This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training at PT XYZ, particularly in enhancing work performance and motivation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling. Informants consist of one team leader and three staff members selected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the training provided remains one-way, lacks interactivity, and is not entirely relevant to employees’ daily tasks. This leads to low motivation and minimal effectiveness in improving performance. Several challenges were also identified, including the absence of post-training follow-up, monotonous delivery methods, and limited time due to workload constraints. The study suggests that organizations should improve their training systems by aligning materials with job relevance, adopting more engaging methods, and ensuring continuous support from management.
 
 

Transformasi digital yang pesat telah mengakselerasi adaptasi pelaku usaha terhadap model pemasaran kontemporer, termasuk pemanfaatan marketplace digital seperti Shopee. Evolusi perilaku konsumen, yang kini semakin mengandalkan teknologi dan layanan berbasis internet, telah memicu dinamika anyar dalam strategi pemasaran produk. Di tengah persaingan yang kian intensif, implementasi fitur interaktif semacam siaran langsung (live streaming) dan reviu pelanggan daring (online customer review) tampil sebagai instrumen krusial dan strategis dalam mempengaruhi kecenderungan serta resolusi pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian intensitas pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di marketplace Shopee, khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Kota Pamekasan. Pendekatan kuantitatif diaplikasikan dalam studi ini, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner daring yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda guna mengevaluasi relasi dan dampak antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial, variabel live streaming dan reviu pelanggan daring mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lebih lanjut, analisis pengaruh dominan mengungkap bahwa review pelanggan daring memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan siaran langsung. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan betapa esensialnya konten berbasis pengalaman konsumen dan interaktivitas real-time dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian di ekosistem perdagangan digital. Secara praktis, riset ini menawarkan implikasi bagi pemasar digital untuk merancang strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang lebih adaptif dan berorientasi konsumen (consumer-centric) agar dapat berkembang di era ekonomi digital.

This research aims to increase knowledge and skills in the futsal sports training program at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani. The PkM activity involved 20 participants with a focus on increasing understanding and skills in the quality of futsal game techniques and tactics. The methods used include explaining theoretical understanding, applying theory, as well as direct practice sessions to improve participants' understanding and skills. The results of the activity showed that 3 people or 15% of participants had a good understanding of the pretest, while 17 people or 85% of participants had limited understanding. After participating in the program, the posttest results showed a significant improvement where 18 people or 90% gained good understanding, while only 2 people or 10% still needed additional understanding. The implication of this activity is that it is hoped that teachers who take part in the training will gain increased competence in designing and implementing futsal training programs, so that they can develop students more effectively, improve school achievement, and enrich PJOK learning methods

Community Service Lecture (KKN) is a program held by the campus to serve the community by students with the aim of helping the local community to solve problems in the village. The socialization activities were carried out in Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi sub-district. The activity aims to foster a sense of enthusiasm for cleaning small things, especially taking care of shoes. This socialization is also intended for young people to open business opportunities to reduce unemployment in the village with a shoe laundry business. In the implementation of these activities carried out by means of questions and answers and presentations by the KKN team. The results obtained from these activities are that the community can find out how to take care of their shoes properly and correctly with makeshift tools to make a profitable business field.

Training programs are very important for futsal coaches to achieve goals and maximize the team's potential. Through training programs, coaches can design effective training sessions to develop individual and team skills and develop appropriate playing strategies. The main problem faced is a lack of understanding of exercise programs and skills in creating effective exercise programs. This training involved 37 participants and used a structured method, including pretest, education, theoretical and practical training, mentoring, posttest and evaluation.  The aim of the activity is to increase participants' knowledge and skills in designing futsal training programs that are effective and suit the needs of athletes.  The training results showed a significant increase based on pretest and posttest data, the percentage of participants who understood the training program increased from 40.5% to 94.6%. Improving the quality of futsal coaching in Jayapura City is expected to improve athlete performance and advance the development of futsal sports in Jayapura City.

The main issue faced by the community in Pasuruan Regency is the shortage of a safe and adequate blood supply, especially for urgent needs such as accidents, surgeries, or certain illnesses. The Blood Donation Program initiated by students serves as a form of social service aimed at supporting blood stock availability and raising community awareness on the importance of blood donation. The method of implementation includes outreach to students and local residents, and collaboration with the local Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD PMI) to ensure strict health standards. Activities include direct blood donation, involving students and residents as volunteer donors. The outcome of this initiative is a significant increase in blood stock for the UTD PMI in Pasuruan Regency, along with a boost in community participation and understanding of the humanitarian value of blood donation as an essential social contribution.

