In this digital era, the application of technology is important for the education sector. Without the help of technology, school administrative activities such as student data collection and learning achievement reports must be done manually by educators, thereby reducing the efficiency of learning activities. Therefore it is necessary to have a computer that can assist educators in managing schools and student data collection. A computer is an automatic electronic device that can calculate or process data carefully according to instructions and provide processing results, usually consisting of an input unit, an output unit, a storage unit, and a control unit. In a school computer is useful for managing and managing school management.

Students' interest in learning is something that is important in the smooth teaching and learning process. Students who have high interest in learning in the learning process can support the teaching and learning process to improve, and vice versa, if students have low interest in learning, the quality of learning will decrease and this will affect learning outcomes. Slameto (1995: 57) explains that interest is "a high inclination towards something". Interest is a characteristic that persists in a person. Interest is a persistent interest or tendency to pay attention to or be involved in something because you realize the importance or value of that thing. Learning models have a very important role because learning models are a means of conveying lesson material. Without the right model, a learning process will not take place effectively and efficiently. This learning model must be able to involve all students to play an active role in the learning process, be able to develop students' ability to think critically so that the learning process becomes more interesting and enjoyable while also being able to foster students' interest in learning so that student learning achievement is expected to increase. In reality, realizing an active and enjoyable learning process as stated above is not easy. The same thing happens when studying Catholicism. Learning Catholic Religion feels uninteresting because there are several factors in the teaching and learning process, including facilities and infrastructure, learning models, and a learning environment that is less effective and enjoyable because there is no room for religious lessons, so the activity process is disrupted because they have to move around appropriately. , other supporting facilities such as internet networks and electricity networks are not available, so learning is not centered on students but more on teachers lecturing, so students' interest in learning decreases. Ideally, a learning process requires appropriate strategies, especially in learning Catholicism, which has been designed. Thus, learning must be able to provide provisions for students to have good character, develop faith, think critically and be creative. To provide provisions for students, Catholic Religion learning is needed that is innovative, interesting and fun for students so that Catholic Religion subjects are no longer considered boring subjects which will impact students' low interest in learning Catholic Religion lessons. Based on the existing problem formulation, the aim to be achieved in this research is that the use and implementation of the problem based learning model can increase students' interest in learning in class VII Catholic Religious Lessons, the material My Capabilities Are Limited at SMP Negeri 1 Sanaman Mantikei. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles offline. The use of the Problem Based Learning Model that matches the syntax in learning Catholic Religious Education in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Sanaman Mantikei is very effective in increasing students' interest in learning. Increased student learning can be seen in initial conditions where student interest in learning is low, then interest in learning increases after being given action.

This research will reveal the implementation of business management using the media of literary works carried out with the aim of knowing what management functions are carried out on the business. The literary work that will be used as a source of research data is a novel entitled Kedai Bunga Kopi Karya Rere. The problem presented is about how to apply management functions to business in the novel Kedai Bunga Kopi. This research is a type of qualitative research using hermeneutic methods or interpreting texts. Researchers can check their findings by utilizing the use of existing sources, methods, and theories. The conclusions obtained show that in this study there are four management functions applied in running a business, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Tax compliance is an obedient and obedient attitude carried out by taxpayers in carrying out tax obligations. Therefore compliance has always been an important factor in increasing tax revenues as the country's main source of national development. This study aims to analyze the effect of taxpayer knowledge, quality of tax authorities and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers to the statements given in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study is individual taxpayers who have a NPWP and are registered at the KPP DKI Jakarta Administrative City Region. Sampling in this study used a convenience sampling technique which then obtained 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is validity and reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis with the help of SPSS software, it shows that taxpayer knowledge has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while the quality of tax authorities and tax sanctions do not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership and company size on Islamic social reporting on Islamic banking companies on their respective websites. The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study includes all Islamic banking registered on their respective websites for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique uses non-probability techniques. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained 8 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of financial statements. The results showed that Profitability (ROA) had no effect on Islamic Social Reporting, Leverage (DAR) had a negative effect on Islamic Social Reporting, Managerial Ownership (KM) had a negative effect on Islamic Social Reporting, Company Size (size) had no effect on Islamic Social Reporting ( ISR).
 
