This research aims to determine the application of environmental accounting in terms of the Triple Bottom Line theory. In this research the researcher used qualitative research by obtaining data through direct interviews at Pt Teknindo Geosistem Unggul. This research provides in-depth insight into the effectiveness of implementing triple bottom line-based environmental accounting in integrating critical aspects in existing environmental cost activities at Pt Teknindo Geosistem Unggul.

This research uses a qualitative methodology by obtaining data from literature studies using secondary data, which is completed by completing a literature review and concluding the article. The result is that the strategy that can be used and applied in this case during competition is determining the composition of capital because after planning and forecasting are made, the capital structure can be decided, followed by a mixture of debt and equity which is used to finance future profitable investment opportunities, so with this the company Don't be afraid and don't lose in the competition because you already have provisions for the future now

Introduction: 3-month injection KB (Depo Progestin) is a contraceptive method that can be used effectively and has good working power for mothers. The use of 3-month injectable birth control aims to delay or prevent pregnancy, space pregnancies, and terminate pregnancies. Mother's knowledge plays an important role in choosing birth control; the more knowledge the mother has, the more influential she is in choosing injectable contraceptives. Based on Indonesia's profile data in 2019, there was an increase in contraceptive use in women, namely 50% to 64% in the 1991–2017 period, but in 2019 it decreased to 62.5%. The most dominant contraceptive method used in 2019 was the injection contraceptive method as much as 63.7% (Central Statistics Agency data) and based on health profile data for Central Java province in 2021, there is an increase in the use of injectable birth control among married women aged 15–49 years, namely 57.68%. Objective: This study aims to determine the determinants of mother's knowledge on the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of ??the Pringapus Health Center. Metodes: This research method uses a cross-sectional research method and a purposive sampling approach. The sample used in this study was 92 respondents, and the location of this research was in the working area of the Pringapus Health. Results: Based on data analysis the result is that mothers with good knowledge are 53 (57.7%) respondents, and the accuracy in choosing the answer "Yes" (correct) is 83 (90.2%) of respondents. Then the results obtained have a p-value of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge and the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of the Pringapus Health Center.

Hipertensi menjadi masalah di seluruh belahan dunia dan salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor baik faktor yang dapat dirubah maupun tidak dapat dirubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui jumlah persentase penduduk penderita hipertensi yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di setiap daerah yang ada di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat berdasarkan umur dan jenis kelamin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan sampel yaitu data penduduk penderita penyakit hipertensi di 10 kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) tahun 2019-2021 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik non-probabilitas yang berjenis purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 119.500 peserta terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan, mayoritas peserta berusia diatas 18 tahun. peserta laki-laki berjumlah 135.453 sedangkan jumlah Perempuan 142.889. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan sebaran responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin antara laki–laki (62,09%) dan perempuan (74,79%). Hipertensi pada remaja perlu diwaspadai. Saran, perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan sejak dini yang berkaitan dengan pola makan dan gaya hidup pada remaja, meliputi: perubahan pola makan, pembatasan penggunaan garam hingga 4-6 gr per hari, makanan yang mengandung soda kue, bumbu penyedap dan pengawet makanan, mengurangi makanan yang mengandung kolesterol tinggi, menghentikan kebiasaan merokok, minum alkohol, dan olahraga teratur.
 

