Abstrak:
Education is the main pillar in the development of quality human resources, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) as a basic education institution has an important role in shaping students' character, knowledge and skills at an early age. However, the challenges faced in education in MI are often related to less innovative teaching methods, which have an impact on students' low learning motivation and academic results. The constructivist approach, which emphasizes the active role of students in the learning process, has been proven effective in improving the quality of learning. However, its application in teacher education in MI is still limited. This study aims to explore the application of the constructivist approach in teacher education in MI and its implications for learning quality. By applying this approach, it is expected that prospective teachers can develop better pedagogical skills, understand the different learning styles of students, and meet the demands of a curriculum that emphasizes 21st century skills. The research also highlights the importance of creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can actively participate. The results of the study are expected to contribute significantly to the development of education in Indonesia, particularly in the context of basic education, as well as providing insights into the integration of constructivist approaches in the teacher education curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstrak:
Learning assessment at the primary school and madrasah level plays an important role in supporting a holistic education process. This study aims to explore teachers' understanding of formative and authentic assessments and the challenges they face in implementing them. Data shows that around 60% of teachers still rely on written test-based summative assessments, which tend to measure limited cognitive abilities and can cause stress in students. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved interviews with teachers and analysis of learning documents. Results show that teachers' understanding of formative and authentic assessments greatly affects the effectiveness of their implementation. Teachers who understand the importance of formative assessment are better able to provide constructive feedback, while an understanding of authentic assessment allows them to design tasks that are relevant to the real context. Challenges such as limited training and the habit of using traditional methods are still obstacles. This study recommends the need for continuous training for teachers to improve their understanding and skills in designing more diverse and effective assessments. Thus, it is expected that assessments can create more engaging learning experiences and support students' holistic development.

Abstrak:
The application of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an important part in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools, especially in class V of SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pekalongan. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using ICT media in improving interactivity, attractiveness, and flexibility of learning, as well as identifying obstacles faced during the teaching and learning process. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with teachers, questionnaires to students, and direct observation of the learning process. Qualitative data was analyzed using a thematic approach, while quantitative data was processed descriptively and inferentially to measure student engagement and understanding. Data triangulation was conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The results show that ICT media can increase students' motivation and involvement in learning, provide flexibility in accessing materials, but there are obstacles in the form of adjusting learning materials and limited supporting infrastructure. In conclusion, the integration of ICT media in basic learning needs to be supported by training for teachers and infrastructure development so that its implementation is more optimal and has a positive impact on the quality of education.

Abstrak:
Talent management strategies have become a key focus for organizations in facing employee retention challenges, especially in millennials and Gen Z who have unique characteristics and different work needs compared to previous generations. This study aims to explore effective talent management strategies to increase employee retention in the two generations through a literature review approach. Data is taken from various academic studies, industry reports, and relevant journal articles in the last 10 years. The results of the study show that strategies that emphasize work flexibility, structured career development, inclusive organizational culture, and the use of digital technology in human resource management have a significant influence on employee retention. In addition, employee involvement in strategic decision-making is also a key factor in increasing the loyalty of millennials and Generation Z. Batang Regency features diverse geographical characteristics, including coastal areas, lowlands, and mountains, which make it vulnerable to various natural disasters such as floods, landslides, and volcanic eruptions. The increasing activity of sand and stone mining along rivers has further exacerbated environmental degradation, heightening the risk of such disasters. To address this issue, a system is needed to help the local government accurately classify disaster-prone areas. A Geographic Information System (GIS) for disaster risk mapping serves as an effective solution to identify and visualise vulnerable locations across Batang Regency. This system supports disaster prevention, response, and targeted aid distribution. With public access to the system, it also promotes data transparency, strengthens community trust in the local government, and raises public awareness of potential disaster threats in their surroundings.

Abstrak:
Hyperuricemia is a condition of increased uric acid levels in the blood that can develop into various metabolic disorders, including gouty arthritis and kidney disease. Physical activity is known to play an important role in controlling uric acid levels by increasing excretion and inhibiting purine production. This activity uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach which includes checking uric acid levels using the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) method in 91 productive-age individuals, as well as education about the importance of physical activity. The results were obtained directly and presented to the participants along with interpretive explanations and preventive recommendations. The average uric acid levels of the participants were recorded at 3.78 ± 0.60 mg/dL with a range of 2.5 to 5.6 mg/dL. All participants (100%) had uric acid levels within the normal range. Physical activity contributes to the regulation of uric acid levels, so proper education remains important even though the examination results show normal values. Education-based interventions play a role in strengthening primary prevention.

