This research is in the background that a balanced scorecard is a management system used to implement strategies, evaluate performance not only from financial aspects, but also involving non-financial aspects. In addition, a balanced scorecard is used to convey the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Prambon Health Center seen using the balanced scorecard method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and is conducted at the Prambon Health Center. The results of this study show that the performance of the Prambon Health Center is measured by the balanced scorecard method from a financial perspective on the economic and efficiency ratios in 2021 to 2023 showing good results, and on the effectiveness ratio seen in 2021 to 2023 showing poor results. From a customer perspective, measured using customer satisfaction from 2021 to 2023, it shows good results. From an internal business perspective measured using the ALOS indicator seen from 2021 to 2023 shows good results, The BOR indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, the TOI indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, and the BTO indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows good results. The conclusion from the data analysis from the Prambon Health Center measured using a balanced scorecard for the period from 2021 to 2023 is always increasing every year. In 2021 it showed quite good results, in 2022 it showed good results, and in 2023 it showed good results.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para peserta didik untuk mencapai skor minimal TOEFL, yaitu 450. Metode diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktik digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini.. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para peserta didik mengenai cara menjawab soal-soal TOEFL dengan menggunakan strategi atau trik di setiap bagian soal TOEFL, yaitu <em>listening, structure, </em>dan <em>reading</em>. Peserta yang menjadi sasaran pelatihan ini berasal dari peserta didik kelas XI SMK Nusaputera 2 Semarang. Prosedur kegiatan ini meliputi pemberian <em>pre-test </em>bagi peserta, diskusi teori dan praktik, dan pemberian <em>post-test </em>sebagai instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memperlihatkan bahwa pelatihan TOEFL bagi para peserta didik SMK Nusaputera 2 sangat bermanfaat dan membantu mereka untuk mengenal dan mengetahui TOEFL lebih baik. Hal ini dikarenakan para peserta didik sebelumnya belum pernah mendapatkan pembekalan atau pelatihan TOEFL. Antusiasme dari para peserta didik sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti simulasi tes TOEFL, juga ketika pembahasan strategi menjawab soal-soal TOEFL dipaparkan oleh tim pengabdi. Pretes dan post-tes menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman para peserta didik saat mengerjakan soal-soal tes TOEFL. Menurut mereka soal yang dianggap paling sulit adalah soal <em>structure and written expression</em>. This paper aims to explore the influence of John Donne's work on metaphysical poetry and assess the contribution and striking elements of metaphysics in his selected poems by examining Donne's use of conceit. The research aims to examine how John Donne influenced the poetry of metaphysics and explore the assessment of his literary endeavors as well as metaphysical elements. The research has uncovered new perspectives from a metaphysical standpoint on religion, the universe, love, and death.
 
 

In PERMEN KP No. 2 Year 2015 sondong fishing gear is part of a trawls catcher that is potentially damaging to the marine ecosystem. However, But in Muara Gading Mas Village, Sondong's fishing gear is still used by fishermen.The purpose of this study is to know the perception and attitude of fishermen in respect of the ban on the use of fishing devices sondong in Muara Gading Mas village as well as to know what follow-up the government is doing. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data sources as primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done with observations, interviews and documentation, which is then analyzed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. As a result of research that shows fishermen's perception of the ban on the use of sondong and knowledge indicators show that the majority of fisherman (57.89%) are unaware of the prohibition, the dominant awareness indicator (55.26%) has not yet been aware of leaving the probes, and the indicator of compliance of most (57.8%) are not willing to switch to environmentally friendly probes. UPTD PP Labuhan Maringgai and Teladas with the support of the Department of Maritime Affairs undertakes socialization efforts, evaluation as well as follow-up to the enforcement of the ban on the use of Sondong capture equipment.

Blanket warmer is a tool to maintain the stability of the patient's body temperature when experiencing hypothermia, the blanket warmer will warm the patient until it reaches a normal body temperature of 36 - 37 °C. Some of the temperature setting options on the blanket warmer are 32°C, 38°C, and 43°C. To be able to design an Arduino-Based Warmer Blanket tool by using DS18B20 sensors.This study uses the research and development (RnD) method, which is a method used to make a product and test its effectiveness from the results of the product. The results of this study had a measurement difference of the instrument that could be used for patients with the highest temperature difference, namely 32°C = 0.11°C, 38°C = 0.20°C, 43°C = 0.11°C, the lowest measurement difference was 32°C = 0°C, 38°C = 0.01°C, 43°C = 0.02°C by comparing with a temperature measuring instrument. The average of all measurements in patients was 32°C = 32.64°C, 38°C = 38.70°C, 43°C = 43.72°C. The highest average error value from the 3 experiments was 1.45% and the lowest average error value from the 3 experiments was 0.26%. The Blanket Warmer tool using sensors DS18B20 safe for patients to use.

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal using the Discovery Learning learning model in the Pancasila Education subject. This research is divided into two images, where each cycle consists of four research stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. This research was conducted over a period of 3 months starting from February to April 2024. In this research the researcher acted as an observer by involving the class I Pancasila Education maple teacher as a colleague/collaborator. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) uses the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was held in one meeting. The subjects of this research were 18 grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. Data collection techniques through evaluation tests, observation and documentation. The research results show that: (1) students become more active in learning activities. (2) there was an increase in Pancasila Education learning outcomes for grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. This increase was proven by the results of the pre-cycle test, the average class score was 66.22, then it increased in cycle I to 82.5 and increased again in cycle II to 90.5. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 40%, in cycle I was 75%, and in cycle II was 94% which achieved a KKTP ? 75. From the results of the above research it can be concluded that by implementing the Discovery Learning learning model it can improve learning outcomes in students. Empowerment and export cooperation of agave and sansevieria farmers through CV Botani Flora Indonesia aims to determine the value of exports, the main purpose of exports, the obstacles faced, and strategies for increasing agave and sansevieria exports from Indonesia. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the collaboration between CV Botani Flora Indonesia and Agave and Sansevieria farmers has increased their export results.

This study aims to determine the application of criminal law to acts of violence committed by the TNI which affect psychology and constraints on law enforcement in protecting victims of violence. This study uses a normative method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The result of this study is that legal protection for victims of domestic violence according to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence is urgently needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity as well as other forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological, sexual violence and neglect experience suffering and loss, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. Justice handed down to TNI members who commit crimes of domestic violence (KDRT) can be subject to disciplinary sanctions by their superiors, in this case military discipline laws can be imposed by superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum) then if the criminal element is proven then it will be resolved through a military court.

The development of smartphone technology is becoming faster and more diverse, so consumers are often faced with problems in choosing smartphones that fit their needs and budgets. Decision Support System (DPS) can help consumers make the right decisions. The purpose of this research is to design the best smartphone decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is used to calculate the weight of smartphone attributes such as Price, Internal Memory, Smartphone Processing Performance and Speed, Camera Quality, Battery Capacity so that it can provide a solution to consumers in choosing smartphones according to their wishes and needs.
 
 

Bullying has become a phenomenon in the world of education, especially education in Indonesia, bullying is not only carried out by adults but also carried out by children in the school environment and society. Nowadays there are many cases of bullying that occur in schools, communities and social media. Efforts to prevent bullying from an early age in schools and in the community can be done by socialization, increasing supervision and providing punishment and sanctions to bullies. Stop bullying can be done in many different ways. One way is to include material about bullying into learning that will have a positive impact on the personal development of students It aims to stop bullying that often occurs in schools. With this, we also conduct socialization counseling on Early Bullying Prevention Efforts. The purpose of this socialization is to educate and shape one's personality so as not to bully in the school environment or community environment.
