This study aims to determine how satisfied students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University are with the Canva application. External factors, such as ease of use, benefits, and desire to continue using it, are the focus of this study. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are active students of the Faculty of Economics, Garut University, totaling 2033 and using probability sampling techniques and a sample of 100 respondents was taken using the slovin formula. To determine the level of user satisfaction with the application, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used. The results stated that Canva supports the use of the system and has a feeling of usefulness, convenience, and usability that is considered important. In addition, the results show that users' desire to use the system affects their level of happiness by 80%.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the supporting sector of the country's economy and are able to survive in any conditions, including when the economic crisis hits. MSME business development is very necessary so that performance can always be improved and business continuity can be maintained. The results of a preliminary survey on MSMEs in Semarang City show that the average financial performance of MSMEs is still fluctuating (up and down). Based on phenomena and research gaps (developing) research by adding financial literacy variables. The object of this research was carried out on MSMEs in Semarang City with a final sample size of 144 using the cluster random sampling method (per sub-district). The analysis tool uses a regression equation test with a mediation test using the Sobel test. The research results show that the variables fintech, financial literacy, financial inclusion of MSMEs and MSME performance in Semarang City have sufficient values ??in the interval 2.33 to 3.65, with MSME performance with the highest average. The fintech and financial literacy variables have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the financial inclusion of MSMEs in Semarang City. Fintech, financial literacy and financial inclusion of MSMEs have proven to influence the performance of MSMEs in Semarang City. MSME financial inclusion has been proven to mediate the influence of financial literacy on MSME performance in Semarang City, however, financial inclusion has not been proven to mediate the influence of fintech on MSME performance.

This study aims to determine the extent of the urgency of halal product certification in increasing Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The results of the study show that the urgency of halal certification in the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia is: (1) Halal certification is an instrument in the halal chain in the Islamic economy; (2) Halal certification encourages Indonesia's achievements through the implementation of its sharia economic system, and (3) Halal certification plays a role in increasing the quantity of economic growth in Indonesia. The research implication is as a reference and motivation for stakeholders, government and society in accelerating halal certification for target products. The novelty of research is the urgency in the movement for halal certification to move to increase the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Piutang Usaha adalah aset usaha atau sejumlah tagihan perusahaan yang terjadi karena adanya penjualan barang atau jasa dengan sistem penjualan tertunda dijangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Sedangkan Utang Usaha adalah kewajiban perusahaan yang muncul akibat transaksi pembelian barang atau jasa dimasa lalu dan harus segera dibayar degan jangka waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Sedangkan Arus Kas Operasi adalah laporan yang mununjakan arus kas masuk dan keluar yang terkait dengan operasional perusahaan pada periode tertentu, beserta penjelasan-penjelasan sumber penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis Piutang Usaha dan Utang Usaha terhadap Arus Kas Operasi pada PT. Capitalinc Finance tahun 2015-2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengujiannya dilakukan dengan menganalisis  antara Piutang Usaha dan Utang Usaha, apakah berpengaruh terhadap Arus Kas Operasi dengan cara menghitung dengan persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengaruh peningkatan Piutang usaha terhadap arus kas berbanding terbalik dengan peningkatan utang usaha terhadap arus kas.

Rantau Rasau Village, which is one of the villages in Berbak sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district. To get to Rantau Rasau village we have to use river transportation services in the form of ketek (a type of large boat equipped with a robbins engine), this water transportation. It is the only access to Rantau Rasau village because there is no land road to the village. This thesis aims to determine the role of air transportation in the economy of the people of Rantau Rasau village, East Tanjung Jabung district, to find out what obstacles exist in the use of this transportation.This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of air transportation in the economy of the Rantau Rasau village community, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, includes mobility for people in and out of the village and also as a bridge for all economic activities of the Rantau Rasau village community. Obstacles in using this transportation service are tides and unpredictable weather conditions.

This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

<p>Pentingnya kemampuan mengelola beban kerja, seharusnya dapat semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel intervening <em>psychological meaning </em>dan objek penelitian pada Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran <em>psychological meaning</em> dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>psychological meaning</em> berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan<em> </em>dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng.</p><p><em>The importance of the ability to manage workload should be able to increase job satisfaction further. This research has the novelty of the intervening psychological meaning variable and the object of research at the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. The study aimed to analyze the role of psychological meaning and organisational support in mediating the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of members of the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. This study used 76 members of the Central Java Police Ditpamobvit. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study applies multiple regression analysis, Sobel test, and path analysis. The results showed that psychological meaning played a role in mediating the effect of workload on job satisfaction, while organizational support did not mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction of Ditpamobvit members of the Central Java Regional Police.</em></p>

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of work involvement and organizational culture on work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Bima. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima, totaling 126 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 69 ASN. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. The results showed that communication and work motivation affect the job satisfaction of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima City. The magnitude of the influence of work involvement and organizational culture on the work productivity of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. of 44.2%.

Dokumentasi surat masuk dan keluar dilakukan secara manual dalam jumlah besar, tidak terintegrasi dengan Database Perusahaan, dan penyimpanan masih mengandalkan bentuk fisik (hardcopy).Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dipilih metode perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai landasan pengembangan aplikasi. Metode UML memungkinkan identifikasi tahap-tahap pengembangan melalui representasi diagram. Sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis web menggunakan PHP, Javascript, dan CSS, dengan nantinya menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup optimalisasi pengelolaan Arsip Inaktif dan Pembuatan Surat, termasuk pembuatan, pengurusan, pengendalian, pengelolaan, dan pelayanan informasi arsip secara dinamis dan sistematis. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan pencarian arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.
