The study aims to investigate the impact of generation Z consumer behavior on site qualities, privacy security, online shopping services, and shopping enjoyment, as well as mediating shopping pleasure on online impulse purchases. The rapid expansion of e-commerce, along with the buying habits of Generation Z, leads to unexpected or impulse purchases. This study is quantitative, with primary data collected through a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who met the criterion of generation Z in West Java, aged 18-35 years, and had shopped on the West Java Shoppe website was 159. The data analysis method employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in conjunction with the SmartPLS 3.0 programs. The findings reveal that site features have a direct impact on online impulse purchase behavior, but not privacy security. Online shopping services have little direct impact on online impulse purchases. Site qualities, privacy security, and online buying services all have an impact on purchasing experience. Shopping pleasure increases online impulse buying behavior.
 

 Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan model kolaborasi pentahelix kepada pemerintah Kota Tangerang, khususnya Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang dalam mengatasi dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Tangerang. Selain itu program PKM ini juga memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dan para akademisi bahwa dalam pemulihan dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19 perlu dilakukan dengan cara kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, baik itu akademisi, pemerintah, media, dan masyarakat. Harapan dengan adanya program PKM ini diharapkan adanya kolaborasi antar stakeholder dalam mengatasi dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan akibat pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Tangerang. Dampak sosial yang paling besar pengaruhnya di Kota Tangerang adalah masalah ketenagakerjaan. Oleh karena itu mitra dalam program PKM ini adalah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang. Adapun metode yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi kolaborasi yang ideal menggunakan teori model koalaborasi pentahelix oleh ansell. Materi yang disampaikan adalah dari masing-masing aktor yaitu akademisi sebagai lembaga penelitian, pemerintah dengan perannya dalam pengelolaan ketenagakerjaan,media sebagai sarana sosialisasi. dengan perannya masing-masing pada model kolaborasi pentahelix. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah membangun kolaborasi dalam pemulihan dampak sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Adapun rekomendasi dari pelaksanaan PKM yang pertama adalah terbentuknya jaringan kolaborasi antara Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang, Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf, dan Media Massa. Kedua adanya kegiatan lanjutan yang melibatkan komponen masyarakat. Ketiga menjadi model percontohan bagi daerah lain.   

The slow growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in rural areas has resulted in low sales volume. Despite the fact that MSMEs provide employment opportunities for rural communities, they do not eliminate poverty or unemployment. To make the most of digital media, solid digital marketing strategies and concepts are required. Digital marketing is the use of social media networks to conduct promotional activities and map digital markets. Digital marketing ideas can bring geographically dispersed parties together by using computers or other electronic equipment. The goal of this research project is to identify the most effective digital marketing tactics for the growth of MSMEs in Cimekar village, Bandung regency. The descriptive qualitative research method was used in this study. The data for this study is gathered through observations, interviews, and secondary sources such as books, journals, and articles. According to the findings of this study, MSMEs' productivity growth in Cimekar Village has been negative. Even if a website for an online business has already been created, not everyone has implemented a digital marketing strategy. As can be seen, the digital marketing strategy has received little attention from MSMEs in Cimekar Village, Bandung Regency. So it is hoped that MSMEs in Cimekar Village, Bandung Regency, will be able to adapt to changing times by selling online using digital marketing strategies. not everyone has implemented a digital marketing strategy. The rapidly growing influences of globalization unknowingly already mushed in the commynity. This is evidenced by the use of language Indonesian that is shifted with the use of traditional foreign languages. Technology development through modern communication tools become one of the important things in communicating in the globalization. The use of communication tools is usually utilized in daily life, both parents and children. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is a community aged 7-12 years. The used is a poll given to respondents. Test of normality and homogenity test is used as test hypotheses.The research shows that there is an influence of globalization on the use of language Indonesian. It is seen from the tcount> ttable is 6,675 > 2,10092.

This Studies aims to examine the analysis of the effect of government social assistance and financial literacy on students affected by COVID-19. This research is a policy research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with evaluative data and literature studies. In this study, literature was obtained from information that developed in the news related to the distribution of government social assistance and financial literacy information circulating among Telkom University students affected by Covid-19.

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a moderation variable for employees of the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service, this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of the Population Control and family planning service, which amounted to 67 employees, for sampeal in this study used a total sample where the entire population was used as a sample in the study. In this study, data management used the SPSS 26 application and MRA tests to determine the role of moderation in this study. P. The results of this study show that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that a well-managed work discipline will result in employee compliance with various organizational regulations aimed at improving performance. while Work Motivation (Z) moderates Work Discipline (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) at the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that motivation is only a variable of moderation, because it weakens the influence of work discipline on employee performance

Penelitian ini melatarbelakangi pengguna internet di Indonesia, dimana internet sudah sangat berkembang menjadi suatu tempat untuk pasar global yang cukup luas untuk perdagangan, munculah sebuah sistem baru yaitu E-commerce. Sebagai suatu E-Commerce besar Indonesia yaitu tokopedia. Tokopedia didirikan sejak 2009, tokopedia mampu menyediakan suatu sarana penjualan kepada customer untuk customer sehingga siapa pun bisa membuka toko online milik sendiri yang mampu melayani calon pembeli di seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki fasilitas untuk mempertemukan penjual dengan pembeli, memberikan informasi dari customer ke customer, sarana mencari referensi produk. Produk yang dapat dijual pada Tokopedia merupakan barang baru yang dijual dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan oleh tokopedia sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi tersebut terhadap kepuasan para pelanggan dengan melihat kepada setiap indikator yang ada pada Service Quality beserta besaran dari pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia di kabupaten karawang. jenis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dan di olah dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS statistic. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan signifikan.

Education can be defined an activity that is carried out in school. Work discipline means an attitude to respect and obey the applicable rules, both written and unwritten, as well as able to follow the rules and to be given sanction for every violation to the duties and authorities given. This research aimed to: 1) analyze the effect of education on employee performance; 2) analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance; 3) analyze the effect of education and work discipline on employee performance in Cooperatives and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Department of Malang Regency. This research method used quantitative methods with primary and secondary data. The data were collected through library study and field study with a sample of 65 people. The data analysis used multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 24. The results shows that education has no significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Both education and work discipline do not significantly affect employee performance in the Cooperatives and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Department of Malang Regency.
 
 

Peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara agar masyarakat indonesia dapat menurunkan resiko stunting atau terbebas dari stunting. Namun kurang pemahaman tentang peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, maka perlunya sosislisai dan pendampingan untuk hal ini. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Ibu – ibu di Desa Mojoranu yang masih mempunyai anak di usia pertumbuhan, rata – rata di usia 2 sampai 4 tahun. Salah satu cara tersebut adalah mebuat peluang usaha terutama produk untuk kesehatan  yang dapat menurunkan stunting pada anak seperti puding modisco. Sosialisasi ini juga mencakup marketing mix dan cara memasarkan produk puding modisco tersebut. Pentingnya hasil sosialisasi peningkatan perekonomian dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok terutama gizi anak yang dibutuhkan. agar dapat menrunkan angka resiko stunting.