Human motor skills will decrease with age. It is very necessary to provide some exercises to maintain motor skills. Creative Craft is one of the activities that can be done to train motor skills. In this community service activity, we partnered with the Salimah Brotherhood. Salimah has an elderly school with several programs in it, one of which is motor training. The problem in motor training here is the lack of media and facilitators, therefore we offer to provide training in making lavender flower handicrafts made from plastic straws. The results of the training are lavender flower crafts which will later be exhibited at the Salimah bazaar. The activity was carried out using a demonstration and mentoring model, considering that the participants were elderly. This activity has a positive impact, where the elderly will have better trained motor skills, be more independent, more confident because they are old but can still be creative. Another positive impact is that the elderly are more motivated in living their lives because in the future they can create more works. In conclusion, this activity is very positive and can be used as a routine activity in seniors' schools. Because there are quite a lot of benefits in supporting the quality of life of the elderly.ABSTRAKKemampuan motorik manusia akan menurun seiring bertambahnya usia. Perlu sekali memberikan beberapa latihan untuk menjaga kemampuan motorik. Creatif Craft adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk melatih kemampuan motorik. Pada kegiatan abdimas ini, kami bermitra dengan Persaudaraan Salimah. Salimah memiliki sekolah lansia dengan beberapa program di dalamnya, salah satunya adalah pelatihan motoric. Permasalahan dalam pelatihan motorik disini adalah kurangnya media dan fasilitator, oleh karena itu kami menawarkan diri untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan bunga lavender berbahan sedotan plastik. Hasil pelatihan adalah kerajinan bunga lavender yang nantinya dipamerkan dalam bazar Salimah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan model demonstrasi dan pendampingan, mengingat pesertanya adalah lansia. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif, dimana lansia akan lebih terlatih kemampuan motoriknya, lebih mandiri, lebih percaya diri karena dengan usia yang sudah senja namun masih dapat berkreasi. Dampak positif lainnya adalah para lansia lebih termotivasi dalam menjalani hidup karena kedepannya mereka dapat membuat karya-karya lain yang lebih banyak. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini sangat positif dan dapat digunakan sebagai kegiatan rutin di sekolah lansia. Karena kebermanfaatan yang cukup banyak untuk menunjang kualitas hidup para lansia.

As time goes by, humans continue to adapt to the environment of their era, developing innovations to make their lives more efficient and practical. In this effort to adapt and change, technology has become a tool that is greatly utilized by humans. In the current era of even development of information technology, education has a very important role because it is needed to provide meaning to every subject matter, which will help Indonesia move towards a more advanced civilization. For this reason, this article aims to examine two different sides to the digitalization of school education in facing the era of revolution 4.0 towards 5.0 in Indonesia today. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a literature review method. The research results show that there are various applications of digitalization/technology in education that have both good and bad impacts. This impact occurs in aspects of learning and administrative services which will of course influence the development of education, therefore it is necessary to design appropriate strategies as preventive and overcoming measures, especially these negative impacts. So that education in Indonesia is expected to be able to rise amidst world civilization and demonstrate its existence by presenting creative solutions to various global challenges that arise in the current and future eras.

The country of Indonesia consists of various islands so it has many kinds of tribes and customs within it. Customary law in Indonesia was born from customary needs that arise from within society. Without realizing it, customary law is able to provide answers to all the problems that exist in everyday life. The implementation of existing laws in Indonesia has never been separated from the current existence of customary law. One of the traditional tribes that applies customary law habits is the Batak tribe, especially in terms of the traditional inheritance distribution system. The traditional inheritance system in the Batak region is patrilineal inheritance where children will inherit from their father provided that the son will receive the inheritance, so that daughters are considered to have no rights to inheritance. The inequality felt by girls creates conflict in the surrounding community so that customary law is considered not fully applicable.

This article discusses the use of behaviorism learning theory to increase the understanding of biological concepts in high school. The method used in this article is a literature study or literature review. The research results reveal that the use of behaviorist learning theory increases understanding of biological concepts through providing regular stimuli so that appropriate responses are obtained. The use of flipbook media as a behavioristic approach also increases students' motivation in learning, thereby influencing learning outcomes or achievement. It can be concluded that the use of behaviorism learning theory can increase understanding of biological concepts in high school.

Apart from problems in the world of education, there is the development of talent that has been hidden for a long time and is re-emerging because someone makes the story in the novel even more interesting to read until the end because the story line is very good, and the novel can be linked to intrinsic learning material in high school. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the text of the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. The form of data is in the form of written data, namely, character quotes from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye as an alternative learning material for intrinsic elements in high school. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and the technique for presenting the results of data analysis is carried out descriptively. The results of the analysis of Tere Liye's novel Selamat Selamat, which has been carried out and can be seen, is that the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye has a form that can be analyzed in the form of character traits, conversational relationships between one character and another, story setting, theme and message. Social relationships between characters which contain conversations that occur between one character and another character. In the intrinsic element, there is characterization, there are characters from the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. Next there is a theme, namely about education and in the background there is a place, time and socio-cultural setting.
