This study aims to explore and assess the legal effects resulting from the execution of the sale and purchase deed that has been made by a Notary/PPAT but is not read out in front of the parties concerned. The research used by the researcher is a research that has a descriptive nature based on several literature sources such as books, research results, journals and research articles. In this study, it is explained that the Notary/PPAT has the responsibility to read out the results of the deed that he has made before the parties. The result is the degradation of the value ofThe Notary/PPAT plays a vital role in confirming the authenticity of the deed of sale and purchase. Formally, a deed whose contents are not read out to related parties, this deed will be equated with an underhand deed. The deed's validity in relation to the sale and purchase content is intact, but it is important to consider other relevant factors, if it is seen from the authenticity value, this deed is flawed and degraded. Therefore, the Notary/PPAT who commits this mistake will be given a sanction in accordance with the applicable code of ethics for the violations and omissions he has committed.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan pengkajian serta analisa akibat hukum dari akta jual beli yang telah disusun oleh Notaris/PPAT akan tetapi tidak dibacakan didepan para pihak yang bersangkutan. Riset yang eipakai oleh penulisan ini ialah riset yang memiliki karakter deskripftif yang berlandaskan atas sejumlah sumber literatur semacam buku, hasil riset, jurnal dan artikel riset. Dalam riset ini diberi penjelasan bahwa Notaris/PPAT mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk membacakan hasil dari akta yang telah dibuatnya dihadapan pada pihak. Akibat yang ditimbulkan adalah terdegradasinya nilai dari keontetikan dari akta jual beli yang telah disusun oleh Notaris/PPAT. Melalui cara formal, sebuah akta yang tidak dibacakan isisnya kepada pihak terkait, akta ini akan disamakan dengan akta dibawah tangan. Meskipun akta yang dibuat ini tetap sah secara isi jual beli namun jika dilihat dari nilai keontentikannya akta ini sudah cacat dan terdegradasi. Oleh karena itu Notaris/PPAT yang melakukan kesalahan ini akan diberikan sanksi sesuai dengan kode etik yang berlaku atas pelanggaran dan kelalaian yang dilakukannya.     

Setiap perusahaan payment gateway yang mendapat ijin operasional Bank Indonesia (BI), harus melaporkan data transaksinya setiap bulan ke BI . Permasalahan terjadi karena database transaksi produksi tersebar di banyak database, dimana database dipisahkan berdasarkan channel (merchant) dan payment type (Credit card, VA, retail store, e-wallet), hal ini  menyulitkan saat pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuat data warehouse yang menggabungkan seluruh database  dengan menggunakan script PHP yang melakukan proses ETL (Extract, Transform, dan Load), dengan cara berjenjang  2 tahap, yaitu tahap 1 melakukan backup seluruh database dari banyak server ke satu server dengan 3 tujuan sekaligus yaitu  backup transaksi , meningkatkan  performance database production dan membantu  proses rekonsiliasi dan tahap 2 melakukan pembuatan data warehouse  dari semua database backup dari tahap 1. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif verifikatif terhadap table-table yang diperlukan  pada system OLTP (Online Transaction Processing). Pengujian data warehouse dilakukan  secara kuantitatif dengan membandingkan hasil summary dari data warehouse dengan gabungan summary  semua database aslinya  dan secara verifikatif oleh petugas report melalui User Acceptance Test. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah script untuk backup data transaksi dari semua database dari banyak server ke satu server,   sebuah script PHP yang berfungsi sebagai pelaksana ETL dan sebuah  data warehouse.

Background:  Elderly is a condition where a person is 60 years old. Hypertension is a condition of a person who has mixture of salt and lemongrass that can facilitate blood circulation in the body. systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg and diastolic 80 mmHg. Data from the Kaliwungu Health Center (2023) shows that the number of hypertensive elderly is 18 elderly people. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be done by soaking warm water feet with aObjective: to determine the effect of the application of foot soak therapy using warm water with salt and lemongrass on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Kaliwungu Village, Semarang Regency. Method: this application uses a case study research design with prestest and post-test design. Samples were 2 elderly people who had 2nd degree hypertension. Results: the application of  there was a decrease in blood pressure that was different between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after the application of warm water foot soak with salt and lemongrass for 3 consecutive days for 20 minutes. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreased to normal-high based on the PDHI classification (2019). Conclusion: Application of warm water foot soak with a mixture of salt and lemongrass can lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.
 

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemimpinan ganda, jenis perusahaan, <em>sustainability committee</em>, aktivitas perusahaan, kepemilikan asing, dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan di Asia yang mengikuti ASSRAT tahun 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan <em>purposive </em>sampling dan terpilih 23 perusahaan dengan 69-unit analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis statistik menggunakan deskriptif dengan alat analisis data IBM SPSS <em>Statistics</em> 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemimpinan ganda, jenis perusahaan, <em>sustainability committee</em>, aktivitas perusahaan, kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan <em>sustainability report</em>. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi variabel <em>sustainability report.</em></p><p><em><em><span>This study analyzes the effect of board size, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, company type, sustainability committee, company activities, foreign ownership, and ownership structure on sustainability report disclosure. The research population is companies in Asia that participated in ASSRAT in 2018-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and selected 23 companies with a 69-unit analysis. Data collection techniques used documentation and statistical analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that the size of the board of directors, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, type of company, sustainability committee, company activity, and foreign ownership do not affect the disclosure sustainability report. Ownership structure has a negative effect on sustainability report disclosure—suggestions for further research to use other variables that are thought to affect the sustainability report variable.</span></em></em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan pengaruh online costumer review dan online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial  pengaruh signifikan online costumer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pengaruh online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (Studi kasus Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma kota Palopo Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2020). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 sampel dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel teknik purposisive sampling yaitu, teknik penentuan sampel data yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi angket atau keusioner. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan spss versi 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Online Costumer Review (X1) dan Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (studi kasus pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma Fakultas Ekonomi Angkatan 20 di kota Palopo). Secara parsial Online Costumer Review (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya perlindungan konsumen dari segi pengawasan pemerintah dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendakatan perundang-undangan dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat dan pemerintah berperan secara bersamaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di pasaran dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 serta Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen bahwa tujuan pengawasan ini dilakukan untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dalam hal ini konsumen dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Dilakukan penindakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh kepolisian agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha.
 

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

This journal aims to analyze the role of parents in increasing the literacy of elementary school age students. Parents are someone who is very close to the child. Parents are tasked with providing important stimulations in an effort to improve the literacy abilities of elementary school-age children. Many literacy movements have been carried out in schools to encourage elementary school-age children to like reading, but actually the key to reading for children depends on the active role of parents. The results of the data analysis show that there are 6 types of parental involvement which include involvement in the form of parenting, communication, volunteering, empowering learning at home, collaboration with the community and decision making. Although parental involvement has its own challenges, it has been proven to help increase not only student literacy, in reading and writing, but also literacy in other areas that reflect real-world literacy. It is hoped that the results of this research can inspire related parties on how to empower the role of parents to increase student literacy.
