This research aims to determine the improving writing descriptive texts using picture in Class X at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year 2023/2024. The population of this study consists of all 198 students in Class X, with a sample size of 30 students. The research method employed is an experimental method with a one-group pretest and posttest design, and data analysis using the "t" test. The initial test results show that students had an average score of 50.33, categorized as less satisfactory, with a standard deviation of 6.82. There was an improvement in the final test scores, with an average score of 76.83, categorized as good, and a standard deviation of 2.85. Based on the initial and final test results, and considering the passing grade (KKM) for English in high school is 75, students' ability in writing descriptive texts is classified as good. The hypothesis testing yields a t-value of 14.1, compared with the t-table value at a 5% significance level (1.706). As a result, the hypothesis is accepted (14.1 > 1.706). In conclusion, there is an improving the student writing descriptive texts using picture in Class X at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year 2023/2024.

Hospitals, as healthcare service providers, are required to improve the quality and efficiency of their services, one of which is through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This transformation impacts the workload of staff, particularly in the Medical Records Unit. This study aims to analyze the workload and staffing needs of the Medical Records Unit at Dr. Sitanala Central General Hospital using a descriptive quantitative approach with the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with six staff members using observation sheets, interview guidelines, and informed consent forms. The results show that the Available Working Time (AWT) is 72,000 minutes per year, exceeding the national standard. There are 11 core tasks and 3 supporting tasks, with the highest Standard Workload (SWL) found in the recording and filing activity (72,000), and the Standard Supporting Task (SST) value is 1.2. Based on achievements, SWL, and SST, a total of four staff members are needed to balance the workload. Currently, only one staff member remains due to staff rotation, resulting in a shortage of three personnel. Therefore, Dr. Sitanala Hospital needs to recruit three additional medical record officers with a minimum qualification of a D3 in Medical Records to maintain optimal service and manageable workloads.

The increasing competition among fast food restaurants in urban areas has made consumers more selective in their purchasing decisions, with price and product quality emerging as key determinants. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived price and perceived product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Subway fast food restaurants in East Bekasi. A quantitative approach was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 50 consumers. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression and classical assumption testing. The results indicate that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 1.191 and a partial determination coefficient (R²) of 0.750, suggesting that price alone explains 75% of the decision variance. Similarly, perceived product quality also demonstrates a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.469 and R² of 0.724. When combined, both variables explain 72.4% of the variance in purchasing decisions, with the F-test result of 91.673 surpassing the critical value of 3.20. These findings suggest that consumers in East Bekasi prioritize both affordability and quality when choosing fast food. This research contributes to the literature by validating the dual importance of economic and experiential value in fast food marketing strategies, especially in highly competitive suburban environments.

This study aims to examine the legal implications of court decisions that have obtained permanent legal force (inkracht) on the validity of changes to birth certificate data. Amendments to civil documents such as birth certificates do not merely involve administrative issues but also directly affect an individual’s legal status. In practice, many people face obstacles when seeking data corrections, especially when discrepancies arise between existing data and supporting documents. This research employs a normative juridical approach by analyzing laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and a case study of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Decision No. 587 K/Pdt/2021 as the primary focus. The analysis centers on the legal reasoning adopted by the panel of judges in granting the request for data correction, and how the decision binds the civil registration authority to execute the ordered amendment. The findings reveal that a court decision with permanent legal standing serves as a crucial legal instrument to ensure the validity and legality of population data changes. Moreover, this legal mechanism reinforces civil protection within the national administrative framework. The study also recommends enhancing coordination between judicial institutions and civil registry offices to streamline data correction procedures and prevent legal uncertainty. In this regard, the study provides an academic contribution to the development of administrative law and the protection of citizens' legal rights.

Water is an essential need for human life, especially in hospitals which require a constant supply of clean water. Dr. Gunawan Mangunkusumo Regional Public Hospital, Semarang Regency, is facing problems in managing the water reservoir due to a lack of monitoring and an automatic filling system. This leads to water wastage and inconvenience.
This article discusses the design of a water level detection device prototype based on the Wemos D1 Mini microcontroller to overcome this problem.3 The system utilizes the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to measure water level and display the information on an LCD and web server. The microcontroller controls the water pump automatically based on the detected water level, which is categorized into three levels: LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH.
Test results show that the system can measure water levels accurately and control the water pump effectively.This prototype is expected to assist Dr. Gunawan Mangunkusumo Regional Public Hospital in improving water management efficiency, ensuring a sustainable supply of clean water, and reducing the workload of staff

