Abstrak:
The existence of organizations is essential because human beings, as social creatures, cannot fulfill all of their needs individually. This study examines the fundamental concepts underlying organizations. Its primary objective is to identify and understand the key elements encompassed within the basic framework of organizational theory. Employing a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, the research draws upon digital literacy sources and other relevant data pertinent to the topic. Through analyzing various scholarly references, particularly conceptual frameworks and the Qur'anic perspective on organizational principles, this study explores definitions, essential components, organizational management principles, structural elements, and the broader social role of organizations. The findings indicate that robust theoretical foundations support organizational theory and harmonize the spiritual values embedded in Islamic teachings. Findings from the literature also emphasize that an ideal organization is not solely built upon structural systems, procedures, and work efficiency, but also supported by rooted values of ethics, morality, and spirituality deeply.

Abstrak:
The instillation of trustworthiness (amanah) is an essential element in the character development of students, particularly within the framework of Islamic education. As a core moral value emphasized in both the Al-Quran and Hadith, amanah serves as a foundation for shaping students' integrity, responsibility, and reliability. Despite its significance, the teaching materials designed to instill this value have not been critically assessed, especially in terms of their content relevance and pedagogical effectiveness. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Tafhim Al-Quran teaching materials used for Grade II students at SMP-T Darul 'Amal, focusing on the topic of amanah. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were gathered through the collection of documents, lesson plan (RPP) reviews, and interviews with subject teachers. The findings reveal that the teaching materials do cover the three learning domains—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor—but tend to disproportionately emphasize the cognitive domain. While the materials include references to Al-Quran verses and Hadith concerning trustworthiness and the fulfillment of promises, they often lack practical, real-world examples that are relatable to the everyday experiences of adolescents. Moreover, the current instructional approach remains conventional and teacher-centered, offering limited opportunities for students to engage in reflective and participatory learning activities. In light of these findings, the study recommends the development of more contextualized and student-centered teaching materials. These materials should incorporate active learning strategies, such as group discussions, case studies, and experiential learning activities, to more effectively foster the internalization of amanah as a lived value. Enhancing the relevance and interactivity of character education in this way can significantly improve its impact on students' moral development.

Abstrak:
Posyandu merupakan program kesehatan berbasis masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mendukung kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui layanan seperti imunisasi, pemantauan tumbuh kembang, dan pemberian makanan tambahan. Meskipun memiliki peran strategis, partisipasi warga seringkali rendah, seperti yang terjadi di Posyandu Kenanga 2 RW.07 Kelurahan Harapan Mulya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kesadaran dan partisipasi warga dalam mendukung program Posyandu. Metode yang dilakukan dimulai dari tahap satu yaitu berdiskusi dengan kader posyandu mengenai program rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi untuk mengikuti program Posyandu, tahap ke dua yaitu diskusi interaktif dengan media pendukung seperti poster dan standing banner serta pembuatan video kreatif yang disebar melalui media sosial, dan tahap ke tiga yaitu evaluasi berupa pendataan warga kampanye persuasif dilaksanakan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 62% yang sebelumnya hanya 38%. Hal ini terbukti adanya peningkatan jumlah hadir para ibu dan balita dengan adanya kampanye.

Abstrak:
Peran sekolah sangat penting dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan unggul bagi kemajuan suatu Negara. Semakin baik kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan semakin baik pula SDM suatu bangsa. sekolah diharapkan dapat mengikuti perkembangan media pembelajaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini agar peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat berjalan beriringan dengan perkembangan. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) adalah salah satu satuan pendidikan dengan jenjang menengah atas. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, Madrasah Aliyah Al Asror berupaya membuat sebuah media pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menampilkan beberapa visual yang dinamis agar para peserta didik lebih tertarik dan dapat memberikan motivasi agar siswa dapat melakukan belajar secara mandiri. Namun dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik masih dirasakan sulit oleh para guru karena kekurangan pengetahuan dan kemampuan desain dari para guru tersebut. Saat ini para guru hanya mencoba membuat media yang dinamis hanya dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang ada di Microsoft Power Point saja. Padahal saat ini banyak sekali platform yang menawarkan video dan animasi yang menarik untuk pembuatan materi ajar secara dinamis baik offline maupun online. Maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis video dan animasi sebagai media alat bantu pembelajaran pada Madrasah Aliyah Al Asror. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman peserta tentang dasar desain grafis untuk pembuatan untuk membuat media pembelajaran, meningkatnya keterampilan tentang pembuatan animasi yang bagus dan menarik melalui pelatihan pembuatan video dan animasi pembelajaran melalui tool video online, dan terciptanya media pembelajaran untuk materi pembelajaran dengan animasi yang menarik, mudah dan efektif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa secara mandiri. Untuk luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, juga akan dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional pengabdian masyarakat ABDIMASKU, hasil dokumentasi pelaksanaan diupload pada youtube, dan HKI. Kegiatan PKM ini laksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari program studi Desain Komunikasi Visual dan Teknik Informatika yang terakreditasi unggul sehingga kompeten dibidangnya masing-masing.

