The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service. In order for this to be realized, a hospital should be managed professionally by competent human resources and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. One of the factors that influences the success of a hospital is good service quality. Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services. Another problem faced by partners is negative views of nurses, such as being rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional, which still often appear in the community. When friendliness and attention are absent, a climate of discomfort and reluctance to interact is created, resulting in suboptimal service. Health service providers, in addition to having professional ethics, also need to have good "manners" or etiquette in providing services to service users in this case patients or their families. The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. Stunting is a growth disorder in children caused by poor nutritional intake, repeated infections and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. These nutritional problems will occur if the nutrients are not fulfilled in the period of  First Thousand Days of Life. Objective: to determine the effect of nutrition counseling using comic media on the knowledge and attitudes of girl adolescent about 1000 first days of life in preventing stunting at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Methods: This type of research was Pre-Experimental with the One Group Pre-Post Test research design which only used the experimental group without a control/comparison group. The population in this study were all class XI teenage girls who were at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan in 2023, namely 121 people. Data collection was carried out by interviews using questionnaires and analysis using the T-dependent test. Results: This study showed the effect of nutritional counseling using comic media on knowledge (p=0.000) and attitudes (p=0.000) in preventing stunting at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Conclusion: There is an increase in knowledge and attitudes of young women after being given nutritional counseling using comic media.

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume in CV.Rempah Sari in Padang City by using segmenting, targeting, and positioning strategies both partially and simultaneously. marketing is one of the most important functions in the company, where with the right marketing it can determine the sales volume and the position of the company (product) in the market. The data collection technique used in this study is by using questionnaires or questionnaires, namely data collection techniques carried out by providing a set of questions or statements to the leadership of CV.Rempah Sari kota padang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of marketing strategies on the increase in the sales volume of sweet skins in cv.spice sari kota padang. The results of this research show that CV.Rempah Sari has a quality marketing strategy that can meet the needs of consumers.

The digitalization of health services is developing very rapidly, marked by the existence of electronic medical records. The implementation of electronic medical records has been required by the government in Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022. Based on the results of a preliminary study at the Berbah Sleman Primary Health Center, there were several obstacles to its implementation, namely related to the internet network and errors in the software which caused the outpatient registration process is stopped. The object of this research is to describe the perceptions of users of outpatient electronic medical records from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This type of research is quantitative descriptive by distributing questionnaires to 18 respondents. The results obtained showed that 15 respondents (83%) said it was very good in terms of perceived usefulness, 10 respondents (56%) said it was very easy in terms of perceived ease of use, 18 respondents (100%) said it was very good in terms of perceived behavior intention to use, and as many as 16 respondents (89%) stated that it was very good in terms of actual usage perception. Of the four perceptions which include usefulness, ease of use, behavior intention to use, and actual usage in implementing electronic medical records, users receive it very well.

A teacher needs to be proficient in a variety of behaviors, knowledge, and abilities in order to accomplish their professional tasks, which are demonstrated in their performance. When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi hubungan antara penerapan green accounting, kinerja lingkungan, kinerja keuangan, profitabilitas dengan mempertimbangkan peran tata kelola Perusahaan sebagai variable moderasi. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari Perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2022. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 32 perusahaan yang di anggap representative dari populasi, dan analisis berganda dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 untuk menghasilkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan green accounting,kinerja lingkungan, dan profitabilitas secara positif dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan Perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi wawasan lebih kepada para pemangku kepentingan, serta memberikan panduan kepada Perusahaan dan investor tentang manfaat penerpan green accounting dan memperbaiki kinerja lingkuangan dengan memperhatikan tata Kelola Perusahaan.

