This study introduces OLGA (Ocean Lomban Game), an innovative learning media integrating local wisdom to enhance marine ecology education for fifth-grade elementary students. Given the serious threats to global marine resources from human activities and climate change, early aquatic ecology and conservation education is crucial. OLGA incorporates the traditional Lomban Kupatan ritual from Tayu, Pati, emphasizing ecological balance and cultural heritage. Using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the research involved evaluating current curriculum needs, designing a storyboard, developing the game with MIT App Inventor and animation videos, and implementing it in a classroom setting. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted to measure effectiveness. The results indicated that OLGA significantly improved students' interest and performance in learning marine ecology. Validation by experts confirmed the media's suitability and effectiveness. Teacher and student feedback highlighted its practicality and ease of use, making OLGA a promising educational tool. The study concludes that OLGA effectively combines science education with local cultural elements to foster ecological awareness among students.

Pencatatan akun beban dan pendapatan merupakan elemen penting dalam akuntansi yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi pencatatan yang akurat dan tepat waktu pada kedua akun tersebut, serta pengaruhnya terhadap penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis oleh manajemen. Melalui analisis struktur beban dan pendapatan, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan dan merancang strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi informasi dalam sistem akuntansi modern terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses pencatatan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan yang baik atas akun beban dan pendapatan tidak hanya mendukung kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga stabilitas finansial perusahaan. Lebih jauh, hal ini berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi akuntansi yang canggih dan melakukan evaluasi berkala, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus memastikan transparansi dan keandalan laporan keuangan.

This study develops audio-visual teaching materials to enhance secondary school students’ understanding of conditional sentences in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction. Adopting the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) model, the study involves information gathering, planning, prototype development, field testing, and product revision. The materials include animated videos and interactive exercises designed to engage students and simplify complex grammatical concepts. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and tests reveal improved student comprehension and engagement after using the materials. Teachers noted that these resources align with curriculum requirements and support effective grammar teaching. This study highlights the potential of audio-visual media in addressing challenges in EFL grammar instruction, offering practical and innovative solutions for educators.

The library management information system for SMP Negeri 2 Solear has been successfully implemented. Purpose of creating this information system is to make it easier for members to see the list of available books and borrow books easily, namely online, and to help admin staff in managing book, member and book borrowing data. This information system has two views, namely the user page and the admin page. On the user page, users can register as library members, see available books, and can borrow the books they want. On the admin page, the admin can add, subtract and manage book data, view members' borrowing history, and can see the number of books available. This application was created using PHP and MySQL programming languages, the writing method used was System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system display design used Dia Diagram. It is hoped that with this information system users and admins can access the system anywhere and anytime via the internet. And users don't need to come to the library just to see the availability of the books they want to borrow. Apart from that, admin work can be lighter without taking notes manually.

This study aims to determine how effective the interactive learning media Wordwall is in increasing students' learning motivation in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in elementary schools. Wordwall provides interesting educational game features, so it is expected to arouse students' interest and enthusiasm in learning IPAS. This study uses an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design in the control and experimental groups. Participants in this study were fourth grade students in an elementary school. Data on students' learning motivation were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tests to see the difference in increased motivation between the group using Wordwall and the group using conventional methods. The results showed that the use of Wordwall significantly increased students' learning motivation compared to conventional learning methods. Therefore, Wordwall can be an effective alternative learning media to support students' learning motivation in the subject of IPAS in elementary schools.

The police are a civil public intermediary that regulates order and law. Police officers as state servants must uphold humanitarian values ??and be an example for society. According to Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. The function of the police is one of the functions of the state government in the field of maintaining public security and order, law enforcement, protection, shelter, and service to the community. The problem raised is the working relationship between police function units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police. The method used in discussing the formulation of the problem is normative legal research. Normative legal research is an approach carried out based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations related to this research. The working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police, namely starting from the SPKT Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police coordinating with the police functional units at the Medan Helvetia Police to conduct a crime scene check (TKP); the Samapta Unit carries out security around the house object; the Intelkam Unit conducts an investigation into the case, collects information or (Pulbaket); the Criminal Investigation Unit conducts an in-depth investigation at the crime scene; the Traffic Unit regulates traffic around the crime scene; the Binmas Unit coordinates with the Head of the Environment and local sub-district and the Samapta Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police carries out patrols in the area. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police are external factors such as the lack of public knowledge of the importance of handling the crime scene (TKP); time factors; weather factors. While internal factors consist of being less careful or careless towards an object; lack of facilities and infrastructure for officers; quality of identification officers; facilities and infrastructure.

