Increasing the level of understanding about taxation for the nation's next generation, namely the millennial generation, is very important to create the next generation who understand and obey taxation in order to realize a bright future for the nation. The qualitative approach method is the research methodology used in this research journal, and the type of research is literature study or also library research where this research method collects data through studying and understanding theories from related literature or different sources. The findings from this research are that it is very important for the millennial generation to be provided with knowledge about the basics of taxation as early as possible, so that the millennial generation can understand how important taxes are for the development of the country

Abstrak:
The existence of household assistants (ART) is often ignored in labor laws in many countries, including Indonesia. This results in unfair treatment and minimal access for household members to legal protection, which increases the risk of violence against them. This violence includes verbal, physical and sexual harassment, but is difficult for household members to report due to limited legal knowledge and fear of retaliation. Social stigma and lack of support also exacerbate the situation, leaving many cases of violence unreported and perpetrators unaccounted for. This research aims to increase awareness of the importance of legal protection for household members, evaluate the implementation of labor laws, and encourage regulatory changes to expand protection. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach through literature study. The research results show that legal protection for household members in Indonesia is still weak and ineffective, especially because household members are not explicitly regulated in labor law. Key barriers include a lack of rights awareness, training of law enforcement officers, and a culture of amicable resolution of violence. Better legal protection for household members needs to be implemented immediately through the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill, educational campaigns and training for law enforcement officers. Strong family, community and political support is also needed to create a safer and fairer environment for ART.

This research aims to (1) determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest carried out by Safira cafe owners in the reviewing village of Mare Sebo Ulu sub-district, Batang Hari district. (2) To find out the obstacles faced in efforts to increase consumer buying interest at Safira Cafe. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Abuznaid formulating the definition of sharia marketing, namely, wise decisions in order to satisfy customer needs through good behavior, providing healthy products or services (halalan thoyyibah) with the approval of both parties (seller and buyer). ) in order to achieve material and spiritual prosperity, this world and the hereafter through an ethical world. Apart from that, the theory used by Kotler, marketing is a way in which companies involve consumers, build good relationships with consumers and create value for consumers, so as to get good value or response from consumers in increasing profits and consumer feedback. The 4P marketing strategy used is, product, price, place and promotion. The results of this research show that, the marketing strategy carried out by Safira Cafe to increase revenue is with product strategies starting from improving the quality of the products presented, product health, product cleanliness and product halal. Pricing strategy, Safira Cafe has set affordable, relatively cheap prices. The prices offered by Safira Cafe are affordable and cheap in accordance with the economy of the community in the review village and are suitable for all teenagers and adults. Place strategy, safira cafe prioritizing the cleanliness of the place and consumer comfort while at the Safira Cafe. Promotional strategy, Safira Cafe does not promote via social media, only promotes by word of mouth, but quite a few people already know about the existence of Safira Cafe. Meanwhile, the income earned by Safira Cafe is still relative or fluctuating, namely depending on the number of visitors.

Abstrak:
The study aimed to find out the prospects of Development integrated farming business of beef cattle and cashew nuts. The study was carried out from March to May 2021. Respondents of the study consisted of beef cattle farmers who also grow cashew nuts. Sample of the location were determined purposively for a reason that not all sub districts are located in Muna regency, only a few out of 22 sub districts in total. Samples of sub districts and villages were selected purposively on a consideration that there were both beef cattle cattle and cashew nuts in the selected sub districts and villages. Samples of cattle breeders were determined with a random sampling, meaning that all breeders had equal opportunities to be selected. Data and the study were obtained by means of direct interviews, which were analyzed by Feasibility Tally Sheet. Based on the research results can be concluded. The research results show that integrated cattle and cashew farming has prospects for development with each rating, namely technical (7), economic (7), social (4), financial (4) and factors management (6) .

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the visual pollution of outdoor advertising in Semarang City, especially in the city center, namely Tugu Muda with five road segments supporting the area. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by considering six parameters including physical conditions, land use, placement, display surface, size, and distance. The data used are spatial data in the form of taking coordinates in the field using the Survey123 application and non-spatial data in the form of accumulated scores for each parameter used. The results of this study are that the surface display parameter has the highest weight of 38.127%. 209 points of outdoor advertising have been surveyed in the field with a total of 85 points of low visual pollution, 52 points of high visual pollution, 37 points of medium visual pollution, and 20 and 15 points of very low and very high visual pollution respectively. Although the distribution of outdoor advertising has a fairly high density, the results of processing and scoring with the AHP method of outdoor advertising with low visual pollution dominate.

Analysis of environmental impacts and environmental law are one unit so that humans, when carrying out development, do not damage the territory or environment where creatures live side by side. The aim of this research is to determine the role of environmental impact analysis and environmental law in environmental management in Indonesia. The method used in this writing, namely the normative juridical method, is research aimed at finding and formulating legal arguments through analysis of the subject matter by conducting research based on literature and analyzing primary legal materials and secondary materials which is carried out by studying statutory regulations and literature. others in the form of books, journals, research results related to problems, namely the Role of Environmental Impact Analysis and Environmental Law in Damaging Environmental Management in Indonesia. Preventive environmental law enforcement aims to prevent environmental damage and/or pollution. Regulations regarding environmental protection and enforcement are contained in Law Number 32 of 2009.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemilihan Umum RT02 RW12 di Kelurahan Meteseh, Semarang, oleh tim mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilihan ketua RT. Aplikasi ini fokus pada literasi digital, melibatkan masyarakat RT02 RW12, dan memastikan partisipasi maksimal. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup negosiasi, perancangan, konfirmasi, pengembangan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi digital peserta. Aplikasi berbasis Laravel menyajikan calon ketua RT dan visi misi mereka. Tim mahasiswa juga berperan sebagai fasilitator pada pemilihan, menciptakan kesuksesan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasilnya, aplikasi ini bukan hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pemilihan ketua RT, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap demokratisasi tingkat lokal. Dengan demikian, pengembangan aplikasi ini berhasil menciptakan dampak positif dalam proses pemilihan umum di tingkat RT.

Usaha bakso adalah usaha yang banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat Bluru Kidul, Sidoarjo. Usaha bakso yang ditekuni oleh masyarakat hanya berfokus pada penjualan produk bakso semata seperti pengusaha bakso pada umumnya. Perihal mendirikan usaha, keberlangsungan dari suatu usaha juga dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, seperti faktor pembangunan hubungan dengan konsumen. Pembangunan hubungan dengan konsumen merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap pengusaha agar bisa mendapatkan loyalitas dari konsumen serta menjaga keberlanjutan suatu usaha. Sementara itu, tidak banyak pengusaha bakso di daerah Bluru Kidul yang menerapkan pembangunan hubungan dengan konsumen dalam usaha baksonya. Dengan demikian, diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Bluru Kidul yang berprofesi sebagai pengusaha bakso untuk menginisiasi proses pembangunan hubungan dengan konsumen pada usahanya. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan, didapatkan informasi bahwa dalam membangun hubungan dengan konsumen, para pengusaha bakso memiliki kendala internal burupa adanya gap usia dengan konsumen, kurangnya nilai pembeda produk bakso dan kurangnya kemampuan berkomunikasi. Kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan berani memulai menerapkan materi yang sudah dibagikan, melihat kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat dan berlatih public speaking dari waktu ke waktu agar bisa membangun hubungan dengan konsumen yang lebih baik lagi.