Abstrak:
Active, Creative, Innovative and Fun Learning Training (PAIKEM) is a strategy designed to improve the quality of learning through an approach that involves students actively and creatively. This article aims to describe the implementation and results of PAIKEM training for elementary school teachers in Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Training was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The methods used include simulations, group discussions, and practical assistance in class. The results of the training show an increase in teachers' understanding of PAIKEM principles, increased skills in applying creative methods, and increased student participation in the learning process. This training makes a significant contribution to the development of teacher competence and the quality of learning in elementary schools. To ensure the sustainability of the impact of training, continued assistance and synergy between schools, government and the education community is needed.

Unfortunately, though, the school principal's needs are rarely given a clear signal, and if they are realized, others like the mark up of the budget may arise. Such issues require resolution so that there is no swelling in the budgetary process, to which this inscription appears. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. His research was a projection of the principal's needs essential to the quality of education. This need has to adjust the dynamic growth of schools and policies. The main challenges include a lack of a competent headmaster, an unstandardized recruiting process, anda difficult mapping of needs in the area. Effective solutions include sustained training, instructional leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Divorce is a global phenomenon with significant implications for children's rights. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce in five countries with different legal systems: Qatar, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Jordan. The research employs a normative juridical method with a comparative legal research approach through literature review and legal document analysis. The findings reveal that each country has a unique mechanism for ensuring children's rights after divorce. Diverse legal systems—ranging from common law, civil law, to Islamic law—lead to variations in approaches to ensuring custody, care, and protection for children. The study identifies four critical dimensions in fulfilling children's rights: the right to survival and development, the right to protection, the right to education, and the right to participation. The comparative analysis highlights that cultural factors, legal systems, and political commitment play a fundamental role in determining the effectiveness of child rights protection after divorce. Key recommendations of this study include the need for regulatory harmonization, strengthening enforcement mechanisms, and developing sustainable monitoring systems. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the complexity of fulfilling children's rights across global legal systems.

Abstrak:
This research delves into strategies aimed at enhancing occupational safety and health practices within pilotage operations at Semayang Port, operated by PT. Pelindo Balikpapan. Given the inherently high-risk nature of port activities, particularly pilotage, ensuring the safety and well-being of workers is paramount. This research is motivated by the imperative to curtail workplace incidents and bolster operational efficiency through the implementation of robust strategies. A SWOT analysis was employed to comprehensively assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats inherent in the port's existing occupational safety and health system. The findings of this analysis revealed that a 'Turn Around' strategy, situated in Quadrant II of the SWOT matrix, presents the most viable course of action. This strategy effectively leverages external opportunities to mitigate internal weaknesses, thereby optimizing the overall safety and health posture. By adopting the 'Turn Around' strategy, PT. Pelindo Balikpapan is poised to elevate the standards of occupational safety and health within its pilotage operations at Semayang Port. Consequently, this is expected to lead to a reduction in accidents and a commensurate improvement in overall operational performance.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the concept of developing affective assessment instruments in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SD Islam Nusantara, Pekalongan City. Using qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection uses documentation techniques, namely by analyzing information regarding the concept of developing affective assessment instruments in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Then the information is analyzed with data obtained from relevant literature sources such as books and journals. The data analysis technique goes through several stages, namely preliminary analysis, data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that developing an affective assessment instrument in Islamic Religious Education subjects goes through the following steps: determining instrument specifications, writing the instrument, determining the instrument scale, determining the scoring system, reviewing the instrument, assembling the instrument, conducting trials, analyzing the instrument, carrying out measurements, interpret measurement results.

Sekolah merupakan sebuah institusi yang bertanggungjawab untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan salah satu hal yang menunjang dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan adalah adanya media pembelajaran yang baik dan bervariatif. Salah satu sekolah yang ada di kabupaten Temanggung yaitu SMPN 2 Kledung. SMPN 2 Kledung menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang mengalami cukup kesulitan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang berkualitas khususnya video pembelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran SMPN 2 Kledung masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional. Kendala ketersediaan peralatan dan media pembelajaran yang berbasis TIK menjadi tantangan utama. Video pembelajaran yang digunakan di SMPN 2 Kledung didapatkan para guru dari youtube dan media sosial. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh para guru adalah karena video yang diambil dan bukan membuat sendiri, maka materi yang diberikan tidak semuanya sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh pengajar. Selain itu, kebanyakan materi tersedia dalam bahasa inggris yang akan sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik. Padahal video pembelajaran yang ada sangat menarik karena mengabungkan antara tampilan pembicara dan juga materi yang disampaikan. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah Meningkatnya pemahaman peserta tentang membuat konsep video pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam pembuatan naskah. Meningkatnya ketrampilan peserta tentang cara mengambil video pembelajaran yang baik dan menarik. Meningkatnya ketrampilan peserta tentang editing video, serta distribusi video yang sesuai untuk peserta didik. Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi dan praktik tentang membuat konsep video dan pembuatan naskah, memberikan materi dan praktik tentang teknik mengambil video, dan memberikan materi dan praktik tentang editing video dan menyiapkan video yang siap didistribusikan.
