This study aims to analyze the readiness of farmers in Parakan Village to utilize digital platforms for marketing agricultural products. The methods used include interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), mentoring, and the distribution of questionnaires to 30 members of the Mawar Farmer Group. Findings indicate a shift in farmers' behavior from relying on middlemen to independently marketing their products through social media. However, survey results show low levels of information access, active participation, and understanding of digital innovation. Innovation and digital literacy are key challenges, although some farmers expressed a willingness to learn. Continuous mentoring and collaboration between farmers, academics, and the government are essential to support an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation in the agricultural sector.

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi telah meningkatkan efisiensi proses akademik, termasuk monitoring dan evaluasi skripsi. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dan efektivitas sistem digital dalam proses tersebut menggunakan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean. Survei dilakukan terhadap 250 responden, terdiri dari mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan dosen pembimbing. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 78% responden merasa sistem sangat membantu, 15% cukup terbantu, dan 7% mengalami keterbatasan. Kepuasan pengguna rata-rata mencapai 4.2 dari 5, menunjukkan penerimaan yang baik. Faktor kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan keberlanjutan penggunaan sistem. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam bimbingan skripsi. Namun, integrasi dengan sistem akademik lain dan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan masih diperlukan untuk optimalisasi.

The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of CSR in the context of Islamic values. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative research method. The results of the study indicate that from an Islamic perspective, CSR is not only focused on achieving profits, but also encouraging businesses to contribute significantly to the welfare of society and environmental preservation. In CSR practices, Islamic principles such as honesty (shiddiq), amanah, responsibility (mas'uliyyah), and virtue (ihsan) are the basis. In addition, the values ??of tauhid, justice (adl), and balance (mizan) serve as guidelines in designing an ethical company. This study examines how the violation of Grice’s cooperative maxims—quantity, quality, relation, and manner—elicits humor in YouTube clips from Steve Harvey’s TV Show. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, this research analyzes social media data from the show’s YouTube channel. The analysis applies a pragmatic identity framework and follows the data analysis techniques outlined by Miles and Huberman (1984). Key findings reveal how different types of maxim violations, influenced by contextual factors, contribute to humor production in a talk show format. This study offers valuable insights into the role of conversational implicature in humor, particularly within contemporary media, and contributes to the broader field of discourse analysis and humor studies. By examining how humor is constructed through maxim flouting, the research highlights its implications for understanding humor in digital media and its cultural significance in global media contexts.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and Interactivity (IN) on Business Performance (BP) with Innovation Capability (IC) as a mediator in MSME womenpreneurs in Sidoarjo. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data obtained through a questionnaire from 209 respondents, then analyzed using SmartPLS. The results showed that Interactivity has a significant positive effect on Business Performance both directly and through Innovation Capability, while Entrepreneurial Orientation did not show a significant effect through the mediation of Innovation Capability. These findings indicate the importance of Interactivity in driving innovation that improves business performance. However, Entrepreneurial Orientation needs to be optimized to support innovation in womenpreneurs. This research recommends innovation training programs and strengthening access to technology to help womenpreneurs overcome innovation obstacles, so as to increase the competitiveness and contribution of MSMEs to the local economy.

The psychosocial well-being of children in orphanages is an important issue that requires attention, especially for those who face various social and emotional difficulties. The purpose of this activity is to find out how volunteers contribute to improving the psychosocial well-being of children at Harapan Mulia Orphanage Purwokerto. A total of 38 volunteers were involved in direct interaction with 15 children aged 4 to 16 years using a community education approach. The activities included emotional support, profession and aspiration class learning, creation class, group discussion, and educational games. The results showed how the volunteers were able to increase the children's self-esteem, reduce their loneliness, and inspire them to reach their full potential. The children were more inspired to achieve their goals and felt more cared for. It can be concluded that volunteers have an important role in promoting the emotional and social development of children in orphanages and supporting their psychosocial well-being.

This research discusses the application of Sharia business ethics in the marketing strategy of Turqiy chocolate products. As a brand committed to Islamic principles, Turqy integrates Sharia ethical values, such as honesty, justice, and transparency, into every aspect of its operations and product promotions. This product marketing strategy is designed to meet the needs of increasingly selective Muslim consumers for halal and high-quality products. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, exploring how Turqiy applies Sharia principles in the packaging, communication, and distribution of its products. The research results show that the application of Sharia business ethics not only enhances consumer trust but also creates a competitive advantage in the global market. This article makes an important contribution to the development of the sharia marketing concept, especially in the food and beverage industry.

This study, titled "Islamic Religious Education Teachers' Strategies in Teaching Sex Education at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan," is based on observations that many students at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan face challenges in understanding sex education content that is not explicitly stated in the curriculum. This research aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in delivering sex education to students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan in the 2023/2024 academic year. Primary data sources are derived from observations and interviews, while secondary data sources are from school documents and archives. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results show that the strategies used by PAI teachers in teaching sex education include integrating relevant content into appropriate lessons, using lecture and discussion methods, and developing materials based on the teachers' personal experiences. These strategies are effective in enhancing students' understanding of sex education, despite challenges such as the lack of specific references and supporting teaching media. It is recommended that teachers continue to develop culturally and socially sensitive teaching strategies to address challenges in sex education.

Previous research has extensively observed how International Environmental Standards, commonly known as ISO 14000. However, research on the influence between X1, X2, and Y at PT. Futaba Industrial Indonesia has not been conducted before.  Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and customer satisfaction on the implementation of the ISO 14000 environmental management system.  Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents, consisting of employees at various levels of positions using the Simple Random Sampling technique.  The research results show that the work environment variable has a significant impact on the implementation of ISO 14000.  In addition, customer satisfaction also becomes an important factor in supporting the success of this system.  This research emphasizes the importance of good workplace environmental management and improving customer satisfaction to ensure optimal environmental sustainability through the implementation of the international ISO 14000 standards.

Currently, the Amikom University Purwokerto student portal is still not equipped with a student data search feature that can make it easier to access related information. The unavailability of this feature can provide significant obstacles to various students' daily activities, especially in activities such as academic research, collaborative group work across study programs, and interactions between departments. The aim of this research is to apply the TOGAF framework which is expected to be able to help identify the root of the problem and provide a more comprehensive, systematic and effective solution in an effort to improve the functionality of this portal, so that it can better support students' academic needs. This research uses the TOGAF method which includes Understanding Business Context, Vision Architecture, Definition Architecture, and Transition Architecture. The result of this research is a flowchart design for the student data search feature which was created and analyzed using the Bizagi Modeler application which was compared between the design and the current process. Based on the results, it shows that the design of the student data search flow through Student Amikom Purwokerto is much faster and more efficient because the data search time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes.
