Abstrak:
Through seminars and leadership training, the goal of this community service project is to identify an effective leadership model that will enhance the work ethic of Jumantik employees in Setu Village, East Jakarta. Participating in the Effective Leadership program in enhancing work ethics were 100 Jumantik cadres from the village, the heads of the Development of Family Welfare of Setu Village, Cipayung District, and RW in the Setu Village neighborhood of East Jakarta. Lecture and coaching techniques are used in the training process. As a result of this training, a leader must employ effective leadership techniques to enhance work ethic when overseeing Jumantik cadres. To improve the motivation, accountability, and discipline of Jumantik cadres, one successful leadership model employs a transformational and participatory leadership style. This approach encourages open communication and fosters a sense of belonging among the cadres. It has been demonstrated that cadres who regularly monitor mosquito larvae perform better under leadership that offers clear guidance, emotional support, and active involvement in decision-making. Furthermore, the training emphasizes the importance of collaboration and teamwork, which are essential for achieving common goals. Jumantik cadre supervisors are advised to participate in leadership training since effective leadership would facilitate the development of a more inclusive and cooperative leadership model. Thus, it is anticipated that the effective sub-district eradication of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) will be facilitated by the adoption of the appropriate leadership paradigm, ultimately leading to healthier communities and improved public health outcomes. This is expected to make the public more vigilant and protected from potential online fraud in the future. Furthermore, increased legal literacy is expected to create a safer and more trustworthy digital transaction ecosystem for all parties.

Abstrak:
Generally, students stated that the concepts in physics, especially on the material of distance, speed, and acceleration, are difficult to understand. This causes low student motivation and learning outcomes. In order to increase student motivation, understanding of concepts, and learning outcomes, it is necessary to use visual media so that learning is active and enjoyable. The use of visual media, one of which is education game-based learning media, is very helpful for students in understanding physics concepts, especially on the material of distance, speed, and acceleration. The purpose of this study was to determine the study of the use of visual media based on education games that can improve students' understanding of the material of distance, speed, and acceleration. This research method uses the library research method. The form of research uses literature studies with qualitative data acquisition. To obtain data using two databases, namely Google Scholar and Sinta, with document analysis first carried out to identify relevant literature studies. Based on the results of the preliminary study conducted, it was obtained that the use of visual media based on education games is good and flexible. With the use of visual media based on education games, students find it easier to understand the material of distance, speed, and acceleration. In addition, it makes it easier for teachers to carry out learning activities. Learning is more interesting, students are more motivated so that students' understanding, abilities, and learning outcomes increase.

Literasi keuangan adalah cara mengetahui mengelola uang dengan bijak. Pada kenyataannya banyak orang kesulitan dengan literasi keuangan. Hal ini sering kali disebabkan oleh kesalahpahaman atau kurangnya pemahaman tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan literasi keuangan. Dengan demikian literasi keuangan memiliki arti penting bagi semua orang terkait dengan kondisi keuangan individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Untuk itu diperlukan pelatihan literasi keuangan untuk indivisu, keluarga, ataupun masyarakat agar semua individu dan yang terlibat di dalamnya memiliki keterampilan literasi keuangan. Menyadari hal tersebut, salah satu lembaga yang biasa disebut dengan FPBN atau Forum Pendamping Buruh Nasional mengadakan pelatihan literasi keuangan untuk para pendamping sehingga pendamping dapat membagikan pengalamanannya kepada siapa saja yang diampingi. Pelatihan literasi keuangan dimaksudkan agar para peserta memiliki pemahaman tentang keuangan, mengetahui cara menyusun anggaran, melek finansial, dan mempraktikkan pengelolaan keuangan dalam hidupnya. Semua peserta yang hadir dalam pelatihan mengikuti beberapa langkah. Pertama, semua peserta diajak berefleksi tentang keuangan berdasarkan spiritualitas keuangan. Kedua, peserta diajak untuk memahami tentang keuangan dan pengelolaannya. Ketiga, peserta diajak mempraktikkan bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan. Proses pelatihan literasi keuangan ini melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu 1) Tahap persiapan, 2) Merefleksikan pengelolaan keuangan dari sisi spiritualitas, 3) Mengikuti pelatihan, 4) Menyusun perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan. Akhirnya, diharapkan para peserta yang merupakan para pendamping buruh dapat menularkan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan kepada para dampingannya.

