The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are the discovery of media that are suitable and can support the success of slow learner ABK students in improving their thinking abilities, namely bussy box media, stamp game media, and puzzles.

Bullying behavior in the school environment is a serious challenge that affects students' welfare and creates a learning environment that is not conducive. This research aims to investigate the dynamics of bullying behavior, focusing on identifying the perpetrator, protecting the victim's right to life, and implementing just, civilized humanity in the educational context. Qualitative research methods were used, by exploring data from document studies, including school policies, bullying incident reports, and student behavior records. The research results show the complexity of the factors driving bullying behavior, involving social inequality, family problems, and a lack of awareness of the consequences of actions. Protection of victims' rights to life is proven to need improvement through evaluating school policies and implementing effective reporting procedures. The implementation of just, civilized human values ??shows positive steps, however, challenges arise in monitoring and evaluating these programs. The conclusions of this research underscore the urgency of involving teachers, school staff and the entire educational community in efforts to prevent and deal with bullying. With a deep understanding of this problem, it is hoped that a safer, more inclusive and humane school environment can be created

Sharia tourism policy is a government effort to develop the tourism sector by prioritizing sharia principles in all aspects. These measures include services that value Islamic teachings, such as sharia-based places to stay, restaurants that serve halal food, and entertainment programs that adhere to Islamic ethics. The aim of this policy is to increase the attractiveness of tourism among Muslim tourists and at the same time create a tourist environment that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, the sharia tourism policy is expected to contribute positively to economic growth and fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the local community. sharia tourism is the implementation of sharia principles into a form of travel activities of sharia tourist destinations. The development of Islamic tourism is currently growing rapidly because it is very much in demand by Muslim tourists who are looking for alternative travel in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia, this research reaches the implementation of the concept of Islamic tourism in tourist destinations that are very popular and in great demand in areas with a majority Muslim population. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the occurrence of the return of containers from the port to PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) Central Java Region due to not being loaded on the ship, delivery orders issued before confirmation to the depot, damage to containers during loading and unloading at the port and at the depo container yard. The data collection method used by the author is the observation method by making direct observations at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, interview method by interviewing several staff at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, the method of studying the literature contained in the book as a reference in this writing, as well as the method of documentation carried out by collecting documents deemed relevant to the title. The results of this discussion indicate that the prevention of containers that are not loaded on the ship by PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) in the Central Java region, reducing the occurrence of delivery orders issued early with effective communication between shipping companies and depots, minimizing damage to containers at the port or at the container yard.

. This research aims to analyze the role of digitalization of productive zakat distribution by Baznas Surabaya to overcome poverty in the city of Surabaya. The aim of distributing zakat funds is not only consumption assistance, but also improving the productive economic conditions of zakat recipients. To achieve this goal, in facing current developments, it is necessary to digitalize the distribution of productive zakat funds appropriately. This type of research is qualitative research using a field approach (field research), with the hope of being able to photograph the effectiveness of digitizing the management of productive zakat funds. The results of this research show that digitizing the proper distribution of zakat funds can be carried out in a creative, productive way, namely distributing zakat that cannot be directly used or spent by mustahiq. So that its utilization makes it possible to have an economic impact on mustahiq by coaching and mentoring through digital technology

The fulfillment of balanced nutrition in breastfeeding mothers is very important for parents to understand because considering the age of toddlers is a golden period that will determine the development process in the future. The milk consumed by babies is not enough only in quantity but the quality of breast milk. The purpose of this activity is to increase maternal knowledge about nutrition for breastfeeding mothers. Service activities were carried out at the Matang Puntong Health Center in October 2022. This activity is carried out during the implementation of Posyandu and gathers mothers who breastfeed their babies. The activity begins with exploring first, providing information, gathering breastfeeding mothers, providing counseling, holding discussions and evaluating service activities. Activities have been carried out whose results increase maternal knowledge about breastfeeding maternal nutrition by using poster or brochure media. The hope is that health workers can strive for innovative methods to increase maternal knowledge.

