Abstrak:
In response to the increasing competition within the telecommunications industry, PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III faces the challenge of maintaining its competitive advantage and fostering customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the application of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) by PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III in enhancing the company’s competitiveness while simultaneously strengthening customer loyalty. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III has effectively implemented essential IMC elements, including advertising, sales promotions, digital marketing, personal selling, and public relations. These strategies have proven to be effective in increasing customer awareness of services, reinforcing long-term relationships, and supporting the company’s competitive positioning in the market.

Abstrak:
Social media has become a strategic platform to support education and promotion, including in the energy sector. This research aims to optimize the role of Instagram as a means of electricity education and promotion of the Electrifying Lifestyle at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Surabaya Utara. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, based on observation of company Instagram account activities, interviews, and social media performance data. The results show that the utilization of interactive features such as stories, reels, and informative feeds can increase audience engagement and strengthen public understanding of electricity-based services and lifestyles. This study concludes that optimizing content strategy, consistency of posts, and collaboration with local communities are effective in expanding reach and supporting the company's digital transformation.

Abstrak:
Beginning readingability in childrenage5-6years is a basic skill that is very important in supporting their academic development. One effective method for improving this ability is through interesting and interactive media, such as picture word cards. This media is designed to introduce children to basic vocabulary with the help of appropriate pictures, and remember these words. Using picture word cards can strengthen children's reading skills, because they combine attractive visual elements with direct reading practice. Through fun games and activities, children can gradually learn to recognize words, improve their reading fluency and enrich their vocabulary. This approach also provides a pleasant experience, makes the process of learning to read more interesting and reduces the anxiety that may arise in children when learning to read. In this way, picture word cards become an effective medium in supporting the development of early reading skills in young children.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) khususnya Chat GPT terhadap kualitas akademik mahasiswa. Chat GPT, sebagai salah satu implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam bidang pendidikan, menawarkan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti penyediaan informasi secara cepat, bimbingan akademik, penyelesaian masalah pembelajaran serta dukungan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa mahasiswa magister program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Chat GPT memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik dari mahasiswa, baik dalam hal pemahaman materi, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, maupun efisiensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Namun, hasil ini juga menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), seperti potensi kurangnya keakuratan jawaban apabila tidak di kritisi dengan baik, adanya resiko ketergantungan pada Chat GPT sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas akademik mahasiswa dan kurangnya interaksi langsung mahasiswa dengan dosen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan baru tentang pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) yakni Chat GPT dalam dunia pendidikan serta dapat membantu institusi akademik dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

Abstrak:
This research is classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). The topic is changing forms of energy in class IV-B students, SDN Pakis 01 Surabaya. The number of students in the class consists of 25. The data collection method used consists of observation, tests, and documentation. The learning model applied is problem-based learning (PBL). The research results show that the learning model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) can significantly improve student learning outcomes in science subjects. The pre-cycle results showed a completion rate of 32%; in cycle 1, it increased to 56%, and then in cycle 2, it increased to 80%. Implementation of learning models (problem-based learning) has succeeded in achieving the expected targets and can effectively improve student learning outcomes, especially in class IV-B at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya in the 2024-2025 academic year. The learning model of problem-based learning (PBL) is also known for its effectiveness in building students' critical thinking skills so that it can help make the learning process easier.

Abstrak:
Students often have difficulty understanding the concepts of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), especially at the elementary school level. This difficulty is caused by the lack of variety of learning methods that are capable and attract students to actively participate in learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class IV C students in the elastic movement material in science and science lessons. This research applies the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model which uses Mystery Box media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which consists of two cycles. The instruments used include pretest and posttest as well as observation sheets. The data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively to measure the increase in learning outcomes from one cycle to the next. The research results show that implementing PjBL with Mystery Box media improves student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was significant improvement, although some students had not reached the target. In the second cycle, learning outcomes continued to improve, with the majority of students reaching or exceeding the KKM. The percentage obtained from the pretest and posttest results was from 56.73% to 74.62%.

Abstrak:
This research aims to improve students' learning experience in Pancasila education through interactive video media at SDN 1 Pakis Surabaya. The research used a spiral-based PTK method with a total of 25 students, with a focus on planning, action, observation and reflection. The research results show a significant increase in, student learning outcomes after video interactivity. This research shows that the use of interactive videos in the Pancasila education program at SDN 1 Pakis Surabaya significantly improves student learning outcomes. Based on the data collected, it appears that the use of interactive videos can improve students' understanding of the material, especially on teacher-led learning topics that prioritize good behavior in the surrounding environment. The increase in learning outcomes as seen from the average student score from 68 to 75 shows that this media is effective in helping students meet the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that have been set. with a percentage in the initial condition of 41%, in cycle I which was proven to be 83%, and the percentage in cycle II was 100%. In addition, every student succeeded in achieving the learning objectives in cycle II, with a statistically significant average increase. Observations also showed that student activity and motivation increased, indicating that interactive videos had a positive impact on both academic performance and behavior.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this classroom action research is to use the problem-based learning paradigm to improve the skills of twenty-four fourth-grade students at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya in producing transitive and intransitive sentences. Methods such as observation, testing, and documentation were used to collect data. Two phases formed this investigation. Students of class IV A improved their learning outcomes for the formation of transitive and intransitive sentences according to the classroom action research. In cycle I, the average score was 72, or 45%, or 11 students. In cycle II, it jumped to 80, or 83%, or 20 students. This study found that in the 2024-2025 academic year, students in class IV A at SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya were able to improve their capacity to create transitive and intransitive sentences by using the problem-based learning paradigm. Problem-Based Learning is known as a learning method that involves identifying a problem and then assigning students to solve it, thus making students more active and able to understand the material during the learning process.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the Positive and Significant Relationship Between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior in the School Environment of Grade XI Students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research method is a quantitative research method. The population of this study included all grade XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung who were Protestant Christians totaling 141 people, but only 36 people were determined as samples taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 42 items, 20 items for variable X and 22 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior of Students in the SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung Environment. This is proven by: 1) The positive relationship test obtained the value of rxy = 0.597> rtable = 0.329, thus it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) The significant relationship test obtained the value of tcount = 4.336> ttable = 2.042. Thus Ha which states that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Relationship between Parental Guidance and Christian Social Behavior of Students in the School Environment of Class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted.

Abstrak:
Cassava is a staple food source that is abundant in Indonesia. Cassava leaves have been known to our people for a long time as an alternative vegetable to replace most vegetables in general. For those who are used to it, cassava leaves are a unique vegetable, and can stimulate your appetite, but for those who have never tasted it, it may take time to get used to it. The texture of cassava leaves is rough, so they are only suitable for cooking in a few ways. The aim of this research is to find out the most preferred formula for making beef jerky from cassava leaves. This research is experimental research with the research design used, namely Pre-Experimental Design with a One-shot case study type of research. Based on the research that has been carried out, the conclusion in this study is that of the 4 treatments given, it is seen from the color aspect that the most preferred treatment is P12 (100%), the taste aspect of the treatment is P12 986.7), the aroma aspect is P11 (80%) and the P12 texture (83.3%). For further research, it is hoped that variables such as water content and HCN can be added to cassava leaves.
