Tangki raya is a company whose main business is steel design and pipe infrastructure. It is required to manage and maintain the amount of funds and labour when a project is underway, the difficulty of those requirement increases as the project increases in scale. Therefore, the Budget Controlling system will help alleviate work load of mantaining the funds and management of labor in order to increase efficiency and convenience. Using Laravel Framework to build a web based appliaction will help in accessibility and provide ease of use. Application development uses the prototyping model and responses aquired from user based testing. From the result of 30 respondents the system that has been develop proves to give lessen of work load, convenience and a comprohensive interface.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Kompensasi Tenaga Kerja (IKTK), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Indeks Pembangunan Ekonomi Insklusif (IPEI) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Ketenagakerjaan (IPK) melalui  Indeks Kualitas Pekerjaan (IKP). Data yang digunakan berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Bappenas dan Kemenaker menggunakan data 34 Provinsi Tahun 2020. Model yang digunakan adalah model SEM PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.8. Hasil yang didapat IKTK, IPM, IPEI berpengaruh langsung terhadap IKP. Di sisi lain IKTK, IPM, IPEI berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap IPK melalui  IKP. Diperlukan kebijakan-kebijakan yang tepat sasaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan pembangunan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang penggambaran perempuan di dalam puisi dari segi pendekatan pragmatik, yakni puisi Remy Sylado yang berjudul “Belajar Menghargai Hak Asasi Kawan”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang tertulis dengan pendekatan pragmatik. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pembelaan hak asasi manusia terhadap perempuan secara budaya, pendidikan, serta pekerjaan. Dan isi dari puisi tersebut banyak mengandung makna sindiran terhadap pemerintahan pada zaman orde baru.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the business world are promising businesses, and are businesses that contribute to the Indonesian economy. With the contribution given by MSMEs, it can certainly reduce the burden of government responsibility as a provider of employment for the community. MSMEs are defined as business entities owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria established by Law No. 20 of 2008. In this study, the MSMEs studied were engaged in marketing with the type of MSME being industrial textiles in Warungasem District. These SMEs apply the Marketing Mix strategy to their marketing. The research method used is a qualitative research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism. After doing the research, the mori cloth SMEs in Warungasem District applied the 7P Marketing Mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical dividend). In addition, there are advantages and disadvantages of the applied Marketing Mix. However, Marketing Mix has benefits in analyzing finances, etc.

 
Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai keterbukaan informasi publik yang dijalankan oleh Desa di Kecamatan Kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan dalam meningkatkan pembangunan Desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualiatif. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada pemerintah desa di kecamatan Kedungwunni Kabupaten Pekalongan yaitu pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Juni 2022. Adapun informan yang menjadi sumber dalam penelitian ini adalah keterbukaan informasi publik pemerintah desa diantaranya; kepala desa, staf desa, masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda dan tokoh agama. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Keterbukaan informasi publik  desa di Kecamatan kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan akan dipandang baik jika bisa terpenuhi berbagai aspek. Asas transparansi, asas partisipasi, asas akuntabilitas dan asas reponsibilitas berdasarkan peraturan perudang-undangan yang berlaku.
 

The solar system is one of the natural science lessons taught in grade 6 elementary school. This material is abstract because in studying it children cannot directly observe the phenomena of celestial bodies in the solar system. So far, only using books or 2D images as media. This study aims to create an educational game about the introduction of the solar system. 2D animation is made with icons and audio so that it can attract students' interest in learning and remembering solar system material. The result of the research is an educational game as an effective means of entertainment and learning. Students become interested in learning because of the application of the dissertation with attractive images and audio that helps increase enthusiasm for learning about the solar system. In testing the respondents as many as 22 people, the calculation results obtained as much as 59.1% strongly agree with this educational game

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang majas dan citraan dalam puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan stalistika, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pustaka, teknik pustaka ini merupakan teknik cara memahami isi dari puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini, mencatat berbagai kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang mengandung majas dan juga citraan kedalam bentuk tulis lalu membaca puisi tersebut dengan teliti dan dipilih bagian puisi yang relevan untuk data yang akan dikaji. Sumber data berasal dari buku kumpulan puisi Montase Sepilihan Sajak karya Heri Isnaini. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mencari majas dan citraan yang terdapat dalam puisi puisi “Bawa Saja Aku” karya Heri Isnaini. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari segi bahasanya, puisi ini memiliki kata-kata yang menggunakan makna denotasi dan makna konotasi dalam setiap lariknya. Selain itu, didalam puisi ini juga terdapat majas personifikasi. Citraan yang terdapat dalam puisi ini yaitu citraan visual(mata), citraan gerak, citraan meraba, citraan perasaan dan citraan pendengaran.

In this short story study contains two study materials in it, namely the study of stylistics and structure in the short story "Nothing is crazy in this city". The stylistic study referred to according to Tuloli in Lafamane (2020) stylistics or stylistics in general talks about the use of a distinctive or special language, which is the hallmark of a writer, literary school, or also deviations from everyday language or from normal or normal language. standard, and so on. In this study, the short story contains aspects of the provisions of stylistic studies, such as sound style, sentence style, discourse style, figurative language and imagery. Then the short story has the stages of the short story as a coherent structure, including: Abstraction, orientation, complication, evaluation, resolution and code.

Online learning is growing along with the development of today's technology. Online learning development will improve the quality of the learning process. The research goal is to improve an online learning portal based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Team-Based Learning (TBL) framework. The benefits of AI in personalizing learning based on how students learn, and even the TBL usage as a learning method, are explored to improve student learning results. The method used in this research is a method for conducting research development. MOODLE as a Learning Management System is being used to expand the online learning portal. In addition, AI technology is developing using algorithms based on collaborative filtering to predict learning styles and evolutionary algorithms to analyze student group growth. There were 262 students from ten elementary schools (SD) in three provinces who participated in this study. The application of the R data analysis program used paired t-test to compare the pre-test and post-test. The findings of this study indicate that AI-based online learning within the TBL framework can significantly improve student learning outcomes.
