tuberculosis, yang menyerang berbagai organ terutama paru-paru. Mtb mengandung berbagai C-polisakarida yang dalam tubuh bisa diketahui dengan pemeriksaan CRP. CRP adalah suatu protein alphaglobulin yang timbul dalam darah bila terjadi inflamasi. Tujuan pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui gambaran C-Reaktif Protein pada pasien Tuberkulosis dengan terapi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) di Puskesmas Naibonat. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Tuberkulosis yang tengah menjalani terapi OAT di Puskesmas Naibonat berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CRP positif sebanyak 7 orang (35%) dan CRP negatif sebanyak 13 orang (65%) paling banyak ditemukan pada perempuan, umur 26-50 tahun dan > 50 tahun, dan kategori pendidikan menengah atas (SMA).Kesimpulan dari 20 orang pasien Tuberkulosis yang tengah menjalani terapi OAT, yang mempunyai CRP positif sebanyak 7 orang (35%) dan CRP negatif sebanyak 13 orang (65%).

The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The subjects in this study consisted of validation subjects consisting of material and media validators and test subjects consisting of 23 grade VII junior high school students. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap. The instruments used in the study consisted of expert validation sheets, respondent questionnaires, and tests of mathematical understanding abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing an Android-based math educational game using software construct 2 on mathematical abilities. The results of the study are as follows: The level of feasibility of an Android-based math education game using software construct 2 on the ability to understand the results obtained is 88.66% with very feasible criteria. The level of attractiveness of an Android-based math education game using software construct 2 on the ability to understand the results obtained is 88.19% with very interesting criteria. Improved mathematical understanding skills after the application of Android-based math education games. There is an increase From the calculation results obtained tcount> ttable = 8.85987> 1.71714, thus Ho is rejected Ha accepted.

Knowledge is the result of knowing, and this happens after people sense a certain object. Sensing occurs through the human senses, namely the senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Most of human knowledge is obtained through the eyes and ears. Vaccines are one of the most effective and economical ways to prevent infectious diseases, making the development of vaccines to attenuate coronavirus infections very necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge with community compliance in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. This type of research uses analytic observational, with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 115 people used the accidental sampling technique, in which the researcher used an instrument in the form of an online questionnaire via a google form and distributed via whatsapp, instagram, and zendly applications to the community in RT-III Binanga environment. The results of the study using the Chi-Squar test showed a p-value = 0.027, which means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and community compliance in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

Vaksin Covid-19 merupakan salah satu terobosan pemerintah untuk melawan dan menangani Covid-19 yang ada didunia khususnya Negara Indonesia. Tujuan dari vaksinasi Covid-19 adalah untuk mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19, mencapai kekebalan dan melindungi masyarakat dari Covid-19, sehingga dapat menjaga masyarakat dan perekonomian. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan tentag sosialisasi vaksinasi dengan menyebarkan informasi  melalui media leaflet diharapkan Masyarakat mampu memahami dan siap vaksin demi pencegahan covid-19 Dusun Taludu dan dusun Bottengg Kecamatan simboro kepulauan Kabupaten Mamuju.  Penyuluhan kesehatan melalui media leflet dari rumah kerumah  di Dusun Taludu dan dusun Bottengg desa Botteng Kecamatan simboro kepulauan Kabupaten Mamuju, berjalan lancar, mulai dari masyarakat menerima kehadiran tim dengan menjaga jarak, serta masyarakat antusias menyimak dan bertanya serta menjawab setiap pertanyaan saat evaluasi dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut tercapai dengan nilai 85 dengan kriteria berhasil.

Community empowerment is a very important service activity and must be carried out in an effort to free the community from various adversity, backwardness and backwardness. One of the villages that is considered necessary for community empowerment activities to be carried out is the village of Tamberu Alet Batustar, Batumarmar, Pamekasan. The community empowerment activities in the village are carried out with an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach, namely through service programs. This service is carried out in two fields, namely economics and education. In the field of student education, it has been carried out successfully by holding an educational program for the mindset of kindergarten parents through teaching, mentoring and in the field of economics making products.

This study aims to find out how the picture of a mother's resilience towards her child who is a Covid-19 patient in the city of Salatiga. This research is a type of qualitative research with purposive sampling. The number of research participants involved in this study were three mothers with an age range of 25-60 years and whose children were diagnosed with Covid-19. The results of the study found that the three participants had a different picture of resilience. The first participant (SM) showed that he managed to fulfill the seven resilience aspects). While in the second participant (SA) only four aspects of resilience were met, namely emotion regulation, self-efficacy, impulse control, and problem-analyzing ability. Then the third party (IP) fulfills six aspects, namely emotion regulation, optimism, empathy, self-efficacy, impulse control, and control. This study also found other supporting aspects of resilience besides those described by Reivich & Shatte (2002), in the form of aspects of social support (family and close people) and religion.

