The problem of stunting is influenced by the low knowledge of mothers in the application of proper complementary feeding. In an effort to fulfill proper MPASI, it is necessary to increase knowledge through information that is easily understood by mothers who have toddlers. Increasing knowledge can be done by optimizing the MCH handbook in applying understanding of the information about MPASI in the MCH handbook and carrying out early detection through reading the height/age chart to detect whether toddlers are stunted or not. The purpose of doing community service in Sayutan Village, Magetan Regency is to increase the knowledge of mothers and toddlers through education on giving MPASI through optimizing the MCH book. The method used in this service is to prepare by conducting a survey of the knowledge possessed by toddler mothers about giving MPASI. The next stage is the implementation of activities, namely education with counseling about the information on complementary feeding contained in the MCH handbook and how to interpret PB/U charts to detect stunting. The final stage of this activity is to evaluate the implementation of activities by measuring the level of knowledge before education is carried out and after evaluation is carried out. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in the level of good knowledge of 80.5% compared to before education, namely less knowledge of 48.8%. Information in the MCH handbook can be an appropriate reference if it is read and understood correctly. With increased understanding of a mother will further improve the health status of toddlers in the family.

Introduction: Mother's Milk is the best life liquid that is needed by babies which contains various substances that are important for the growth and development of babies and in accordance with their needs. The importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is like nutrition in general, breast milk contains components of macro and micro nutrients. Macronutrients are carbohydrates, protein and fat, while micronutrients are vitamins and minerals. Each component of breast milk has its own benefits for the baby's growth. The lack of exclusive breastfeeding can be caused by various conditions, demographic, socioeconomic, and clinical factors greatly determine the continuity of breastfeeding. Objective: To determine the factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The method used in this study is the narrative review method with literature sourced from the Google Scholar and PubMed databases. Results: Of the 7 articles, there are 5 articles that discuss internal factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Internal factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding according to the 5 articles reviewed are knowledge, education, occupation, age, attitude and parity. And from 7 articles there are 4 articles that discuss external factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. External factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding according to the 4 reviewed journals are social culture, family support and support from health workers. Conclusion: Based on the 7 articles presented, it indicates that there are so many factors that trigger mothers not to give exclusive breastfeeding, both internal factors that come from the mother herself and external factors that come from outside the mother herself.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)  hasil pengembangan e-modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 2) kelayakan e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 3) respon siswa terhadap e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Hasil prototype e-modul hidangan penutup berbasis Glideapps diuji kelayakannya dari aspek materi dan media  oleh  masing-masing 2 validator ahli materi dan ahli media. Data kelayakan e-modul dan respon siswa dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisoner secara offline menggunakan angket terbuka berskala likert rentangan 1-5. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) hasil e-modul diunduh secara online melalui link mencakup materi hidangan penutup, 2) kelayakan aspek materi e-modul mencapai 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan kelayakan aspek media mencapai 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, 3) respon siswa terhadap uji coba e-modul mencapai 89% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian e-Modul berbasis Glideapps sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This research aimed to investigate the effects of the process approach in developing students’ skills in writing scientific articles based on historical folklore. The subject of this study were 90 Satya Wacana Christian University students during the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. A qualitative approach was used in this study. The primary source of the data was the teaching-learning process in an academic writing class using a process approach. The procedure applied in this research was planning, acting, analyzing data, and report writing. Data were collected using field notes, teaching-learning process documentation, and learning outcomes. The data analysis was conducted through a series of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing some conclusions. Based on the results and discussions, it was concluded that the process approach improved university students’ academic writing skills. This increase could be observed in both the process and the results. The process approach improved students’ activeness during the teaching and learning process, academic writing skills, and the classroom atmosphere. Hence, the implementation of the process approach can increase university students’ skills in writing academic papers.

<p><em>Involvement women in public sector currently increasing various fields work professions, such conditions certainly require a balance work and family life. There several factors affect work-life balance such as work stress, family support and family and work conflicts in a person. Low work-life balance in a career woman can result her not being able to carry out her role as a job and housewife properly so that work-life balance becomes important for all workers, including Kendall Police. Study aims to empirically examine effect work stress, family support and family and work conflict on work-life balance in Kendal Police women who married or have families. Temporary hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between work stress, family support, and family and work conflict on work-life balance in female police officers in Kendal Police station. Results study show that work stress partially affects work-life balance. Family support has no partial effect on work-life balance. Simultaneously family support has no effect on work balance through family and work conflict. Partially work stress affects work-life balance through family and work conflicts in Police Women of Kendal Police.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Work-Life Balance, Work-Family Conflict, Work Stress, Support Family</em>.<em></em></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture and work competence on employee performance directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervener. The research was conducted at PT TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Area, East Semarang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires that included five variables with twenty seven indicators. The study was conducted using a census on all 36 employees, with a regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant positive effect of Job Training on Organizational Commitment, while culture and competence have no effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, culture and organizational commitment have an effect on performance, while training and competence have no effect on performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai intervening. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner yang menyajikan pertanyaan tercakup lima variabel dengan dua puluh tujuh indikator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensus pada seluruh karyawan sejumlah 36 orang, dengan alat analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, sedangkan budaya dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Disisi lain budaya dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja, sedangkan pelatihan dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja

Sustainable innovation is a process in which aspects of sustainable development (environmental, social, economic) are integrated into enterprise systems as ideas are developed through research, development and commercialization. This applies to products, services and technologies as well as new business and organizational models.With UMKM actors creating a new innovation from UMKM products, every 2 UMKM actors that researchers take in Danau Teluk District and Serving District, Jambi City can create opportunities to create new innovations in UMKM products themselves. This study aims to find out how sustainable innovation strategies work for UMKM in Jambi City. The number of informants in this study were 2 people to find out sustainable innovation strategies both in terms of innovation and the constraints faced. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The results of this study explain that sustainable innovation strategies for UMKM in Jambi City can be seen from several aspects, namely the lack of innovation by UMKM actors in Jambi City in making innovations in taste, packaging, and technology used in marketing products due to limited capital and human resources. as well as a lack of skills in creating a new idea in making products so that the resulting product is underdeveloped, therefore UMKM actors need to take part in events held by the government to motivate UMKM actors to make new innovations in products, there needs to be continuous innovation so that can create a new innovation so that the business being run can be known to the wider community and increase business income.

The characteristics of coastal plants in the form of river estuaries, estuaries, and deltas in protected areas in the sub-tropics and tropics are the notions of mangrove plants. It can be concluded that mangrove plants are ecosystems that exist between sea and land with conditions in the form of productive and extensive forests. Mangrove plants are also often called coastal forests, mangrove forests, brackish forests, tidal forests because mangrove plants live near the coast and have an important role in their ecological value to support coastal development activities and marine conservation. This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.