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah adanya strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat sasaran terkait upaya peningkatan daya saing agar pengrajin lontong khususnya UMK Kampung Lontong di Kupang Krajan Surabaya mampu berdaya saing dan masuk dalam supply chain industri kuliner Kota Surabaya sehingga meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan Aset-Proses-Kinerja (Asset-Process-Performance) atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Pendekatan APP sebagai basis penyusunan kerangka konseptual. Pendekatan APP muncul sebagai gagasan yang mengintegrasikan berbagai sumber daya yang kemudian mengalami proses dan selanjutnya menghasilkan kinerja sebagai suatu kesatuan ukuran daya saing (Momaya, 1998; Shee, 2002). Metode  Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan survey. Penelitian deskriptif dapat diartikan sebagai proses pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan melukiskan keadaan subyek dan obyek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau bagaimana adanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengrajin lontong di Kampung Lontong RW 6 Kelurahan Kupang Krajan yaitu sebanyak 30 perajin dan yang bersedia dan bisa diwawancarai sebanyak 17 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan untuk peningkatan daya saing dari sisi Asets adalah perlu pelatihan bagi pengusaha untuk menambah kompetensinya dengan menguasai manajemen keuangan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, sedangkan dari sisi Proses adalah dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan akademisi dalam memanfaatkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan melakukan tertib administrasi SDM dan organisasinya meskipun skala usahanya masih UMK, mengikutsertakan diri dan pegawainya bila ada pelatihan serta meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama pengusaha lontong dalam pemenuhan pasokan bahan dan pemasaran, terakhir dari sisi Performa adalah perlu integrasi peran pengusaha, pemerintah dan akademisi dalam penelitian dan pengembangan inovasi teknologi dan produk baru.

Latar belakang :. Pengetahuan  dapat mempengaruhi kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang akan diberikan kepada pasien. Ada suatu fenomena bahwa perawat dalam perannya sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan kurang memperhatikan aspek kebutuhan spiritual. Tujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual pasien di Unit Rawat Inap RST Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. Metode : Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang, alat pengumpul data  berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual pasien dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar (1,3 %), kategori sedang  (46,1 %) dan kategori rendah (52,6 %). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual pasien di Unit rawat inap RST Bhakti Wira Tamtama dalam kategori rendah. Saran: sebagai seorang perawat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan meningkatkan potensi diri melalui jurnal keperawatan, peningkatan pendidikan dan penambahan materi tentang kebutuhan spiritual dalam pendidikan keperawatan.

Latar belakang: Bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan telah diteliti dan dibuktikan, namun kebiasaan merokok tetap sulit dihilangkan. Zat nikotin pada rokok mengakibatkan perokok mengalami ketergantungan karena munculnya gejala putus nikotin ketika berhenti merokok. Hipnoterapi merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengubah perilaku merokok dengan pemberian sugesti berhenti merokok melalui pikiran bawah sadar sehingga perokok memiliki kendali terhadap ketergantungannya pada rokok. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh terhadap tingkat ketergantungan rokok pada perokok aktif. Metode: Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental pretest posttest control group design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi ke kelompok intervensi (n=20) dan kontrol (n=20). Bentuk intervensi berupa pemberian hipnoterapi sebanyak 8 kali selama 2 bulan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Fagerstorm Test for Cigarette Dependence (FTCD). Data dianalisa dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan skor tingkat ketergantungan rokok pada kelompok intervensi sebanyak 1,25 setelah perlakuan dengan nilai mean pretest 1,45 (SD=1,132). Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna tingkat ketergantungan rokok antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan p=0,028. Hasil penelitian membuktikan hipnoterapi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat ketergantungan rokok pada perokok aktif. Saran : Hipnoterapi direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan dalam program berhenti merokok

Taxes becomes very important because taxes provide a large contribution to state revenues. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, firm size, sales growth dan audit quality to tax avoidance.  The sample of this study were Indonesia Stock Exchange registered manufacture companies in 2017 until 2019 thus 213 data were used in this study. descriptive statistical test and multiple regression tests with the SPSS 26 were used to analyze the data. This study showed that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, leverage has a significant negative on tax avoidance. On the other hand, firm size, sales growth and audit quality does not affect the tax avoidance variable
