Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman wajib pajak badan atas Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2007 tentang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis deskriptif.  Variabel dalam penelitian adalah variabel pemahaman tentang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (X), yang selanjutnya disebut Identitas Wajib Pajak (XA), Hak dan Kewajiban Wajib Pajak (XB), Pembukuan/Pencatatan (XC), Keberatan dan Banding (XD), Penyidikan dan Pemeriksaan (XE). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Wajib pajak badan paham dengan Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan terkait Identitas Wajib Pajak dengan mean: 3,216, Hak dan Kewajiban Wajib Pajak dengan mean: 2,91.,  Pembukuan atau Pencatatan dengan mean: 3,001.  Keberatan dan Banding dengan mean: 2,772.  Dan terkait Penyidikan dan Pemeriksaan dengan mean: 2,76.

Masih banyak lembaga dan perusahaan belum memiliki desain iklan dan promosi yang cukup efektif dan menarik. Upaya selalu dilakukan agar promosi dan periklanan yang lebih berpengaruh kuat, serta bagaimana memilih media yang efisien sebagai promosi. Promosi Menggunakan Company Profile Interaktif dan Media Iklan dapat menciptakan sebuah nilai tambah atas suatu lembaga dan perusahaan, baik berupa keunggulan pelayanan maupun citra. Perancangan desain iklan dan promosi ini diharapkan dapat berjalan efektif.

Kegiatan akademik yang dilakukan oleh Universitas menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan kelulusan mahasiswanya. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Universitas Semarang mempunyai 2 jurusan dan 3 program studi sistem informasi. Di Jurusan Teknologi Informasi seringkali mahasiswa mengalami kebingungan dalam mengambil mata kuliah pilihan, yang mana tidak didasarkan pada kemampuan prestasi yang dimiliki namun berdasarkan pada jumlah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah tersebut. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan pengelola kesulitan memploting kelas yang akan dibuka semester yang akan berjalan. Yang sering terjadi adalah mahasiswa kehabihan kuota untuk mata kuliah pilihan tertentu dan pengelola harus menambah kelas untuk mata kuliah tertentu. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan suatu pola dengan menggunakan data matakuliah pilihan yang akan diambil di semester selanjutnya menggunakan metode Apriori. Tujuannya adalah bisa menemukan pola data mahasiswa yang akan mengambil mata kuliah sehingga memudahkan pengelola program studi dalam memprediksi kelas yang dibuka.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu sekolah mitra dalam menerapkan protokol 3M yang salah satunya adalah menjaga kebersihan tangan. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk melatih petugas sekolah mitra dalam pembuatan produk Hand Sanitizer (HS) dan memberikan produk HS sebagai bahan persediaan untuk menerapkan protokol 3M di sekolah. Sebagai sekolah mitra adalah SMP dan SD Kristen Satya Wacana. Institusi sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat yang berisiko tinggi terjadi paparan virus Covid-19 sehingga penting untuk membantu penegakan protokol kesehatan dengan terjaminnya ketersediaan produk HS. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui pelatihan daring pembuatan produk dan pemberian produk HS kepada sekolah mitra sebagai bahan persediaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan bekal ketrampilan petugas sekolah dalam pembuatan produk HS dan menjamin ketersediaan produk HS dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan.

GlaxoSmithKline is an intermediary that transports products from manufacturers to retailers. After a product is produced by the factory, the product is sold to the distributor PT. GlaxoSmithKline namely PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), PT. This APL will distribute to Minimarket Distributors, and distribute to Supermarkets, Hypermarkets. PT.GlaxoSmithKline assigned Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) and Merchandiser (MD) in supervising or monitoring stock at outlets.This study discusses the problems of the stock monitoring management information system owned by PT. GlaxoSmithKline Semarang. Stock monitoring management is an important problem faced by companies, especially supervision of developing outlets such as Indomaret and Alfamart. In meeting the smoothness of trade as well as the fulfillment of consumer demand, PT. GlaxoSmithKline should make every effort to establish stock availability at these outlets. In carrying out stock availability information, the technique used is still manual so that the company's performance is slow. Each outlet experiences stock changes from time to time, therefore a stock monitoring management information system is needed. The stock monitoring process is carried out by merchandisers who can move within the web network. This can make it easier for companies to monitor existing stock at outlets. This study tries to develop an information system for stock control and web-based prototype development. The development of a web-based prototype is expected to be able to carry out the stock control function including available goods, and out of stock (OOS) items at each outlet.Keywords:   Information system, Stock monitoring, Web.
 

Soybean plant [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] Is a food crop that is a source of fat, protein, and minerals. Drought stress is a major obstacle in the cultivation of soybean plants, which causes the synthesis of excessive amounts of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) which triggers oxidative stress. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is the most stable ROS, in low concentrations it can act as a signaling molecule and activate an antioxidant defense system to protect plants from oxidative stress. The study was conducted at the Plant Structure and Function Biology Laboratory of Diponegoro University. The study aims to determine the effect of H2O2 treatment on the condition of different levels of water availability on the vegetative growth of soybean plants variety Deja 1. Research using a completely randomized design (CRD) 4x2 factorial pattern. The first factor is H2O2 concentration (0 0.5 1 and 2 mM). The second factor is the level of water availability (100 and 35% of field capacity). Each treatment was repeated 5 times. Quantitative data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) followed by DMRT test at 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was an interaction between the H2O2 concentration factor and the level of water supply to the canopy fresh weight. The 2 mM H2O2 treatment at 100% water availability and 1 mM H2O2 with 35% water availability increased vegetative growth as indicated by the canopy and root fresh weight parameters, number of leaves, stomata opening width, relative water content. Based on the results of the study it can be stated that the exogenous H2O2 treatment of leaves with certain concentrations at all different levels of water availability can increase the vegetatif growth of soybean variety of Deja 1.

This study aims to examine the legal analysis of the conversion of agricultural land into housing development in Kabupaten Bima. This research is structured as an empirical legal research based on the consideration that this research in problem analysis is carried out by combining secondary and primary legal materials obtained in the field. The approach used is the statute approach, conceptual approach, and the sociological approach to law. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the mechanism for changing the function of agricultural land into housing development is divided into two mechanisms, namely through a location permit if the land requested is more than 10,000 m2 while the land use change permit is used if the land use is less than 10,000 m2. With the provision that a treatise is required for technical land considerations issued by the National Land Agency of Bima Regency and a decision from the regional spatial planning coordination team regarding recommendations for space utilization permits for housing development. The policy issued by the Bima regency government is to become a reference in the conversion of land functions in line with the main agrarian law regulations and regional regulations on the spatial plan for the Bima district.