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, terjadi pembatasan sosial yang menyebabkan keterbatasan lapangan pekerjaan yang berdampak pada ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga pemenuhan sandang dan pangan menjadi terbatas. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan, masyarakat dapat mengolah makanan tradisional, salah satunya adalah singkong. Singkong dapat dijadikan makanan pengganti nasi yang kaya akan gizi. Singkong dapat hidup di tanah yang kering dengan iklim tropis. Salah satu daerah penghasil singkong adalah dusun Loang. Pada kenyataannya, singkong dapat diolah lebih dari makanan sederhana, salah satunya olahan Agasi Kakap Nasi. Hal inilah yang mendasari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyakarat di dusun Loang, Desa Kojagete, dengan judul Pemanfaatan Bahan Pangan Lokal Untuk Pembuatan Agar-Agar Singkong Kaya Karbohidrat Pengganti Nasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan kandungan gizi yang ada di dalam singkong, serta melakukan pelatihan pembuatan agar-agar yang berbahan dasar singkong. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat dusun Loang menjadi lebih mengetahui kandungan gizi yang terdapat di dalam singkong, serta cara pembuatan agar-agar berbahan dasar singkong. Sehingga melalui kegiatan PKM ini dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan  agasi kakapa nasi, diharapkan kelak dapat menjadi bekal bagi masyarakat Dusun Loang untuk lebih memanfaatkan singkong sebagai pemenuhan gizi dan peningkatkan taraf ekonomi.

Dukungan kepada masyarakat sangatlah penting terlebih pada masa pandemi covid-19ini. Kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan universitas dapat memeberikan kontribusi dan dukungan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini secara spesifik ditujukan kepada para ibu sebab para ibu memiliki peran sentral dalam keluarga termasuk dalam hal pengaturan keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dan tali kait masker sebagai usaha pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Kedua produk, yaitu sabun dan tali masker sebagai objek untuk diproduksi dan diharapkan bisa dijual sehingga bisa membantu keuangan keluarga di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Selanjutnya juga diadakan pelatihan bagaimana mempromosikan produk serta membukukan keuangan usahanya. Promosi produk sangat penting supaya bisa menggait pelanggan dan diharapkan bisa memiliki pelanggan setia. Pembukuan keuangan juga tak kalah penting agar uang usaha bisa diatur dan diketahui peredarannya, sekalipun itu dalam lingkup usaha kecil.

Support for the community is very important, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Good cooperation between the community and the university can contribute and support the community. This service is specifically aimed at mothers because mothers have a central role in the family, including in terms of financial arrangements. The activities carried out were providing training in making soap and mask hooks as an effort to develop the creative economy. The two products, namely soap and mask straps, are objects to be produced and are expected to be sold so that they can help family finances during this COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, training was also held on how to promote products and record business finances. Product promotion is very important so that it can attract customers and is expected to have loyal customers. Financial bookkeeping is equally important so that business money can be regulated and its circulation known, even if it is within the scope of a small business.

Work motivation is a condition that has a strong influence in terms of generating or encouraging, guiding and maintaining related behavior in the work environment. While leadership style is a characteristic, habit, character and personality that is distinctive and unique from a leader so that it distinguishes it from others that colors the behavior and way that person leads. The low work motivation of nurses is usually caused by a very high workload, low salaries, and also because the leadership style tends to conflict with the character of their subordinates. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership style and work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room at Batara Guru Belopa Hospital, Luwu Regency. The discussion compiled in this chapter includes the leadership style of the head of the room, work motivation of nurses and the relationship between leadership style and work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Batara Guru Belopa Hospital, Luwu Regency.

Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini banyak sekali beredar berita hoax di media sosial terutama seputar kesehatan, hal ini yang membuat masyarakat menjadi salah kaprah dalam menyikapi pandemi ini, dan berakibat panic buying. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat membedakan berita Hoax dan fakta yang benar seputar Covid-19 ini. Apalagi saat ini pertumbuhan kasus positif di Indonesia semakin naik. Universitas Nasional Karangturi bekerja sama dengan Rumah Asa menyelenggarakan kegiatan dengan tema bahaya internet dari segi penyebaran berita hoax di masa pandemi dengan wali siswa sebagai targetnya.
