The background of this research is to analyze the character of Sukat using analysis of Sigmund Freud's literary psychology theory, the aim is to find out the causes of the character Sukat experiencing disturbances in his personality, and also to find out the alleged disturbance that occurred to the character Sukat in the performance of the Play Written Later by Bode Riswandi. The method used is a qualitative method. The technique used in this study is data collection techniques. Data collection techniques used are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. From this analysis it is concluded that the character Sukat has a feeling of revenge from a dark past, the reason Sukat did the heinous thing to Dahlia was because of what happened at that time. Sukat's younger sister was sold by her father as a gambling bet and many of her gambling friends felt that her younger sister had committed suicide before leaving school. It was this feeling of revenge that made Sukat dark and his eyes darkened and he thought that every girl should feel what her sister had experienced.

This research reviews the relationship between body weight and increased cholesterol levels. This research was carried out at the Kebun Jatirono Health Center, Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi using observational analytical research and using cross-sectional measurements because in this research the researcher aims to determine the existence of a relationship between the two variables being studied by only observing without intervention on the variables to be studied and measurements or observations of respondents who were overweight were 22 employees or 73.3%. Then, most of the employees at the Kebun Jatirono Health Center, Kalibaru Banyuwangi District who were respondents experienced increased cholesterol levels, namely 14 people or 46.7% had moderate cholesterol levels. And there is a relationship between employee overweight and increased cholesterol levels at the Kebun Jatirono Health Center, Kalibaru Banyuwangi District. Using the Spearman Rank Correlation statistical test, the calculated ? value = 0.573 > from the table ? value = 5% Error Degree = 0.363 and 1% Error Degree = 0.478.

One thing that hospitals must consider is the performance of nurses. Performance is the achievement or result in terms of quality and quantity of an employee for their work in accordance with the directions and responsibilities given by their superiors. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life on the Performance of Inpatient Installation Nurses at Majene Regency General Hospital. The research method uses a quantitative approach using an analytical observational design with a cross sectional approach, sampling was carried out using random sampling of 85 respondents. The population in this study were all nurses with employee status who provided services and were on duty in the Inpatient Room at Majene Regency  General Hospital, namely 134 people. The results of the research show that there is an influence on the variable quality of work life based on the work life dimension with a p value of 0.008 < 0.05, work world with a p value of 0.001 < 0.05, work context with a p value of 0.004 < 0.05, and work design with a p value 0.013<0.05. It is recommended that hospital management improve the Quality of Work Life for nurses by revising the system for distributing compensation for medical services, improving and the work environment security system.

This research was conducted with the intention of knowing how the role of travel agencies in providing support for hotel occupancy rates in the Pangandaran area, especially Surya Kencana Seaside Hotel. The research was conducted using a literacy study method on various supporting data collected during 2018-2022. The data collected was then analysed for things that affect hotel occupancy rates, especially based on data from guests who book hotel rooms through travel agencies both online and offline. Based on the results of the analysis, information was obtained that sales made through online travel agencies were higher than offline travel agencies . This is because bookings made by consumers are more practical. Currently there are many sites that provide online room booking media services . The presence of online travel agencies greatly affects the world of tourism and is beneficial for hotels in terms of saving promotional costs. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that Online Travel Agent still affects the room occupancy rate at Surya Kencana Seaside Hotel because there are many new policies and the latest promotions in attracting customers. Offline Travel Agent must work harder to beat Online Travel Agent in terms of providing support in increasing room occupancy.

AR applications, commonly known as "smart tourism," offer considerable potential in the tourism industry. They provide a fundamental change in the way travelers discover, acquire knowledge, and engage with destinations. This analysis forms the foundation for offering well-informed suggestions for future research endeavors in the field of tourism enhanced by augmented reality (AR). In order to carry out this systematic review, an extensive search was performed on various electronic databases, such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The search methodology employed the utilization of pertinent keywords such as "augmented reality," "smart tourism," and "tourism experience." After the initial search, a substantial amount of articles were obtained, and subsequently, they were refined using predetermined criteria for inclusion and exclusion. This systematic review has presented a thorough and detailed summary of the current research progress on augmented reality in the field of smart tourism. The findings emphasize the diverse uses of augmented reality (AR) in boosting tourist experiences, enhancing access to information, fostering greater involvement, and advocating for sustainable tourism practices. Nevertheless, in order to fully use the potential of augmented reality (AR) in the tourism sector, it is imperative to tackle obstacles pertaining to technical constraints, user approval, integration, and privacy apprehensions.

One of the entrepreneurial benefits of the tourism sector is building the local economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of entrepreneurship in developing the local economy through the development of homestays in Mangli Magelang Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. There are three important research stages carried out in this research, the first stage is exploring the symptoms that appear in the research object, the second is identifying the relationship between the symptoms and the aspects being studied, the third is the analysis and interpretation of the relationship between the symptoms and the aspects being studied in the homestay. This research was conducted in Saung Krincing Msen, Mangli Tourism Village, Magelang Regency. The results and analysis of this research can be concluded that entrepreneurship plays an important role in developing the local economy by exploiting the potential of the destination it has and also the social impact of increasing knowledge about culture and of course social ties and interactions between local communities and tourists.