The distribution of the white swift (Collocalia fuciphaga) is on several large islands in Indonesia. The white swallow has an advantage over the nests of the black swallow and sriti, having edible parts reaching 85-100% of the total nest. Many types of white swallow's nests in Indonesia are known for their different physical characteristics, color and weight. It is not known that these differences occur due to genetic differences or simply due to differences in the type of food and living environment. Differences due to food and environmental factors do not really affect the health function of the nest. Differences due to genetics greatly influence the function of the nest for health. The design of this system is initial research to start mapping white nest swiftlets in Indonesia. The results of the design will be used as a data storage system for genetic mapping of white nest swallows on the island of Java by taking DNA samples of swallows from various habitat areas. The system will store data on habitat areas, record location points and take bird samples from these areas to then carry out laboratory tests to determine the DNA code test of each bird sample. Furthermore, it is hoped that clear genetic mapping results can be used to determine the quality and function of the bioactive components of white swift nests on the island of Java. The mapping results will also be a source of knowledge about the richness of the germplasm of native Indonesian swiftlets.

This study is motivated by several previous studies that conducted motivational research related to teenagers' visits to various types of events. The aim of this research is to validate the findings of previous studies by correlating external and internal motivations in the case study of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) event held at the “Taman Budaya Jawa Timur Cak Durasim” in Surabaya from November 6 to November 8, 2024. This study uses a mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design, where the researcher will analyze quantitative data regarding the general external motivations for attending the event. The findings from this quantitative analysis will then be further explored using a qualitative method to gain insights into the internal motivations of visitors to the event. Through the t-test results, a new finding was discovered, which differs from previous studies, where external motivation does not necessarily have a direct influence on the decision to attend the event. Interviews with several attendees of the East Java Wayang Week (PWJ) revealed that internal motivations also significantly influenced their decision to attend the event.

The Implementation of development activities with learning water activities in schools using facilities and the infrastructure for water activities do not yet exist and have not been designed in the form of the development of assistive devices. Therefore, learning goals cannot be achieved optimally, students tend to feel bored and unmotivated in participating in learning water fitness activities. The purpose of this study is to produce effectiveness and acceptance of noodle foam modification aids for learning water activities in schools. This research is a research and development (R&D) The results of product validation in research were obtained on average 95.8% (very good), with several revisions such as the addition of foam and the replacement of a larger hook to make it stronger. The product was tested on a small scale with an average result of 94.3% (very good). The product is revised by experts and declared to be usable. The product was tested on a large scale with an average result of 96% (very good). Freestyle swimming aids can be used as a learning model for water activities in schools. Suggestions for PE teachers are expected to be able to use this tool for learning water activities in order to help students to be more active and understand and participate in learning physical education.

This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of unilateral executions by creditors that often harm debtors. The study examines the impact of Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 on the execution of fiduciary guarantee objects in Indonesia. This ruling reinterprets provisions in Law No. 42 of 1999 on Fiduciary Guarantees, and the research focuses on the legal uncertainties in the implementation of fiduciary guarantees, particularly regarding the rights and protection of debtors during the repossession of collateral objects by creditors. Although the Constitutional Court’s decision aims to provide a balanced protection between the rights of debtors and creditors, practical challenges in the field indicate that this balance has yet to be fully realized. Unlike previous studies that only discussed the aspects of the decision, this research offers a new perspective by examining the obstacles in the execution process, both before and after the Constitutional Court's decision, and analyzing specific case studies. This study uses a normative juridical method. The findings indicate that although the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 has provided a stronger legal foundation, legal protection for debtors has not been fully achieved. Non-compliance by financing institutions and a lack of understanding of the amended provisions are the main obstacles. Therefore, further harmonization between the Fiduciary Guarantee Law and related regulations is needed to ensure consistent and aligned implementation in fiduciary guarantee execution. Enhanced supervision mechanisms and fair law enforcement are also necessary to achieve balanced legal protection.



Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh praktik eksekusi sepihak oleh kreditur yang seringkali merugikan debitur. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 terhadap eksekusi objek jaminan fidusia di Indonesia. Putusan ini menafsirkan ulang ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada ketidakpastian hukum dalam pelaksanaan jaminan fidusia, khususnya terkait hak dan perlindungan debitur selama proses penarikan objek jaminan oleh kreditur. Meskipun Putusan MK ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keseimbangan perlindungan antara hak debitur dan kreditur, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan adanya tantangan besar, sehingga keseimbangan tersebut belum terwujud sepenuhnya. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya membahas aspek putusan, penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif baru dengan mengkaji kendala implementasi eksekusi di lapangan, baik sebelum maupun setelah Putusan MK, serta menganalisis kasus secara spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 telah memberikan landasan hukum yang lebih baik, perlindungan hukum bagi debitur belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Ketidakpatuhan lembaga pembiayaan dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap perubahan ketentuan menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan harmonisasi lebih lanjut antara Undang-Undang Jaminan Fidusia dan peraturan terkait lainnya untuk memastikan implementasi yang konsisten dan selaras dalam eksekusi jaminan fidusia.. Dalam penerapannya juga diperlukan peningkatan mekanisme pengawasan dan penegakan hukum yang adil sehingga dapat mewujudkan keseimbangan perlindungan hukum.
