In the digital era, major challenges arise from the rapid development of technology, which has a positive impact on easy access to information, but also provides negative aspects such as dependence on gadgets and exposure to inappropriate content. This affects the formation of students' character, which is vulnerable to the influence of foreign cultures and detrimental information. Therefore, character education needs to be improved, one of which is through learning Social Sciences (IPS) which has an important role in instilling moral and social values. This study uses a literature study method to explore various theories and practices in integrating digital technology in IPS learning to strengthen character education. The results of the study show that IPS learning can be optimized to shape character through the integration of values ??such as responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and respect for diversity, both inside and outside the classroom. Instilling character values ??through IPS is expected to produce a young generation who are not only academically intelligent, but also have a strong character to face challenges in the digital era.
 

The purpose of this research is to determine how income, lifestyle hedonism, and financial literacy impact the financial management of students at the University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya, with self-control as a moderating variable.This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Purposive sample of 30 active university students studied on August 17, 1945. The data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression and Moderation Regression, which were analyzed using the SPSS program. The research results show that financial literacy and a hedonistic lifestyle have a significant impact on students' financial management, while income does not have a significant impact. Overall, self-control does not strengthen the relationship between financial literacy, income, and a hedonistic lifestyle on their personal financial management.

Activities that have tasks and functions according to their provisions require fixed assets, which are an important component in supporting their operations. Indonesia uses Government Accounting Standard Statement (PSAP) Number 07 on fixed asset accounting as the asset treatment system. Every government agency that reports on its accounting treatment, including recognition, valuation, presentation, and disclosure, must use this standard statement. In addition, as a task support unit for the Tarakan City Tourism Office, the Tourism Office also provides financial reports. The purpose of this study is to determine whether this office has presented financial statements in accordance with PSAP No. 07. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the asset components of PSAP No. 07, namely asset classification, recognition, measurement, valuation, expenditure, depreciation, termination and disposal, and disclosure have met the principles of PSAP No. 07 on fixed asset accounting.

The existence of law within a state is one of the fundamental aspects and not merely a formality of the state. Law has a very significant function and influence, both in creating justice, order, protection of human rights, and welfare. Indonesia is one of the countries that has legal pluralism, namely customary law, Islamic law, and national law. These three legal systems are important components in every agenda for the formulation and creation of laws in Indonesia. The tendency of legal characteristics includes regulating societal behavior, being coercive and binding, containing prohibitions and commands. Its purpose is to regulate behavior and relationships among humans. Thus, justice, harmony, and social order are created.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi mengenai Kesenjangan Sosial di lingkungan kampus. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji pandangan dan pengalaman mahasiswa terhadap dampak kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori Stratifikasi Sosial Max Weber untuk menganalisis topik penelitian. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dari latar belakang ekonomi yang berbeda mengalami perbedaan dalam akses terhadap sarana pendidikan, seperti laptop dan transportasi. Upaya atau solusi yang diusulkan termasuk pemberian bantuan keuangan oleh pemerintah dan implementasi kebijakan anti-diskriminasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya program beasiswa dan kebijakan inklusif untuk mengatasi kesenjangan sosial di lingkungan pendidikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kolaborasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang adil dan inklusif bagi semua mahasiswa. Tujuan artikel ini yaitu memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang kesenjangan sosial di lingkungan kampus dan relevansinya dalam konteks sosial yang lebih luas.

Sumatra Island has abundant natural resources, one of which is agricultural land. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economic structure including the level of food security. Thus, the problem can be formulated in the form of how the role of  the agricultural sector and food security is to the economic system on Sumatra Island. This research method is qualitative research with a literature review methods using literature collected in various sources. The purpose of this writing is to describe how the agricultural sector and food security play an important role in the economic system on Sumatra Island. The results of the study show that the agricultural sector plays an important role in supporting food security in the economic system in Sumatra even though it is faced with the challenges of climate change and land conversion. Therefore, collaboration between the community, private sector, and government is needed to improve technology and innovation in food crop diversification.

Shallots are superior vegetable plant and contribute quite significantly to the development of the national economy. The price of shallots fluctuates almost every year. At certain times the price of shallots soars due to high demand while the supply in the market is insufficient. Therefore, an analysis is needed to see what phenomena significantly affect the increase in the price of shallots. The methods used in the study were LSTM, GRU and LR. The results of the analysis show that the LSTM algorithm gets a MAE value of 0.011072172783, MAPE 3.93678% and RMSE 0.03139695060, this error is the lowest compared to GRU getting MAE value is 0.01185741, MAPE 4.2282357% and RMSE 0.03122299395 and LR with MAE 0.0134737280395416, MAPE 5.45081% and RMSE is 0.0313332635305961, so LSTM is a suitable algorithm for predicting shallot data in Pati district.

In order to identify the elements that motivate young people to manage their finances, this study will examine a number of connected topics, including financial knowledge, financial attitudes, income, and religiosity. Primary data, which are questionnaires that are processed using SPSS 25, and secondary data that provide support are the sources of the study data. The findings demonstrated that financial knowledge and religiosity had an effect and were significant on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes and income did not affect financial management behavior.

Instant Noodle Consumption Education Among University Students is a program aimed at raising awareness of the dangers of excessive instant noodle consumption and the importance of a balanced diet. A situational analysis using a questionnaire based on the Health Belief Model (HBM) provided foundational information on students' perceptions of instant noodles, serving as the basis for developing educational media. Next, a combination of poster and educational video media was used to encourage students to limit their instant noodle consumption. Educational content was shared through the social media platform Instagram to reach a larger student audience, leveraging this platform's capacity for rapid and widespread information dissemination. The results showed an increase in students' awareness about balanced nutrition and the health impacts of instant noodles. Ongoing education is expected to help foster healthier eating habits among students.

In the era of advancing technology, accessing information across various fields, including education, has become easier. The digital era demands that students adapt to technology to avoid falling behind in the face of rapid developments. This article employs a literature study method to analyze various theories and previous research relevant to the challenges and opportunities of learning Social Studies (IPS) in the digital era. In this context, both teachers and students need to possess strong digital literacy skills to filter accurate, objective, and useful information that supports the learning process.
