This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

<p>Pentingnya kemampuan mengelola beban kerja, seharusnya dapat semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel intervening <em>psychological meaning </em>dan objek penelitian pada Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran <em>psychological meaning</em> dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>psychological meaning</em> berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan<em> </em>dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng.</p><p><em>The importance of the ability to manage workload should be able to increase job satisfaction further. This research has the novelty of the intervening psychological meaning variable and the object of research at the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. The study aimed to analyze the role of psychological meaning and organisational support in mediating the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of members of the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. This study used 76 members of the Central Java Police Ditpamobvit. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study applies multiple regression analysis, Sobel test, and path analysis. The results showed that psychological meaning played a role in mediating the effect of workload on job satisfaction, while organizational support did not mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction of Ditpamobvit members of the Central Java Regional Police.</em></p>

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of work involvement and organizational culture on work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Bima. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima, totaling 126 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 69 ASN. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. The results showed that communication and work motivation affect the job satisfaction of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima City. The magnitude of the influence of work involvement and organizational culture on the work productivity of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. of 44.2%.

Dokumentasi surat masuk dan keluar dilakukan secara manual dalam jumlah besar, tidak terintegrasi dengan Database Perusahaan, dan penyimpanan masih mengandalkan bentuk fisik (hardcopy).Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dipilih metode perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai landasan pengembangan aplikasi. Metode UML memungkinkan identifikasi tahap-tahap pengembangan melalui representasi diagram. Sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis web menggunakan PHP, Javascript, dan CSS, dengan nantinya menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup optimalisasi pengelolaan Arsip Inaktif dan Pembuatan Surat, termasuk pembuatan, pengurusan, pengendalian, pengelolaan, dan pelayanan informasi arsip secara dinamis dan sistematis. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan pencarian arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.

Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. Setabelan Village, located in Banjarsari Sub-district, is one of the four working areas of the Setabelan Health Center. The village experiences a high incidence of Osteoarthritis knee cases in elderly women, with 28 cases per month and 246 cases per year. The main complaint among patients is knee pain. To address this issue, a program was implemented to educate and provide understanding on how to manage knee osteoarthritis, as well as home-based exercise. The program involved counseling sessions on osteoarthritis knee health promotion, using leaflets as a counseling medium. The target participants were the elderly members of Pos Lansia Wijaya Kusuma. The author conducted a pre-test and post-test to evaluate the participants’ level of understanding. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with the participants’ average questionnaire score increasing from 1.57 in the pre-test to 5.57 in the post-test. This indicates a 4.00 increase in understanding among the participants of Pos Lansia Wijaya Kusuma.

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, Solvabilitas, profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Audit Delay pada perusahaan Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property tahun 2017-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Solvabilitas, profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Variabel dependen nya adalah Audit Delay. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan Real Estate dan Property tahun  2017 sampai 2019. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisis regresi data panel, Pengujian Model, Uji Asumsi Klasik, uji t, uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Solvabilitas, profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Audit Delay. Dengan menggunakan uji F didapatkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu Solvabilitas, profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan dapat menjelaskan variabel Audit Delay sebesar 62%  sisanya 38% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

<p class="AbstakIndo"><em>Papaya (Carica Papaya L.) IPB 9 (calina) variety is a papaya fruit that has thick, sweet flesh and very high fruit productivity. During the transportation process of papaya, mechanical damage (bruises, abrasions, weight loss) and physiological damage often occur, which can cause papaya decrease in quality during storage before consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in the quality of papaya after 2-hour transportation simulation. The research design used a randomized block design (RAK) with the treatment of the position of the fruit in the packaging, which was stored horizontally (KS1) and vertically (KS2) during the transportation simulation process. Papaya hat has been simulated for transportation is stored at 18–2</em><em>0</em><em>^o</em><em>C for 12 days. </em><em>Q</em><em>uality of papaya weight loss stored for 12 days for KS1 reached 7.34% and KS2 reached 7.43%. </em><em>H</em><em>ardness quality of papaya  stored for 12 days for KS1 is 0.84 kgf, and for KS2, it is 0.76 kgf. </em><em>Q</em><em>uality of papaya skin color after 12 days of storage decreased the freshness of the papaya fruit, but it was still fit for consumption. </em><em>T</em><em>otal dissolved solids content after being stored for 12 days for KS1 reached 11.45% and KS2 reached 11.32%.</em><em></em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di sungai kambang jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebagai responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di Sungai Kambang Jambi. Hasil penelitian harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 3,808 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,053 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,043 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 1.868 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,065 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji F didapatkan nilai sig < α sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu sebesar 24,126 > 2,699. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai adjusted R Square (R2) adalah 0,412 atau 41,2%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 41,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Literary works always contain the author's perspective on reality as a social institution created by the author. These problems are often combined into a view or criticism of life. This certainly describes social life as a reality that occurs in an environment. One type of literary work that contains a view of reality is W.S Rendra's poem entitled "Poem of Hot People". The aim of this research is to determine the effort to explain the social impact of the poem entitled "Poetry of the Overheated People" by W.S Rendra. The poem depicts social and political inequality between the needy class of society and the ruling class of society. Through this research, I hope to make us more sensitive to circumstances and conditions. The reason I chose W.S Rendra's poetry was because the language was very clear and specific. With poetry that uses clear and specific language, the meaning of the content is accurate and complete. The poem is analyzed using the perspective of the social impact that occurs on a phenomenon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a literary sociology approach. The technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The researcher sees himself as the only tool. This process involves recording factors related to aspects of social impact as documentation of analysis and as a source of understanding. The results of the research show that the poem "Poetry of Hot People" describes social inequality. Based on these findings, researchers concluded that poetry can be used as a means to criticize existing injustices and express feelings of dissatisfaction with social situations.