This study seeks to investigate and acquire insights regarding the legal validity of the sale and purchase deed associated with Letter C and the impact of land erosion on land rights owners. The foundation of this research stems from the transaction involving the deed of sale and purchase of Letter C, carried out by the Land Deed Official, who overlooked the measurement of the Letter C land when transferring rights from one person to another. The significance of this research lies in addressing the issues that arise in various places in the archipelago are increasingly complex and increasingly varied, especially regarding the ownership of land rights with Letter C status, which do not have legal certainty over their ownership rights. This research employs the Normative Juridical approach, which analyzes literature documents and related regulations while emphasizing the duties and permits of PPAT, so that it will provide the right answers regarding land rights problems and literacy to the community regarding land rights ownership. The results of this study explain that Letter C land sale and purchase transactions that are not accompanied by measurements and are not immediately certified have the potential to cause disputes and difficulties in proving land rights because there are legal loopholes, so owners must confirm the validity of ownership of land rights. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of cases that occurred in Bogor Regency, illustrating the consequences of the incident, so that it can provide a solution so that the Letter C land that is still circulating in the community can immediately change its land rights status to provide security in land ownership.
 
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali serta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang keabsahan akta jual beli Letter C serta dampak dari terkikisnya tanah bagi pemilik hak atas tanah. Dasar penelitian ini berasal dari transaksi akta jual Beli Letter C yang disusun oleh Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) tanpa memperhatikan pengukuran tanah Letter C yang dialihkan haknya dari satu individu ke individu lainnya. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan yang terjadi diberbagai tempat di Nusantara semakin kompleks dan semakin variatif khususnya tentang kepemilikan hak atas tanah yang berstatus Letter C yang tidak mendapatkan kepastian hukum atas hak kepemilikannya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Yuridis Normatif dengan menganalisis dokumen literatur dan peraturan yang relevan serta memperjelas tugas dan kewenangan PPAT, sehingga penelitian ini akan memberikan jawaban yang tepat mengenai permasalahan hak atas tanah serta meningkatkan literasi terkait kepemilikan hak atas tanah kepada masyarakat. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan jual beli tanah Letter C yang tidak disertai pengukuran dan tidak segera disertifikatkan berpotensi menyebabkan sengketa serta kesulitan pembuktian hak atas tanah karena terdapat celah hukum, sehingga pemilik harus mempertegas validitas kepemilikan hak atas tanah. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan dalam analisis dari kasus yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bogor yang menjabarkan dampak dari peristiwa tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan solusi agar tanah Letter C yang masih beredar dalam masyarakat segera diubah status hak atas tanahnya untuk memberikan keamanan dalam kepemilikan tanah.

Increased global mobility has made foreigner surveillance a strategic issue in Indonesia's immigration policy. This research aims to analyze how the principles of Collaborative Governance are applied in the supervision of foreigners by the Directorate General of Immigration, as well as identify the actors involved and the forms of collaboration that occur. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through documentation studies and literature review, this study found that collaborative governance has been implemented in various forms such as joint operations, data exchange, and community engagement. The collaboration involves both state (DG Immigration, Police, BIN, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and non-state actors (media, NGOs, communities). Despite its effectiveness, collaboration still faces obstacles such as sectoral ego and the absence of a strong regulatory framework. The results of this study indicate the importance of institutional strengthening and cross-sectoral integration systems to encourage adaptive and sustainable immigration control.

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan UI/UX website e-commerce sebagai sarana promosi dan penjualan produk perawatan sepatu untuk memperluas cakupan bisnis Uppervista. Penggunan metode design thinking pada perancangan UI/UX website Uppervista dapat membantu mencari solusi berdasarkan hambatan pengguna sebagai target audience dalam menggunakan website. Rancangan UI/UX website Uppervista dievalusi menggunakan pengujian system usability scale (SUS) dengan hasil skor 82,08 menunjukkan user usability sangat bagus dan didapatkan hasil bahwa metode design thinking dapat menyelesaikan hambatan pengguna selama ini serta memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam mencari informasi pada website Uppervista Shoes Treatment.

Hotel booking cancellations pose significant challenges to the hospitality industry, affecting revenue management, demand forecasting, and operational efficiency. This study explores the application of machine learning techniques to predict hotel booking cancellations, leveraging structured data derived from hotel management systems. Various classification algorithms, including Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM were evaluated to identify the most effective predictive model. The findings reveal that XGBoost model outperforms other models, achieving F2-score of 0.7897. Key influencing factors include deposit type, total number of special requests, and marketing segment. The results underscore the potential of predictive modeling in optimizing hotel revenue strategies by enabling proactive measures such as dynamic pricing, targeted customer engagement, and improved overbooking policies. This study contributes to the ongoing advancements in data-driven decision-making within the hospitality industry, offering insights into how machine learning can mitigate financial risks associated with booking cancellations.
