Salah satu pekerjaan dengan risiko LBP yang paling tinggi adalah pekerja yang selalu memindahkan atau mengangkat barang dan aktivitas membungkuk selama bekerja. Berdasarkan observasi di Desa Arasoe Kecamatan Cina Kabupaten Bone, banyak pekerja di Pabrik Gula Bone melakukan aktivitas membungkuk selama bekerja dan aktivitas memindahkan atau mengangkat barang selama bekerja. Kebanyakan para pekerja di Pabrik Gula Arasoe Bone adalah laki-laki dengan kategori usia produktif (25 – 45 tahun). Aktivitas para pekerja banyak melibatkan gerakan-gerakan pada trunk khususnya lumbal seperti gerakan fleksi, lateral fleksi dan rotasi. Gerakan tersebut dapat dilihat secara langsung dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan saat mengambil dan membawa barang. Aktivitas ini dilakukan berulang-ulang dalam aktivitas pekerjaan, dan lama kelamaan akan memicu terjadinya Low Back Pain. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, Ada beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan, seperti: penyuluhan tentang postur yang benar saat bekerja, pemeriksaan kesehatan bagi para pekerja, dan memberikan pengobatan fisioterapi secara gratis bagi para pekerja berupa terapi latihan, manual terapi dan dry needling. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan banyak pekerja yang mengalami low back pain yang bersifat kronik sehingga pemberian treatment berupa terapi latihan,manual terapi, dry needling sangat membantu pekerja untuk menurunkan nyeri serta meningkat aktivitas fungsional pekerja pabrik.

A character is a real portrait of a person. Everyone's character is different and becomes a good and bad picture of someone, especially the character of a student in the school environment. Character education must continue to be developed in schools and refer to the example of the leaders of school institutions or madrasahs. The head of the madrasah is an example for school residents, especially students, therefore the leadership of the head of the madrasah must be able to set an example to be emulated by educators and students. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of charismatic leadership examples to build the character of students in MTs Azzainiyyah Sukabumi Regency. The research approach uses qualitative with a descriptive type. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. This research shows that charismatic leadership can shape the character of students. All efforts to increase the value of charismatic leadership will improve the character of students.

In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. Jaringan saraf tiruan merupakan metode supervised learning yang telah diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan klasifikasi. Sebagai metode supervised learning, jaringan saraf tiruan memerlukan data training untuk mengidentifikasi pola dalam data sehingga fase learning menjadi penting. Pada fase learning, konfigurasi bobot pada jaringan saraf tiruan diatur sehingga jaringan saraf tiruan tersebut bisa mengenali pola di dalam data. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan metode untuk mengoptimalkan nilai bobot pada konfigurasi jaringan saraf tiruan menggunakan pendekatan neuroevolution. Neuroevolution adalah pengintegrasian metode evolutionary algorithm; termasuk di dalamnya adalah berbagai metode metaheuristik; dengan  jaringan saraf tiruan. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menggunakan metode particle swarm optimization untuk mengoptimalkan bobot pada jaringan saraf tiruan. Kinerja model yang diusulkan dibandingkan dengan metode backpropagation dengan stochastic gradient descent menggunakan lima dataset: iris, wine, breast cancer, ecoli, dan wheat seeds. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan memiliki akurasi yang lebih baik di tiga dataset dari lima dataset dan memiliki kinerja yang sama di dua dataset. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan neuroevolution memiliki potensi sebagai metode optimalisasi parameter pada jaringan saraf tiruan. Penelitian ini bisa dikembangkan dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik konvergensi dari pendekatan neuroevolution maupun menerapkan berbagai metode evolutionary algorithm untuk mengoptimalkan nilai bobot pada jaringan saraf tiruan.

The development of a company depends on how the ability to win the competition. To win the competition, it is necessary to have the right strategy in conducting marketing so that it can attract buying interest. Positioning is the company's actions to design products that are superior to other similar products in order to create a good impression in the minds of consumers. Meanwhile Brand Image is a representation of every overall perception of the brand. Because a brand allows it to influence consumers in making purchases and carry the good name of companies that produce goods or services. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between positioning and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used is quantitative. Subjects in this study involved 30 people. The data collection method uses three scales, customer decision scale, positioning scale, and brand image scale. Research sampling using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the regression model and the model was gradually filled in with the help of the SPSS for Windows Statistical Package for Social Sciences program.