 

The aim of this research is to determine the Lumbar MRI examination procedure in LBP cases at the Bogor City Regional Hospital, namely STIR and Myelo Radial, the aim of which is to clearly see abnor malities in the intervertebral discs and stenosis in the cerebral spinal cord. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out using open coding charts, so that conclusions could be drawn. The results of this study show that the Lumbar MRI examination procedure in cases of Low Back Pain (LBP) at the Bogor City Regional Hospital does not require special preparation, the patient comes to radiology for screening (installation of a pacemaker). The patient removes clothing and metal objects. Before the examination, the patient is asked to urinate first, the patient's position is supine (feet first), iso center 5 cm superior to the ASIS. Then it is briefly explained that during the examination you are not allowed to move and the duration of the examination is 15 minutes and the role of the sagittal STIR sequence and Myelo Radial. The role of the sagittal STIR sequence and myelo radial to suppress fat in the cerebral spinal fluid, conus medullaris and myelum in the spinal cord and to see masses Lesions and stenosis caused by narrowing of the bulging in the intervertebral disks are clear enough to provide a Lumbar MRI image for cases of Low Back Pain (LBP).
 

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of the educational environment in character education. The analysis method used is an effectual causal analysis model by reviewing rational relationships, which analyzes the causal relationship between the educational environment in character education and sources from the review literature. The results of this discussion show that the environment has a great influence on character education. The conclusion of this article is that the implementation of character education needs to be supported by a good educational environment.Keywords: environment, learning, Character education
 
Abstrak. Tujuan artikel ini ialah membahas mengenai peran lingkungan pendidikan dalam Pendidikan karakter. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah model analisis causal efektual degan meninjau hubungan rasional, yang menganalisa hubungan sebab akibat antara lingkungan Pendidikan pada Pendidikan karakter dengan sumber dari literatur review. Hasil pembahasan ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan memberikan pengaruh besar dalam Pendidikan karakter. Abstract. Parents have full responsibility for the needs of a child. This need is not only in the form of material but non-material such as physical and mental. This need can be obtained through parenting applied by parents to children. Parenting can also help reduce juvenile delinquency. An explanation of parenting is obtained based on concepts related to the theme of character education. Abstrak. Orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab yang penuh terhadap kebutuhan seorang anak. Kebutuhan ini tidak hanya berupa materi melainkan non materi seperti fisik dan mental. Kebutuhan ini dapat diperoleh melalui pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua terhadap anak. Pola asuh juga dapat membantu mengurangi kenakalan pada usia remaja. Penjelasan mengenai pola asuh di peroleh berdasarkan konsep yang berkaitan dengan tema pendidikan karakter. Inovasi merupakan pendorong kompetisi untuk tumbuh dan menghasilkan keuntungan dan penciptaan nilai tambah dari suatu produk. Sedangkan kualitas produk adalah salah satu faktor utama yang harus ada didalam suatu produk agar produk tersebut bernilai sesuai dengan tujuan produksi. Inovasi dan kualitas produk merupakan faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan usaha, karena konsumen akan tertarik untuk membeli produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas terutaman pada produk batik Jambi. Dengan digalakkannya para pengusaha batik yang menciptakan suatu inovasi baru dari sebuah produk batik Jambi, maka setiap 9 pengusaha batik yang ada di Kecamatan Danau Teluk dan Pelayangan Kota Jambi tersebut dapat menciptakan peluang dalam membuat suatu inovasi baru serta mempertahankan kualitas produk dari batik Jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang inovasi dan kualitas produk yang di ada di setiap 9 pengusaha batik yang peneliti wawancarai dan melalui pengamatan baik dari segi pengembangan inovasi lanjut serta kendala yang di hadapi. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan kualitas produk sangat berkaitan erat bagi setiap pengusaha karena masing-masing dari setiap pengusaha tersebut hampir sama-sama mempunyai kendala SDM, modal dan bahan baku serta faktor cuaca.

Everyone has different self-confidence. Confidence will grow by itself accompanied by encouragement in individuals who are trying to learn. But in reality, many children are born with a lack of self-confidence, so this hinders children from developing, as we often encounter cases of lack of self-confidence in adolescents, namely related to achievement, public speaking, body shape, family, friends or partners and much more. . Confidence is an individual's ability to develop oneself in a positive direction that is useful for oneself and the environment around them. The method used in this socialization is lecture. In this socialization, the subjects were teenagers at SMAN 1 Polokarto. This socialization aims to teach teenagers how to build self-confidence in themselves.
