This study examines Topten Printing, a printing company based in Metro City that offers diverse printing services characterized by competitive pricing, high-quality output, and efficient service. The research addresses the challenge of sustaining competitiveness amid rising market competition and evolving customer preferences. The objective is to analyze the company’s existing competitive strategies and propose viable alternatives for future growth. Employing a qualitative approach through a case study method, the research utilizes SWOT analysis and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to assess internal and external factors influencing the business. The results reveal that Topten Printing’s key strengths lie in its affordable pricing, reliable print quality, and prompt service delivery. However, the company also faces notable weaknesses, including a limited workforce and insufficient engagement on social media platforms. Opportunities exist in the growing demand for printed materials and government initiatives supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), whereas significant threats stem from digital transformation trends and raw material price volatility. The synthesis of findings indicates that to enhance its market position, Topten Printing should implement a growth-oriented strategy focused on increasing production capacity by hiring freelance workers and intensifying social media marketing efforts. In conclusion, strengthening human resources and expanding digital marketing activities are essential steps for Topten Printing to maintain competitiveness and seize market opportunities in an increasingly dynamic business environment.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengembangkan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk menghitung harga pokok penjualan (HPP) dengan pendekatan metode pesanan di PT. Jinlin Luggage Indonesia. Karena perusahaan ini menjalankan produksi berdasarkan permintaan khusus dari pelanggan, maka metode job order costing dipilih sebagai pendekatan paling relevan dalam menghitung biaya per unit.
Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang agar mampu mencatat biaya produksi secara sistematis, tepat, dan dilakukan secara real-time. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, perusahaan dapat menghindari proses penghitungan manual yang memakan waktu dan rawan kesalahan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D), yang mencakup beberapa tahapan mulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain sistem, validasi, hingga pengujian. Setiap tahapan dirancang secara menyeluruh agar hasil sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
Hasil implementasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efektivitas dan akurasi dalam pelaporan HPP, serta mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang berbasis data secara lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga meminimalkan kesalahan input secara manual dan mempercepat pembuatan laporan biaya produksi. Fitur penyimpanan data historis biaya produksi dalam sistem juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk analisis biaya dan perencanaan anggaran jangka panjang

Individuals who experience GGK and have undergone hemodialysis will experience many changes in their lives. This can affect the patient's psychological condition. Changes that occur can have an impact on individual perceptions related to their lives including the quality of their lives and perceptions about themselves including self esteem. To find out the relationship of self esteem with the quality of life in chronic kidney failure patients who are undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room of RSUD R Syamsudin SH Sukabumi City in 2025. Research uses correlational design. The number of samples was 219 people. The instruments used were the CSEI and KDQOL-S questionnaire. The statistical test used is Chi Square's correlation. There is a relationship between self esteem and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients who are undergoing hemodialysis, the results of the chi square test with a p-value of 0.00 or smaller than the alpha value (a = 0.05). The results of this study can provide information for RSUD R Syamsudin SH to increase health knowledge and insight to improve the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients in hemodialysis. One step that can be taken is to provide education to increase the patient's self esteem.

This study aims to analyze the representation of Pancasila values ??in the painting Laskar Rakyat setting Siasat by Affandi. This painting is considered to have a strong philosophical meaning related to the struggle of the Indonesian people in maintaining independence. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach (library research), where data is obtained from various written sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and related documents. The data collection technique is carried out through the documentation method, while the data obtained is analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify symbols, colors, and visual elements that reflect the values ??of Pancasila. The results of the study show that the painting Laskar Rakyat setting Siasat represents the five values ??of Pancasila. The value of Belief in the One Almighty God is seen in the slogan "Once Independent, Always Independent" which reflects the belief that independence is a gift from God. The value of Just and Civilized Humanity is seen in the solidarity of the fighters without distinguishing backgrounds. The value of Indonesian Unity is realized through the togetherness of the fighters who develop a joint strategy. The value of Democracy Led by the Wisdom of Deliberation and Representation is depicted in the discussion scene among the fighters. Finally, the value of Social Justice for All Indonesian People is reflected through the painting of simple war equipment that shows the struggle of the common people in maintaining independence. This study confirms that works of art, especially Affandi's paintings, are able to be an effective medium in conveying moral messages, values ??of friendship, and the spirit of struggle.

