Abstrak:
Company that is engaged in construction contractors, has a project warehouse that is located moving around following the project being worked on. The problem faced is that the recording of material inventory is still done manually using a stock control card, then after that it is recorded it is entered into Microsoft Excel, it causes a long recording of material data stock because it has to open the parts one by one first for report generation. The research objective is to produce a system that can speed up the process of recording stock of building materials in the construction project warehouse, and can produce various material inventory reports that can control the availability of material inventory in the project warehouse. The method used is the Perpetual Inventory System, namely material management is carried out by controlling the stock of material inventory directly per periodic and continuously updating the stock every time material enters or exits. With this system, it will help the administration, foremen and project leaders to speed up various reports on stock control of material supplies that are fast, accurate and thorough and can improve the performance of officers in presenting reports.

Abstrak:
Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektifitas sisitem informasi akuntansi pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Adapun permasalahan di dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah sistem informasi penjualan ini berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian piutang pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif , sedangkan jenis penelitian asosiatif menggunakan angket sebagi instrument yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. SHIBA AZAKI dengan menggunakan 36 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan sistem imformasi akuntansi penjualan terhadap efektifitas pengendalian piutang di PT. SHIBA AZAKI.

Nowadays many companies, shops and home industries need promotional media to be known by the wider community. Many promotional media are used to promote a company or product being sold, one of which is brochures, stickers, banners and x-banners. For a company or store that offers its products, brochures, stickers, banners and x-banners serve as promotional media so that people are more familiar with the products being sold and know the latest information related to the promotion of the store or company.One such company or store is the Indo Raya Fishing Shop. Indo Raya Fishing Shop, located in the city of Semarang, is engaged in the sale of fishing equipment and other supporting accessories. In this case, Toko Pancing Indo Raya wants to promote the goods sold in its store and the latest information, which previously only sold wholesale, can now buy in retail or individually. From this problem, the author uses the interview method, namely the author conducts direct talks with the Indo Raya Fishing Shop and the author's observations go directly to the field to find the data needed.Making designs based on existing theories and using design principles and then processing them with computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop Cs3 and Corel Draw X4

Di era informasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat seperti sekarang ini, dalam rangka pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sebuah perusahaan atau yang dikenal dengan istilah sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian.
Masalah yang di hadapi PT. Nerangi sarana karya yaitu Sampai saat ini, pengolaan data kepegawaian tersebut masih menggunakan sistem manual yang belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik, belum memiliki suatu database sebagai media penyimpanan data, sharing data tidak melalui jaringan dan masih mengguanakan printout hardcopy.
Melihat permasalahan yang terjadi di subbag adminitrasi kepegawaian PT.Nerangi sarana karya, penulis bermaksut mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi kepegawaian ( SIMPEG) berbasis web untuk menangani data master kepegawaian, data pegawai, data kenaikan pangkat, data kenaikan gaji berkala. menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistem yang penulis gunakan adalah AHP.
Pada akhirnya, sistem ini dapat memberikan keluaran kepada penggunanya berupa SK Kenaikan pangkat, SK kenaikan Gaji berkala dan laporan pegawai.

Computer technology and the internet do present many conveniences in business. Includes a web-based recruitment decision support system. In the current system, PT. X received a job application file sent to the office of PT. X, after that applicants await calls from PT. X work for the interview. Such conditions make the performance of PT. X work is considered ineffective and inefficient. Therefore we need a web-based employee recruitment system that can solve this problem. The method used in the construction of this system is the analytical method hierarchy process which is carried out in several stages, namely data collection, system requirements analysis, system analysis and design, system development, and ends with testing and revision. As a result, with a web-based recruitment system, the recruitment process is effective and efficient

Suitability to the plantation soil type is very important, because can increase the productivity of plantation crops. From the observation in Boyolali, there are several types of soil, includingregosol, Andosol, litosol, mediterranean, grumosol. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is one of the appropriate steps to present the spatial aspect (spatial). SIG has benefits that can be used to analyze the suitability of land in accordance with predetermined parameters, the type of soil, crop types and data sub-district in Boyolali. This study aimed to analyze the suitability of the soil to increase the productivity of plantations in Boyolali using Geoprocessing techniques. Following the Geoprocessing techniques in all sub-districts boyolali, most soil types are regosol and mediterranean contained in 15 districts, so it can be concluded that the type of plants should be planted in the district is coffee, Kina, Cinnamon, Crops, Fruits.

Abstract The development of science in the era of information technology today indirectly also has an impact on the world of education, especially in the selection of students as participants in the Science Olympics. MTs X need a decision support system that can classify the selection pattern of junior high school science Olympiad students by considering several criteria, namely test results, subject values, Olympic experience, report card grades, and grade level. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, using the Simple Additive Weighting method, because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then continues with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatively, in this case the alternative in question is an outstanding student who will be a Science Olympiad participant. The result is that the determination of Science Olympiad participants is more accurate.

Abstrak:
Abstract The development of the cosmetics industry continues to increase causing a variety of cosmetic products issued in the market, both in terms of brands, facilities, types, and other variations contained in these products. Facial skin is the most important part of a woman's appearance to ensure that the skin always looks smooth and healthy. By adding face powder brands offered to consumers, they are increasingly confused in choosing the right face powder. The development of information technology that forms a support system can help consumers determine the right face powder. The method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of performance evaluations for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria used are age, skin type, brand, price, composition, aroma, size, color and shape of the packaging. From the results of the validation test conducted by the system expert shows the final value of the calculation is 3.0, the system is declared valid. While from the validation test results, the expert gets the final calculation material is 3.5 and the material expert approves the appropriate system because the system can provide appropriate recommendations for new consumers. From the validity and reliability test results obtained from 10 assessment indicator items, there are 8 question items that are considered valid and 8 items assessment indicators can be trusted.
