Abstrak:
The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the percentage of loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (2) to find out the criteria that have good performance in loading and unloading services at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (3) to find out the criteria that are considered according to the interests of users Loading and unloading services at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port. The population in this study was 120 people, which is the number of respondents in this study related to loading and unloading service assessment performance and the interests of loading and unloading service users. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the IPA Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of loading and unloading at the Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2021 will reach 5,137,823 Tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 1,873% greater than the monthly target. The productivity of loading and unloading at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2022 reached 6,944,242 tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 2,510% greater than the monthly target (2) CSI calculation results of 77.64%. Thus, the level of customer satisfaction with loading and unloading services is in the satisfactory category. The highest WF value is shown at 10.42% on attribute 8 (safety in the port environment) which means that this attribute is considered the most important by customers in unloading services. The lowest WF value is shown at 9.69% on attribute 7 (clarity of information about loading and unloading) which means that this attribute is considered not too important by customers in loading and unloading services.

Waskita Beton Precast is a company engaged in manufacturing. The products produced include Spun Pile diameter up to 1200mm and other girder products. Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role as a driving force for the Indonesian economy. Kampung Kue Menur UMKM is no exception, which has business potential to develop. However, there are several obstacles faced by MSMEs that can interfere with their development. According to the results of a survey conducted by interviewing MSMEs, it can be seen that there are obstacles to their financial management. The difficulties of MSMEs in preparing simple bookkeeping and determining product selling prices are the main problems faced by MSMEs. Therefore, there is a need for socialization and simple financial bookkeeping training for MSMEs. So that with this dedication, it can be aimed at helping the SMEs of Kampung Kue Menur improve their ability to manage their business finances by carrying out simple financial bookkeeping. The results of the dedication carried out are that MSMEs realize and implement financial bookkeeping in their businesses that have a very important positive impact on businesses such as measuring their business performance, being able to separate personal and business finances, and managing business finances easily.

Businesses that are recognized by society and the government are businesses that have legality because legality is the most important element in a business and is also an identity that legalizes or legalizes a business entity. The problem that will be faced in this dedication to the community is a lack of insight and views on the legality of business, especially in MSMEs. The majority of people in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, are micro, small and medium businesses such as chip businesses, herbal medicine businesses, catering businesses, cooking spices, wet snacks, pastries, and other businesses. The background in this study is the lack of literacy skills in reading and writing, financial, sanis, numeracy and citizenship among students in three schools in the Kampar and Pekanbaru areas. The low ability of the five literacy is thought to affect student achievement. This is due to the low value of student achievement at school. In this study the authors used five literacy, namely reading literacy, numeracy, science, finance, and cultural-citizenship which were applied in three different schools in the Kampar district and Pekanbaru city, namely SDN 009 BINA BARU, SDN 003 Bina Baru Kec. Kampar Kiri Tengah, and SDN 18 Pekanbaru. The research objective is to find out about; 1) Knowing literacy skills in reading, numeracy, science, finance, and cultural-citizenship 2) Knowing the level of learning achievement through these five literacy and 3) Knowing the effect of these five literacy skills on student achievement at SDN 009 BINA BARU, SDN 003 Bina Baru Kec. Kampar Kiri Tengah, and SDN 18 Pekanbaru. In this study using a qualitative approach. the purpose of using this approach is to explain the implementation of the five literacy movement which was carried out to students in three elementary schools in Pekanbaru and Kampar. This research was conducted in three schools, SDN 009 BINA BARU, SDN 003 Bina Baru Kec. Kampar Kiri Tengah, and SDN 18 Pekanbaru. the results of the implementation of the five literacy movement in students and interviews that have been conducted by researchers, implementation at the habituation stage of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 009 BINA BARU, SDN 003 Bina Baru Kec. Kampar Kiri Tengah, and SDN 18 Pekanbaru are in the good category, students can receive new literacy that has never been done in their previous school

Abstrak:
Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.

Abstrak:
In order to create aviation work safety, the role of competent human resources is needed. Airnav Operations is one of the aviation security and safety personnel who is required to have a license who is given duties and responsibilities in aviation safety. The increase in the number of airlines today has led to the opening of routes or flight routes to various regions and abroad. So that a good air traffic service is needed to create security and safety for aviation transportation. Aviation air traffic services aim to expedite and maintain the flow of air traffic, preventing accidents on flights.
This research is a qualitative type research. By conducting observations, interviews, and documentation with Airnav officers at the Solo branch of the Airnav Public Housing Office. This study aims to determine the role of Airnav officers and the obstacles they face in carrying out their duties. It is hoped that all officers will carry out their duties according to the SOP. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role of Airnav operational officers is in accordance with the applicable SOPs, but there are still obstacles to be faced.

Abstrak:
Abstract. Handling of passengers and baggage by officers aviation security refers to the process of security checks carried out on passengers and luggage before taking a flight. This study aims to explain how passengers and baggage are handled by officers aviation security at Yogyakarta International Airport and explained how the dynamics faced by officers aviation security in his duties to handle passengers and baggage.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation in the section security check point for the process of handling passengers and baggage as well as interviews with Performance and Security Coordinator for officers aviation security.
The results showed that the handling of passengers and baggage by officers aviation security at Yogyakarta International Airport is fully in accordance with regulation Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). Officer aviation security facing various dynamics in their duties to handle passengers and baggage. Experienced dynamics such as long queues, different security situations and passengers who do not understand flight regulations, especially luggage that violates the rules.

The airport is one of the most important facilities. The airport is not only a supporting facility for air transportation for aircraft to land and take off, but the airport is also a symbol as well as a gateway to an area and even a regional icon that is very proud of for the region. Exposure or exposure to social media is a gift of popularity by someone who has great influence, such as an influencer. Usually this is done by creating content and then uploading it to social media such as Instagram, or other social media platforms and exposure is also known as ad space. In essence, interest is someone's desire or someone's intention to do something, so that in the service user's interest is someone's desire or intention to use a service.
This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were by giving questionnaires to respondents, interviews and documentation. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, and the coefficient of determination are used.