This research aims to find out whether the peer tutoring learning method influences the learning outcomes of begambo dance. This method is used in experimental research methods (one group pretest and posttest design). The subjects of this research were students in class X E 5 of SMA Negeri 2 Babat Toman.  The samples were taken based on the criteria used by the researcher, so the samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique and obtained class X E 5 experimental classes.  The data analysis used is the t-test, data collection using observation techniques, the work test is the implementation of the pretest and posttest and the supporting data collection is documentation.   Based on data analysis, the research results show that the students' scores on the posttest are greater than the students' scores on the pretest.  H_(0) is accepted if t_(count)?t_tabel while t_(count) is 3.19 and t_tabel 1.98. So it can be said that there is an influence of the use of the peer tutoring method on Begambo dance learning at SMA Negeri 2 Babat Toman with the hypothesis testing criteria Hadi Accepted and H0 is rejected.  This shows that there is an influence of the peer tutoring method on the value of learning outcomes of begambo dance in class X E 5 SMA Negeri 2 Babat Toman.

Jumlah populasi Satwa yang dilindungi semakin berkurang. Pemerintah melalui Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BBKSDA) melindungi satwa melalui undang-undang untuk melestarikan satwa dan mencegah kepunahan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, BBKSDA Papua Barat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju. Penyeludupan satwa yang dilindungi di papua barat kini masih minim perhatian dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat disebabkan banyaknya penangkapan dan perdagangan ilegal terkait satwa yang dilindungi di papua barat. Hal ini terjadi karena Keterbatasan informasi, juga tempat untuk masyarakat melakukan pelaporan yang masih melalui sms atau telephone yang akhirnya menjadi hambatan terkait kepedulian tentang satwa. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan Bahasa pemrograman Java dan database Google Sheet sebagai perangkat yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode extreme programming yang memilki Langkah-langkah yang tertruktur. Penelitian ini meliputi mengenali permasalahan, menghimpun informasi dan implementasi. Sistem informasi Pengaduan Satwa yang dilindungi telah berhasil dibangun dengan menggunakan dua metode pengujian. Pengujian menggunakan black box testing Fungsi dari semua fitur-fitur yang ada pada sistem berjalan dengan normal. Sedangkan menggunakan pengujian Usability Testing atau dikenal dengan kegunaan sistem di lingkungan Masyarakat diperoleh rata-rata presentasi deng interpretasi skor 91 %. Maka denga demikian pembuatan sistem pengaduan Satwa yang dilindungi sesuai dengan yang ingin dicapai.

Stunting is a child's body posture that is shorter when compared to children of his age. Body length for age is an indicator of chronic malnutrition. The incidence of stunting is influenced by several factors such as energy intake, nutrition, gender, number of members in the family, father's and mother's education, father's and mother's occupation, birth weight and family's economic status. The prevalence of stunting according to WHO (World Health Organization) in 2020 is 22% or 149.2 million children.Methods : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving anchovy cookies (Stolephorus Sp) on the prevention of stunting in two-year-old infants in Hamlet I Paluh Mardan, Pematang Cengal Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency in 2023. This research is a Quasi-Experimental study designed with a one group pretest and posttest design and examined 28 people as the research sample.Results and Discussion: The results of the study in the experimental group obtained results: the increase in the height of the male two-year-old baby was 1.1778 cm, the mean height was 89.4 cm; whereas for female toddlers, the average increase in body height was 1.1526 cm, with an average height of 90.6 cm. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis using the t-dependent test with a 95% confidence level showed a sig (2-tailed) value <0.05, which means that the effect of giving anchovy cookies was found on stunting prevention in toddlers.Conclusion: It is hoped that the residents of Hamlet I Paluh Mardan, Pematang Cengal Village, will utilize anchovies, processed into cookies or other processed forms, to increase the height of a 2 year old baby to prevent stunting, and future researchers will use my thesis as a reference.

Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants from various industries, aiming for diverse perspectives. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns and themes emerging from interviews and textual analysis of relevant documents. Preliminary findings suggest that effective implementation of reward & punishment strategies, coupled with robust internal public relations and adept digital marketing, significantly impacts company profitability. The study underscores the importance of cohesive internal communication and strategic digital marketing efforts in enhancing organizational performance and financial outcomes.
