Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

This Research was done due to several problems found: Students ability in reading were low, lack of interesting in reading, and students were difficult to comprehend the text. Anticipation Reaction Guide strategy is related to this problem because the Anticipation Reaction Guide is enabled strategy to help the students who may hold misconceptions regarding a specific concept based on the lesson in reading. Therefore, this research was to investigate the effect of using Anticipation Reaction Guide Strategy on Students’ Reading Comprehension. This research used quantitative method with quasi-experimental design by comparing two classes. The researcher used a cluster sampling technique because teacher recomendation and these class have similar characteristics. The total sample was 53 students of VIII 1 and VIII 2. The researcher used multiple test wich consisted of pre test and post test were applied in collect the data. Based on the data analysis used T- test Formula. The result from post test both of classes, it was t-obtained (2.73) was higher than the t-table (2.009). So it means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted while the null hypotesis (Ho) was rejected. So, it means that using anticipation-reaction guide strategy can help students to increase their reading comprehension.

Stunting is complex and involves various factors such as access to nutritious food, feeding practices, sanitation, maternal and child health care, family economics, and the physical environment. To overcome stunting and its impacts, a cross-sectoral approach is needed which includes improving access to nutritious food, improving sanitation, health education, access. The community service program is carried out with a community approach, so that it is right on target. The method used in this community service is community service with a community service method, combining the essence and practical analysis of many things, scientifically accurate and authentic sources. This can reduce a country's labor capacity and hinder long-term economic growth. Limited education can limit their access to better, higher-paying jobs in the future

One part of the tridharma of higher education is community service. One example of community service activities is Student Work Lectures or KKM. In KKM activities, there are several work programs that must be carried out and divided into each sector. Like the religious sector, in realizing the work program in the religious sector, KKM Group 72 UNIBA held an open donation activity for compensation for orphans at Link. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Dexalove Collection Stores. To determine the number of samples in the study, researchers used the Slovin formula, where the Slovin formula was used when calculating data in the form of a survey with the population in this study taken from consumers who shopped at the Dexalove collection in April 2023 as many as 1,816 consumers. So, it can be concluded that the sample in this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The test methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation determination test, f test, and t test. The results obtained in this study showed that the f test results were sig 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results were sig (0.000 <0.05). that there is an influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store where this can be proven by the results of the data quality test, namely the value of r count is greater than r table. And the correlation value in this study shows that the relationship between the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store concludes that the results of the degree of correlation coefficient are high.
 
 

Abstract. This article was written using descriptive research methods. The study was conducted to determine the extent of character education in young generation. Seeing the rapid development of the times, many children, especially young generation, are less moral and socially good in social life. At this time, character education is very much needed to form the next generation of superior and quality nations by cultivating a responsible spirit to face this global era. Character education can optimize the development of a person's dimensions cognitively, physically, socially-emotionally, creatively, and spiritually. Abstrak. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan karakter pada geneasi muda. Melihat pesatnya perkembangan zaman, banyak anak utamanya generasi muda ini yang kurang bermoral dan sosial yang baik dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada saat ini pendndikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan untuk membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul dan berkualitas dengan menumbuhkan jiwa bertanggungjawab untuk menghadapi era global ini. Pendidikan karakter dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan dimensi seseorang secara kognitif, fisik, social-emosional, kreatif, dan spiritual. Ice cream cones are a type of wafer with a cone or funnel-like shape used as a container that holds ice cream and baked in an ice cream cone maker with the basic ingredient of wheat flour, which can be added with other ingredients for innovation. A factorial completely randomized design (CRD) was employed with two factors: the ratio of wheat flour to tofu dregs flour (90:10, 80:20, 70:30) and the percentage of beetroot extract in 100 ml of water (30, 40, 50%). This study aimed to determine which ice cream cone formulation(s) from wheat flour, tofu dregs flour, and beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) extract had the highest protein and betacyanin content and was most favored by consumers. Results showed that formulation with the 70:30 flour ratio and 30% beetroot extract produced the highest protein content of 13.55%, and the 90:10 flour ratio and 50% beetroot extract created cones with the highest betacyanin content of 0.074 mg/100g. The product preference test based on organoleptic properties revealed that the panelists mostly preferred cones made with the 80:20 flour ratio and 30% beetroot extract because of the resulting color (3.53, like slightly), taste (3.61, like slightly), aroma (3.78, like slightly), and crispness (4.32, like), with an overall preference of 4.07 (like).

Introduction at Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a family health problem because it causes adverse effects. The family as a subsystem that is the goal of public health care has a duty to maintain the health of its members, including the management of hypertension in the family. The purpose of writing is to provide an overview of providing family nursing care with foot massage interventions to reduce blood pressure in hypertension. The method used with the family nursing care process which consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that family nursing problems that arise are pain, ineffective family health maintenance, and sleep pattern disturbances. The implementation results show that foot massage therapy can reduce pain and reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients from 180/90 mmHg to 150/85 mmHg after three days of foot massage therapy. Nurses can provide foot massage exercises to family members to deal with hypertension in providing family nursing care.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a health problem characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels that has a systemic impact. Diabetes mellitus is a family health problem because its prevalence continues to increase and causes high mortality. The family as a subsystem that is the goal of public health care has a duty to maintain the health of its members, including the management of diabetes mellitus in the family. The purpose of writing is to provide an overview of providing family nursing care with the intervention of giving soursop leaf boiled water to lower blood glucose. The method used with the family nursing care process which consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that family nursing problems that arise are ineffective family health management, the risk of unstable blood glucose levels, and sleep pattern disturbances. The implementation results show that giving soursop leaf boiled water can reduce blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus from 210 mg/dL before the intervention to 180 mg/dL after three days of giving soursop leaf boiled water. Suggestion nurses can facilitate families to provide soursop leaf decoction water therapy to lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus.

Background: The family is the smallest unit in society which is the entry point in an effort to achieve optimal public health. The family is also referred to as a social system. Hypertension can be defined as persistent blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg. Hypertension almost affects 26% of the adult neurological population worldwide, even by 2025, it is projected that 29% of the world's population (1.56 billion adults) will have hypertension. Data from WHO in 2013 showed that there are 9.4 million people in the world every year. Tomato juice as a non-pharmacological therapy or herbal as an alternative treatment of high blood disease. Tomatoes are fruits that contain lots of potassium, potassium can also affect the angiotensinogen renin system as an inhibitor of production. Objective: to know the intervention of tomato juice to lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods: by means of interviews, assessments and nursing care actions. Results: Case study obtained after clients were given nonpharmacological therapy tomato juice in Mrs. S significant results, where there was a decrease in blood pressure from 150/90mmHg to 120/80 mmHg. Conclusion: Tomato juice has an effect on lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