Selama ini, terdapat kelemahan dalam transaksi proses pemesanan dan proses pembelian tiket bioskop. Sejak dahulu kala, para penonton yang ingin melakukan transaksi proses pemesanan dan proses pembelian tiket bioskop diharuskan atau diwajibkan untuk mengantre di loket tempat penjualan tiket bioskop. Ironisnya, cara seperti ini relatif tidak efisien dan tidak efektif karena para penonton diharuskan atau diwajibkan untuk mengantre di loket tempat penjualan tiket bioskop dalam antrean yang cukup panjang dan cukup lama untuk melakukan transaksi proses pemesanan dan proses pembelian tiket bioskop. Seringkali juga tiket bioskop yang ingin dipesan dan dibeli sudah atau telah terjual habis sebelum gilirannya, sehingga para penonton yang sedang mengantre pun menjadi tidak mendapatkan atau tidak memperoleh informasi mengenai tentang tiket bioskop yang masih tersedia. Dalam rangka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis ingin membuat dan/atau menyusun dan/atau mengembangkan perancangan bangun model desain tampilan UserExperience (UX) sistem aplikasi layanan hiburan pemesanan tiket bioskop berbasis mobile atau dengan menggunakan media perangkat telepon genggam seluler. Pada perancangan bangun model desain tampilan UserExperience (UX) sistem aplikasi layanan hiburan pemesanan tiket bioskop berbasis mobile ini nantinya para penonton bisa atau dapat melihat jadwal pemutaran atau penayangan film bioskop, para penonton juga bisa mendapatkan atau memperoleh informasi mengenai tentang harga tiket bioskop pada hari tersebut, dan para penonton juga bisa mendapatkan atau memperoleh informasi mengenai tentang ketersediaan tiket bioskop beserta dengan posisi lokasi tempat duduk di dalam ruangan bioskop. Dengan adanya perancangan bangun model desain tampilan UserExperience (UX) sistem aplikasi layanan hiburan pemesanan tiket bioskop berbasis mobile ini diharapkan para penonton tidak perlu kesulitan dan menghabiskan waktu untuk mengantre dalam melakukan transaksi proses pemesanan dan proses pembelian tiket bioskop

One effort to improve poetry writing skills in grade 4 students is to choose the rightmethod. In learning Indonesian, there is a lack of students' skills in writing poetry, low learning outcomes in poetry writing skills using inappropriate methods. The method used in this study is the image media method, which is a method for conveying material with a fun activity. This study aims to improve the poetry writing skills of grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles which include planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The research subjects were 20 grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests and documentation. The data collection instruments used were lesson plans, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and poetry writing assessment rubik. There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using media images. The results of the pre-action research showed that the average value of writing poetry was 58.25 with 20% student completeness, then cycle I learning activities with an average of 69 with 60% student completeness. Furthermore, in cycle II, students' learning abilities increased by an average of 76.25 with 85% student mastery. Thus image media can improve writing poetry for grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety operational process in fiberglass shipbuilding, identify the types of risk causes that hinder the construction of fiberglass boats and propose recommended actions needed to overcome the risks in CV ERA FIBERBOAT by using theoretical research methods. Identification of risks in the process of building new ships, namely employees, materials, work equipment, payment of construction costs, working drawings have revisions. Determining the risk rating of the new ship building process: very high; inappropriate equipment, height; late payment / paying, medium; working drawings have revisions, low; materials arrive late, very low; employees procrastinate. Mitigating risks in the process of building new ships: employees delay work with mitigation, namely the director of the company provides the opportunity for employees to rest so that employees do not get sick, materials arriving late are mitigated by means of shipyard companies providing an easy-to-find address point so that the sender of materials does not having difficulty finding the address of the shipyard, working drawings have revisions that can be mitigated by means the company must always make an existence to the customer in every work process so that there is no miscommunication