Kader merupakan individu dalam suatu organisasi atau kelompok, yang menjadi penggerak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Kader diharapkan menjadi contoh dalam organisasinya. Kader di rukun warga maka pribadi tersebut menjadi contoh untuk kehidupan warga. Sebagai contoh maka kader sudah semestinya memiliki banyak pemahaman terkait dengan kehidupan warga. Salah satu pemahaman yang sebaiknya dimiliki kader adalah kewirausahaan atau entrepreneurship. Salah satu pelaksanaan pelatihan entrepreunership dilaksanakan di Rukun Warga (RW) IV Jl. Maspati IV Bubutan, Surabaya mitra Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika (UKDC) guna upgrading dan mempersiapkan kader untuk semakin mantap berwirausaha. Para kader RW IV telah memiliki berbagai usaha untuk mendukung ekonomi keluarga namun masih perlu terus didorong agar semakin maju dan mantap dalam beriwirausaha. Semua peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan entrepreunership melalui beberapa langkah. Pertama, para kader diajak brainstroming terkait dengan kebutuhan mendesak yang diperlukan sebagai bekal dalam menjadi kader. Kedua, para kader diajak memetakan kebutuhan. Ketiga, para kader diajak mengambil keputusan pelatihan yang terpenting yang akan dilakukan. Keempat, para kader diminta mengusulkan teknik pelatihan yang sebaiknya digunakan. Pelatihan para kader RW 1V Bubutan, Surabaya ini melalui tahap-tahap, yaitu 1) Tahap persiapan, 2) Menghadiri pelatihan, 3) Merefleksikan pelaksanaan entrepreunership 4) Menyusun perencanaan yang akan dilaksanakan untuk perbaikan. Target pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merintis usaha kecil menengah yang dikelola di dalam keluarga sehingga perekonomian keluarga teru terjaga.

Abstrak:
The digital era has compelled MSME actors to adapt, not only in marketing and operational aspects but also in financial management. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management on the performance of MSMEs in the digital era. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 MSME actors in West Nusa Tenggara Province who have utilized digital applications for financial record-keeping. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that sound financial management significantly affects MSME performance, with record-keeping and budget planning being the most dominant indicators.

Abstrak:
The development of social media has triggered a dynamic shift in the meaning of language used in everyday communication. This article aims to analyze the lexical meaning changes and expansions in the Indonesian language as used on social media platforms, particularly Twitter and Instagram. This study employs a descriptive semantic approach with content analysis methods applied to selected viral posts. The findings show that many words experience semantic shift, the formation of new meanings (neologisms), and altered connotations based on digital context. These results highlight the importance of semantic understanding in interpreting the evolving nature of language in the digital era.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the meanings contained in the poem "Bunga Gugur" by W.S. Rendra using a semantic approach. Poetry was chosen as the object of study because of its ability to reflect human life and feelings through poetic symbols and language. The analysis focused on four types of meaning in semantics, namely lexical, grammatical, referential, and figurative meaning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with literature study techniques. The results of the analysis show that this poem is rich in lexical and figurative meanings, which strengthen the message of loss, love, and the transience of life. The use of symbols such as "bunga", "gugur", and "asmara" emphasizes the emotional devastation caused by death. With a semantic approach, the hidden meaning in the poem can be revealed systematically, thus helping readers understand the depth of the message the poet wants to convey. This research is expected to enrich linguistic studies in the analysis of literary works and increase appreciation for modern Indonesian poetry.

Abstrak:
This study explores high school students' perceptions and awareness of human rights violations (HRV) on social media. Using a mixed-method approach involving interviews and questionnaires with 100 students from five schools in Pekanbaru, the research reveals that the majority of students recognize various HRV issues such as hate speech, cyberbullying, discrimination, and privacy violations, and understand their impacts. Approximately 75% of students feel responsible to report HRV incidents, though some hesitate due to fear or perceived helplessness. While most students are familiar with the term HR, only 60% can accurately define protected rights like privacy and freedom from bullying. The average awareness score is 7.5 out of 10, influenced by socio-economic background and parental education. Findings indicate that 70% have witnessed hate speech, 55% have experienced or observed cyberbullying, and 60% acknowledge that spreading hoaxes infringes on the right to information. A significant majority (85%) agree that HR education should be integrated into school curricula. Despite high awareness levels, students' understanding of the boundaries and consequences of digital expression remains limited, highlighting the need for ongoing educational interventions and curriculum development in digital ethics and human rights. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous literacy programs and recommends further research with broader geographic scope and qualitative methods to deepen understanding.

This study aims to explore the influence of self-reward on the learning motivation of PGSD (Primary School Teacher Education) students at Universitas Negeri Padang. Self-reward refers to a form of self-appreciation given by individuals after achieving specific goals or completing tasks. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations involving several students. The pre-test results indicated that most students had a moderate level of learning motivation, with an average score of 65 out of 100. After implementing self-reward strategies such as buying food, playing games, going to karaoke, and taking class trips students demonstrated increased motivation, with the post-test average score rising to 78. Students reported feeling more enthusiastic, confident, and consistent in engaging with academic activities after practicing self-reward. Additionally, self-reward served as an effective coping mechanism to combat academic fatigue and boredom. In conclusion, self-reward plays a significant role in enhancing students’ learning motivation and can be considered a recommended personal development strategy in higher education settings.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the efforts in human resource (HR) planning and development to enhance productivity and work effectiveness at Suzuki Company, Sutomo Branch. Well-structured HR planning and competency development strategies are considered crucial factors in supporting the achievement of operational targets and improving overall company performance. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that continuous training programs, regular performance evaluations, and structured career management have a positive impact on employee motivation and operational efficiency. Therefore, focused and consistent HR planning and development are essential strategies for creating competitive advantages amidst the increasingly intense competition in the automotive industry.