Kidney failure is one of the diseases that increases every year and becomes a major health problem in the world, the occurrence of failure is a risk of heart and blood vessel disease and increases morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of dialysis patients' families in helping to prepare food at home. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive study. The location of this study was carried out in the Hemodialysis Room of the Imelda Buruh Indonesia General Hospital, Medan . The time of this study conducted in March to July 2024. The number of participants in this study was 6 participants . Research data were collected through in-depth interviews with participants and analyzed thematically. The results of the study consisted of 3 (three) themes, namely: (1) Eating habits , (2) obstacles or challenges in preparing food, (3) family support for patients. The conclusion of this study is that all participants expressed that the eating patterns of patients with hemodialysis therapy showed normal eating patterns, but when hemodialysis was carried out, patients felt weak and their appetite decreased, but all patients still ate 3 times a day in small portions . Overall, participants provided strong support for patients, both moral support, material in efforts to provide patient food needs, reminding patients to eat regularly according to doctor's recommendations, and faithfully accompanying them during hemodialysis. Although obstacles and challenges were found from both patients and families in overall food management, they could be overcome.

Inclusive education in Indonesia faces various challenges, including limited teacher competency, minimal facilities and infrastructure, and low community support for Children with Special Needs (ABK). In addition, obstacles such as negative stigma, lack of training for educators, and policies that are not yet optimal also hamper its implementation. To overcome this, training and improving the quality of teachers, provision of adequate facilities, changes in community paradigms through socialization, and collaboration between schools, government, and the community are needed. Inclusive education can only be successful if it is supported comprehensively by all parties, with a strategic and sustainable approach.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of circular economy in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The focus of the research is on the implementation of circular economy practices that include waste management, use of sustainable raw materials, environmentally friendly packaging, energy and water efficiency, and food waste reduction strategies. The research method used a descriptive quantitative approach with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through Google Form.

One of the most important things that support an effective learning process is the ability of educators to create learning media. The ability to make trainers or teaching aids that support theoretical and practical learning is very important, especially for Vocational High Schools (SMK) teachers in electrical engineering. The purpose of this community service project is to prepare electrical engineering teachers to make Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) trainers suitable for use in the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) curriculum. Fifty teachers from Nurul Baqi Vocational High Schools in Semarang participated in the training for 40 lesson hours delivered with a Project Based Learning (PjBL) approach. The training results showed an increased understanding and application of the SCADA system by the participants, especially in terms of measuring current, voltage, solar radiation, temperature, as well as.

UPTD Puskesmas Subah adalah salah satu puskesmas yang ada di jajaran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Batang yang selalu berkembang seiring kondisi dan dinamika masyarakat dengan upaya keras untuk menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, merata dan terjangkau. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang cepat dan informasi yang dibutuhkan sangat penting, sebab harus dapat diakses dimana saja. Salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas Subah Batang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, salah satu kegiatannya yaitu pendaftaran pasien yang berfungsi sebagai menerima kunjungan pasien untuk berobat rawat jalan. Selama ini Puskesmas Subah melakukan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dilakukan bersamaan dengan pendaftaran pasien baru langsung ditempat loket, sehingga terkadang para pasien harus sabar menunggu giliran dan antri untuk mendapat pelayanan masing-masing. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode hot-fit. Dengan adanya sistem ini memudahkan pasien dalam proses pendaftaran, memudahkan petugas dalam hal pencatatan dan juga sistem berbasis web memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat tanpa mengenal tempat dan waktu.

Crowdfunding has emerged as an innovative fundraising solution, leveraging digital technology and social media to connect donors with beneficiaries. This study investigates the influence of religiosity, social media engagement, and viral marketing on millennials’ online donation decisions in Jakarta. Religiosity, reflecting spiritual values that motivate donations, emerged as the dominant factor, encouraging contributions as acts of worship and moral responsibility. Social media engagement enhances participation through active interactions like sharing and commenting, while viral marketing supports trust-building with engaging and informative content. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online Likert-scale questionnaire from 196 purposively sampled respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Results show all three factors significantly influence donation decisions. This study highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values into online campaigns and utilizing creative communication strategies to foster donor trust and engagement, emphasizing the synergy between technology and social values for sustainable online donation platforms.
