The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices (HS) and the role of EPS in organizations or companies in the construction and housing sectors. /property and real estate. These results indicate that investors in the property and real estate sector consider profitability and operational efficiency as indicators of company performance that have the potential to influence share prices. This research has several limitations, such as company coverage, the adjusted r-square value which influences share prices by 35.4%, and has not considered other factors that can mediate return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) on share prices.

This study aims to examine how customer satisfaction at KFC Purus Veteran Padang City is influenced by store atmosphere and service quality. Quantitative research is the methodology used. The results also show a significant effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicates that these variables explain 18.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. The results show that the teacher's strategy in teaching students with reading and writing difficulties is to use an expository learning strategy by utilizing learning media, learning resources, and learning methods that are different from other students, and using an individual approach, and providing special guidance to students with reading and writing difficulties. Hypertension is a problem throughout the world and is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension or high blood pressure can be caused by several factors, both factors that can be changed and cannot be changed. This study aims to find out the percentage of the population with hypertension who receive health services in each region in West Nusa Tenggara province based on age and gender. This research method uses a descriptive research type with samples, namely data on residents suffering from hypertension in 10 districts in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province in 2019-2021 with a sampling technique, namely a non-probability technique of purposive sampling type. The research results showed that of the 119,500 participants consisting of men and women, the majority of participants were over 18 years old. male participants numbered 135,453 while the number of women was 142,889.