Abstrak:
Weak character education, hostile environments, and family backgrounds influence the moral decline of students. Therefore, pesantren needs to strengthen moral development tangibly and continuously. This study aims to explain the efforts of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Wonogiri to strengthen students' moral intelligence. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research findings show that the pesantren implements character education by combining Salafi and modern methods. Through dialogue, motivation, habituation of worship, and exemplary behavior, the pesantren helps student become more disciplined, religious, and able to control their emotions. Moral education is carried out through the habituation of worship activities such as congregational prayers, dhuha, tahajud, voluntary fasting, and tadarus and tahfidz of the Qur'an, which shape the student's morality. In addition, etiquette education in the pesantren is carried out through curriculum integration, daily activities, pesantren programs, and cooperation with parents. This approach involves exemplarity, spontaneous activities, admonitions, and environmental conditioning. In conclusion, the strategies have successfully formed students with religious, independent, ethical, and noble character gradually and sustainably

Abstrak:
KSOP Class III Tanjung has a big responsibility in ensuring that the guidance service runs smoothly. However, the realization of the availability of guided facilities and infrastructure is still not in accordance with the state of the field. This study aims to calculate the adequacy level (ideal) of human resources, facilities and infrastructure for ship guidance according to the report of guiding activities. This research is quantitative descriptive with a formula method or an empirical calculation formula of the level of adequacy, used as a reference or reference provided by the Directorate General of Ports. The results of the study show that there is an excess of Human Resources (HR) and Guidance Infrastructure amounting to 2 guides and 1 kepil ship. The factor that affects the calculation of the ideal result is the characteristics of the vessel's guiding area.

The automotive industry is constantly evolving, demanding advanced technologies for growth. Among these is cellular technology's long-term evolution (LTE), which 3GPP is pioneering to provide vehicle-to-everything (V2X) connectivity. It concentrates on vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) direct communications, essential for safety applications like traffic management or infotainment. Something significant here is having a system that allows them to understand each other and cooperate. All vehicles should be able to do this by sending messages about what they are doing and where they are so that it will be safer for drivers moving through town where there may be several hurdles that break the signal lines or block them out completely. Still, before this goal can be reached, there is a need for clever ways of using packets to maximize radio channels while ensuring the service works correctly. This task poses a considerable challenge while constructing algorithms that can handle it, which is an open development question. To solve this development question, a simulator named LTEV2Vsim has been introduced. Written in MATLAB, this simulator uses straightforward models for managing vehicle movement or more complex ones based on realistic urban environment input files. This simulator is helpful for scholars interested in validating and designing LTE-V2V networks. The ability to simulate urban environment scenarios and give example results will help develop a better system for carrying packets and thus ensure that cooperative awareness services are successfully implemented in V2X communication.

Technology is the result of the process of scientific development. 21st century technology has developed rapidly in the scope of education. High-level thinking is an important competency for students in the 21st century. For this reason, learning planning is needed that is able to improve high-level thinking competencies, especially in terms of student interpretation. Many practical lessons at SMA N 1 Balapulang are still not technology-based. This research aims to produce a practical tool based on Arduino UNO to improve graphic interpretation for high school students. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) and uses a research model, namely ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Based on validation by tool experts, it was found that the practical tool media developed received a score of 92.5% in the very good category. The characteristics of the media developed are the Arduino UNO microcontroller with an LM35 sensor to read the temperature of the liquid being measured, the interface of the Arduino UNO is PLX-DAQ software so that it is stored in MS Excel, there is a LKPD developed to make it easier for students during practicum. The results of improving student graphic interpretation seen from the pre-test and post-test obtained an average score from 57.11% to 89.61%. The N-Gain value obtained was 0.72, where there was an increase in graphic interpretation for students in the high category. The results of the analysis of heat change calculations proportional to temperature changes can improve student interpretation of graphs.