The training of Community Sports Cadres on Organizing Safe and Healthy Matches is motivated by the increasing number of sporting events which often ignore safety and health aspects. This activity involved 40 participants from the local community and the South Jayapura district youth organization. The aim of the activity is to increase understanding and skills in organizing matches in accordance with safe and healthy standards.  The training method applied includes several steps, namely a pretest to measure participants' initial knowledge, followed by an education and training session that includes theory and practice, then ending with an evaluation. After the session, a posttest was carried out to assess the increase in participants' understanding. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge; The percentage of participants who understood the material rose from 67% of participants who understood and 33% of participants who did not understand during the pretest to 93% of participants who understood and the remaining 7% who did not understand after education and training. The conclusion of this activity shows that the training succeeded in achieving its goal of increasing the capacity of safe and healthy sports cadres. The resulting suggestion is the need to carry out similar training on a regular basis to continue to educate and empower the public in the safety and health aspects of organizing sports.

Waste management is a global issue and not a glamorous topic. On the global stage, climate and development discussions related to waste management have not yet become a top priority. Despite facing a global climate crisis, pollution, and biodiversity loss, the issue of waste management remains neglected, even at the household level. In Indonesia, the Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST) are still predominantly managed through operational systems such as controlled landfills, open dumping, and sanitary landfills, which create mountains of toxic waste that pollute the air, contaminate water, harm public health, and accelerate environmental degradation. 54.43% of waste in Indonesia comes from households, with the total in 2024 reaching 19,502,650.23 tons, and 8,046,428.49 tons (41.26%) of household waste remains unmanageable. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decrease in household income, prompting community service activities aimed at solving two problems simultaneously: waste management and efforts to increase household income. As part of this initiative, the introduction of maggot farming technology (Hermetia illucens larvae) was implemented to improve household income. The community service was carried out at Posbindu Dahlia RW 001, Petukangan Selatan, as the area is a residential neighborhood with available vacant land not yet utilized by the operators of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road toll. This community service activity ran smoothly, achieving all its targets and bringing about changes in the knowledge and behavior of the participants, as well as enabling them to optimize small land areas for maggot cultivation, thereby increasing household income.

Improving the village economy is an important global issue in village economic development in Indonesia. The village economy is a forum for converting opportunities into economic value by carrying out management and operational activities. Operational activities are related to managing input into output by providing added value. Sustainable economic development in villages is important in supporting national economic development. The aim of this activity is that village communities can process marine products in the village so that they have a higher selling value. Apart from that, using marine products can improve the economy so that it can increase people's income. Based on the results of service in Pagagan village, the village economy has improved, and village people can process marine products in Pagagan village so that they have a higher selling value. Apart from that, the use of marine products can improve the economy so that it can increase people's income. Supported by government, non-governmental organizations, and local community initiatives, the village economy can develop significantly, contributing to more equitable national development. Improving the village economy aims to improve community welfare through the natural resources available in the village. Apart from that, economic development in Pagagan village can open up new job opportunities so that the people in the sea will become economically prosperous.

This paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) making device using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Virgin Coconut Oil has gained popularity due to its health benefits and versatile uses in various industries. The traditional process of making VCO involves manual effort and precise timing, which can be tedious and inconsistent. The proposed automated system aims to streamline the VCO production process by integrating sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller to achieve precise control and monitoring of the process variables. The Arduino Uno microcontroller serves as the central unit for data acquisition, processing, and control, facilitating automation through programmed logic. Key components of the automated VCO maker include temperature sensors for monitoring heating stages, a motor for stirring, and relays for controlling heating elements. The system utilizes feedback loops to maintain optimal conditions during each phase of VCO production, ensuring reproducibility and quality. The design also emphasizes user-friendly operation, with an interface that provides real-time feedback on process parameters and allows manual intervention if necessary. Safety features are incorporated to prevent overheating and ensure operational reliability. Overall, the developed automatic VCO maker offers a practical solution to enhance the efficiency and consistency of VCO production, catering to both small-scale producers and commercial enterprises in the food and cosmetic industries