Wana Wisata Ternadi is one of the attractive natural tourist destinations in Kudus Regency, Central Java. However, this tourism potential has not been maximally optimized, so tourist visits are still low. Therefore, efforts to develop Wana Wisata Ternadi are very important to increase tourist visits to this area. This study aims to identify potentials and constraints in the development of Wana Wisata Ternadi, as well as formulate appropriate strategies to increase tourist visits. The research method used qualitative approach includes field observation, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, and secondary data analysis. The results showed that Wana Wisata Ternadi has extraordinary natural potential, such as beautiful natural scenery, biodiversity, and historical heritage. However, the main obstacles faced are the lack of supporting infrastructure, lack of promotion, and not optimal management of tourist attractions. Therefore, the recommended strategy includes development through the 4A tourism attraction development approach (Access, Attractions, Activities and Amenities), increasing promotion through digital media, and empowering local communities in tourism management.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Library research is research in which data collection is carried out by collecting data from various reference sources. The naming of the North Natuna Sea in the new map reflects Indonesia's foreign policy as a manifestation of Indonesia's national interests in responding to regional developments, and the Indonesian government's efforts to carry out the process of securing territorial sovereignty and its citizens in the seas bordering the South China Sea. Indonesia stated that the SCS conflict could become open war because of three things. First, the tendency of the parties involved to use military force to strengthen claims in the region. Second, there is the involvement of foreign parties from outside the region. Third, there is no credible institution to resolve existing problems.
 
 

Dalam usaha menyebarkan ajaran Agama Islam di zaman milenial saat ini adalah dengan pola pengembangan dari segi ekonomi yang berbasis syari’ah Islam. Penguasaan pola ekonomi syariah dan sistem pengembangannya berwujud implementasi sistem bagi hasil (mudharabah) antara kedua belah pihak. Kegiatan menjalin bisnis saat ini menjalani pengembangan yang begitu cepat dan energik dalam konteks hukum Islam, walapun dalam kenyataannya manusia diberi kebebasan dalam melakukan transaksi (mu?amalah). keterkaitan kebebasan dalam melakukan mu’amalah adalah kebebasan dalam pintasan perkembangan model akad dan produk. Walaupun seperti itu, perkembangan tersebut harus tetap ada di jalur dan landasan hukum Islam yang jelas dalam perspektif fiqih. Pada artikel ini, akan membahas secara mendasar dan detail tentang hal-hal  yang berkaitan dengan mudharabah atau kerjasama antar kedua belah pihak yaitu antara pemilik modal dan pihak yang mengelola usaha untuk menjalankan kegiatan usaha bersama, sedangkan keuntungan yang didapat dibagi menjadi dua sesuai dengan perbandingan (nisbah) atau prosentase yang disepakati. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem ekonomi Islam akan dinilai menjadi lebih baik dan menarik sesuai dengan prinsip dan karakteristik yang dimilikinya bagi umat Islam secara khusus dan untuk semua masyarakat secara umum. Hal tersebut ialah harapan besar penulis untuk konsep mudharabah dapat diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam bank syariah dan lembaga keuangan syariah lainnya.

Khiyar adalah hak orang yang berakad dalam membatalkan akad atau meneruskannya karena ada sebab-sebab secara syar’i yang dapat membatalkannya sesuai dengan kesepakatan ketika berakad. Dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) artikel ini menganalisis konsep khiyar menurut fuqaha. Hasil dari artikel ini yaitu, menurut Mazhab Hanafi khiyar ada empat bentuk yaitu khiyar syarat, khiyar ‘aib, khiyar ar-ru’yah dan khiyar ta’yin sedangkan khiyar majlis menurut mazhab ini batil atau tidak boleh. Pendapat tersebut berbeda dengan Mazhab Maliki yang mengatakan bahwa bentuk- bentuk khiyar ada dua yaitu khiyar ‘aib dan khiyar syarat sedangkan khiyar Majlis dan khiyar ta’yin tidak boleh menurut mazhab ini. Selanjutnya pendapat dari kalangan Mazhab Syafi’i yang mengatakan bahwa bentuk khiyar ada tiga yaitu khiyar majlis, khiyar syarat dan khiyar ‘aib, adapun khiyar ar-ru’yah dan khiyar ta’yin menurut mazhab ini tidak dibolehkan. Sedangkan Mazhab Hanbali khiyar ada empat yaitu khiyar majlis, khiyar syarat, khiyar ‘aib dan khiyar ar-ru’yah, sedang mengenai khiyar ta’yin menurut mazhab Hanbali hukumnya tidak boleh.
