions can result in fatigue accompanied by a decrease in body capacity and endurance while on duty. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work fatigue and shift work in industrial plant employees. The research method used was a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees of industrial factories working in a shift system. The results showed a significant relationship between work fatigue and shift work in employees of industrial plants. High job fatigue can have a negative impact on employees' physical and mental health, as well as increase the risk of workplace errors and accidents. These findings point to the importance of effective shift management in reducing burnout and improving employee well-being. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between work burnout and shift work in employees of industrial plants. The practical implication of this study is the importance of greater attention to shift management in order to maintain employee well-being and productivity..

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the intensity of watching cooking content on TikTok and the motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to 110 young women in Tulungrejo Village as a sample. Data analysis used the product moment correlation, which previously carried out the prerequisite test using the normality test and linearity test. The results showed 1) the intensity of watching cooking content on Tulungrejo village girls' TikTok with a high intensity of 33%, medium 67% and low 0%. 2) The motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village with high motivation is 76%, medium is 24%, and low is 0%. 3) Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the product moment correlation formula, an r-count value of 0.600 is obtained with an r-table price at a significance level of 5%, namely 0.187 so that 0.600> 0.187. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so there is a positive relationship between the intensity of watching cooking content on TikTok and the motivation to learn cooking for young women in Tulungrejo village.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are sectors that are influential in running the economy in the community. MSME are also expected to be able to contribute in creating employment opportunities for the surrounding community, so as to be able to reduce
poverty in an area. The existence of the Wolamgrezz MSME in Carangwulung village actually has the potential to become a large MSME in the Wonosalam District and even the entire Jombang Regency, because these UMKM raise the region's superior crops. Therefore, Wolamgrezz MSME must be fully supported in running their business, so that the existing potential can run optimally and can become the leading MSME in Jombang Regency. However, in carrying out its business, Wolamgrezz has several problems that arise in the field, such as obstacles to product promotion through digital e-commerce media and product marketing only by word of mouth, so that consumers who know Wolamgrezz's MSME products are very limited and only within the scope of Carangwulung village. Therefore, the branding and marketing of UMKM Wolamgrezz products must be carried out immediately and intensified so that they can attract consumers widely so that product sales can increase and income will also increase, and this can also affect the opening of new job vacancies.

<p>Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi telah melumpuhkan berbagai sektot. Salah satunya sektor ekonomi. Banyak perusahana yang melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) secara besar-besaran. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran. Masalah penggangguran ini dapat dijumpai pada perkotaan yang banyak terdapat masyarakat migrasi. Masyarakat migrasi yang tidak mampu bersaing akan cenderung bekerja pada sektor informal seperti pengemis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Lokasi peelitian berada di Sentra Kuliner, Manukan. Subjek penelitian adalah pengemis dewasa (sudah menikah dan memiliki anak) yang membawa anggota keluarga pada saat menjalankan tindakan mengemis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relasi pengemis dengan sentra kuliner dikarenakan terdapat aktivitas sosial ekonomi yang menjadi ciri dalam memilih tempat mengemis. Adapun <em>because of motive</em> (motif sebab) diantaranya aspek pendidikan, sosial budaya, ekonomi, dan keluarga. Selanjutnya <em>in order to motive</em> (motif tujuan) adalah untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari di masa pandemi covid-19.</p>

In Indonesia, wage differences often occur between men and women, people of different religions/beliefs, and people of different skin colors, this wage difference is called the wage gap. This wage gap can occur when two people in the company do the same job at the same level of skill/position but the amount of wages received is not the same, this type of arbitrage situation is considered discriminatory. Even so, the wage gap is still rife in Indonesia. The purpose of this article is to understand the causes of wage gaps, to know the Tax Law that Regulates Gender-Based Taxation, and to find out wages for workers in view of the legal perspective in Indonesia. The research method used by the author in this study is normative juridical, which is carried out by examining literature materials or secondary data, and analyzed with a qualitative approach. Gender differences exist in almost every country in the world, but with these gender differences there is a wide range of discrimination. One of the widespread discrimination is related to wages or income obtained from a job. Men and women do the same job but generate different incomes. In the context of wages, Indonesia is still unable to set wages that are in accordance with the principles of living wages based on human rights. It can be concluded that the wage gap and differences in tax payments between genders are complex issues and must be addressed through a holistic approach involving various factors. Through the joint efforts of all parties, we can create a more just and equitable society for all people, regardless of gender.
