The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of institution-level financial application systems on effectiveness, user performance and impact on the quality of financial statements. This type of research uses causal explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms with a 5-point likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study used SmartPLS. The results of this study show that: 1). The implementation of SAKTI affects user effectiveness; 2). The implementation of SAKTI affects user performance; 3). The implementation of SAKTI does not affect the quality of financial statements; 4). User effectiveness affects the quality of financial statements; 5). User performance has no effect on the quality of financial statements.
 

This research focuses on car classification and the use of the ResNet-50 neural network architecture to improve the accuracy and reliability of car detection systems. Indonesia, as one of the countries with high daily mobility, has a majority of the population using cars as the main mode of transportation. Along with the increasing use of cars in Indonesia, many automotive industries have built factories in this country, so the cars used are either local or imported. The importance of car classification in traffic management is a major concern, and vehicle make and model recognition plays an important role in traffic monitoring. This study uses the Vehicle images dataset which contains high-resolution images of cars taken from the highway with varying viewing angles and frame rates. This data is used to analyze the best- selling car brands and build car classifications based on output or categories that consumers are interested in. Digital image processing methods, machine learning, and artificial neural networks are used in the development of automatic and real-time car detection systems.The ResNet-50 architecture was chosen because of its ability to overcome performance degradation problems and study complex and abstract features from car images. Residual blocks in the ResNet architecture allow a direct flow of information from the input layer to the output layer, overcoming the performance degradation problem common in neural networks. In this paper, we explain the basic concepts of ResNet-50 in car detection and popular techniques such as optimization, augmentation, and learning rate to improve performance and accuracy. in this study, it is proved that ResNet has a fairly high accuracy of 95%, 92% precision, 93% recall, and 92% F1-Score.

Segment Anything Model (SAM) is a model capable of performing object segmentation in images without requiring any additional training. Although the segmentation produced by SAM lacks high precision, this model holds interesting potential for more accurate segmentation tasks. In this study, we propose a Post-Processing method called Conditional Matting 4 (CM4) to enhance high-precision object segmentation, including prominent, occluded, and complex boundary objects in the segmentation results from SAM. The proposed CM4 Post-Processing method incorporates the use of morphological operations, DistilBERT, InSPyReNet, Grounding DINO, and ViTMatte. We combine these methods to improve the object segmentation produced by SAM. Evaluation is conducted using metrics such as IoU, SAD, MAD, Grad, and Conn. The results of this study show that the proposed CM4 Post-Processing method successfully improves object segmentation with a SAD evaluation score of 20.42 (a 27% improvement from the previous study) and an MSE evaluation score of 21.64 (a 45% improvement from the previous study) compared to the previous research on the AIM-500 dataset. The significant improvement in evaluation scores demonstrates the enhanced capability of CM4 in achieving high precision and overcoming the limitations of the initial segmentation produced by SAM. The contribution of this research lies in the development of an effective CM4 Post-Processing method for enhancing object segmentation in images with high precision. This method holds potential for various computer vision applications that require accurate and detailed object segmentation.

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang smartphone meningkat setiap tahun. Berbagai smartphone dengan spesifikasi yang lebih canggih selalu bermunculan. Banyaknya produk smartphone yang ada di pasaran, dengan spesifikasi yang bervariasi, membuat masyarakat menjadi kesulitan dalam memilih. Survei awal dilakukan dengan 33 responden dan 25 di antaranya menjawab bahwa mereka bingung ketika mencari smartphone yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan budget. Pencarian smartphone masih terbilang sulit karena membutuhkan waktu dalam menggali informasi melalui review dari YouTube dan informasi di internet, demi mendapatkan smartphone yang sesuai. Berdasarkan masalah ini, solusi yang ditawarkan berupa sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Weighted Product, dengan menggunakan kriteria seperti RAM, prosesor, internal, layar, kamera utama, dan kapasitas baterai untuk membantu dalam memilih smartphone yang sesuai dengan pengguna. Semua rekomendasi smartphone yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi telah sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan metode Weighted Product. Survei juga dilakukan kembali kepada responden yang sama, dan 31 dari 33 responden menjawab bahwa aplikasi yang dihasilkan penelitian ini membantu mereka memilih smartphone lebih cepat karena tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu untuk mencari informasi di YouTube dan internet.

Lembaga kesehatan yang dapat diakses untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk bayi dan balita adalah posyandu. Salah satu posyandu yang ada di Kota Semarang adalah Posyandu Bougenville Kelurahan Patemon. Posyandu Bougenville melayani penimbangan balita dan imunisasi, Tenaga sukarelawan kesehatan yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan, serta memberikan panduan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui. Kader dan peserta Posyandu sering mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data. Hal ini disebabkan karena selama ini pencatatan data ditulis secara manual menggunakan tangan. Peserta juga jarang mendapatkan beberapa informasi tentang hasil pencatatan di posyandu. Kendala lain yang dihadapi oleh Posyandu Bougenville adalah ketika jumlah peserta yang banyak ketika ada sebuah event tertentu. Kader posyandu mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan proses pengolahan data karena banyak data yang sama dicatatkan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan redudansi data. Hal ini menyebabkan kader Posyandu terkadang melakukan kesalahan dalam penghitungan data saat pembuatan laporan kegiatan Posyandu di tingkat Kelurahan.

Kali beldang is one of the areas located in Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency East Nusa Tenggara. This time it was one of the times that looked very dirty. There is a lot of garbage scattered around the river, even in the water stream. There are various kinds of waste, ranging from garbage, waste from animal feed disposal, livestock manure, waste in the form of torn cloths, to plastic waste that is very difficult to decompose and Masi many more hazardous waste that cannot be recycled. This research will be carried out with qualitative methods as research observation, with the aim of the researcher, The qualitative approach is to observe, explain, describe, describe critically.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, effectiveness of the audit committee, solvabilitas on timeliness in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research year period used is 4 years, namely the 2016-2021 period. The population of this study includes all consumer-based industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique used a population sampling technique. Based on the criteria set, 17 companies were obtained, the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the research simultaneously show that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have an effect on timeliness. Meanwhile, if partially tested, it shows that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have no significant effect on timeliness.

The series of terrorist attacks and suicide bombings that have recurred almost every year since 2000 behooves the Indonesian stakeholders to giving their very eyes on the roots of the problem. In Karen Armstrong’s viewpoint, the savagery of that extremist attack that slay thousands of people has nothing to do with religion alone, but dominantly also with economic cliff and political havoc in both national and global level. But she also calls to mind that it does not mean that religion has nothing to do with any barbarous acts. The atrocities in the name of religious motives in some aspects are convincingly the constant implications of the imparity of political economy. Terrorism and the similar acts of villainy instigated by the religious ideology are like “rotting fruit” of its main tree, fundamentalism. Fundamentalism is categorized as one of the huge challenges Indonesia has been facing along the post-Reform era. This article examines the problem of the absence of social justice and multidimensional approach of development at all level as the backbones and the determining factors of the emersion of the Indonesian fundamentalism.
