This study aims to explore the perspective of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers and classroom teachers regarding the form and effectiveness of cooperation in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the topic of Sustainable Lifestyle at Pajajaran State Elementary School. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum emphasizes the importance of collaborative, comprehensive, and contextual learning, where synergy between teachers is the main foundation for the success of thematic projects. This collaboration is essential to ensure that learning not only develops cognitive aspects, but also forms character and environmental awareness in students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews, direct observation during the learning process, and document analysis such as learning implementation plans and P5 project reports. The data was analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive picture of the teacher's collaboration strategy. PJOK teachers play a role in field practice, such as teaching physical activities that prioritize the principles of sustainability and healthy living habits. Meanwhile, classroom teachers emphasized strengthening conceptual material on sustainability through discussions, literacy, and creative projects. The results of the study show that the synergy between PJOK teachers and classroom teachers creates more effective and meaningful learning. Challenges that arise include limited time for coordination, differences in teaching styles, and lack of a comprehensive understanding of sustainability concepts. However, motivation, commitment, and good communication are key factors to overcome these obstacles. This research emphasizes that teacher collaboration is crucial in supporting the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum, while instilling the values of environmental care, independence, and social responsibility in students.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economy, including in the growing culinary sector. Cimol Bojot Aa, a culinary business focusing on selling cimol snacks, operates in a highly competitive market. This study aims to analyze the internal and external environments influencing the business strategy of the SME Cimol Bojot Aa. The methodology used includes SWOT and TOWS analysis, combining internal and external factor analysis to formulate business development strategies. Data were collected through interviews with the business owner, direct observation, and related document studies. The results show that Cimol Bojot Aa has strengths in unique products and competitive pricing, but faces challenges in marketing and financial management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the business focus on strengthening digital marketing strategies and improving financial management for sustainable growth. This study provides practical recommendations for SME owners in planning adaptive and competitive business strategies in the culinary market.

The problem of cyber security and personal data in Indonesia is one of the problems that cannot be underestimated. The National Cyber Security Index (NCSI) report noted that Indonesia's cybersecurity index score was 38.96 points out of 100 in 2022. This figure places Indonesia in the 3rd lowest rank among G20 countries. Globally, Indonesia ranked 83rd out of 160 countries on the report. That Cyber security is an effort to ensure the achievement and maintenance of the security nature of the organization and user assets against Legal Certainty. With this fairly limited explanation and does not cover the scope of cyber security actors, this study is here to offer the urgency of cyber security actors in being responsible and maintaining the security of a company's personal data by linking it with the PDP Law which is still relatively new. The legal issues raised in this legal research are: Responsibility of cyber security actors for leakage of personal data in a company and What is the form of legal protection in Indonesia in maintaining personal data security. The research method uses a socio-legal approach to IT and legal identification. The results of this study show that cyber security actors in a company can be held accountable in accordance with Article 30 of the PDP Law and are responsible for personal data leakage and managing personal data of users within the company. a form of legal protection for individuals in safeguarding personal data is in the form of legal products of Law Number 27 of 2022 (PDP Law

This research aims to develop a web-based school management information system that can improve the efficiency of education administration. In today's digital era, many schools face challenges in effective data and information management. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify and analyze relevant literature related to the development of web-based school management information systems. The results showed that the development of a web-based school management information system is generally able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education administration management, starting from data processing of students, teachers, finances, to reporting. The system supports transparency, speed of access and accuracy of information within the school environment. Although the results show consistent benefits, this research still has limitations in the number of sources and a relatively narrow study, so a broader and more in-depth follow-up study is needed.

This study investigates the intricate relationship between emotional intelligence (EI), communication skills, and job satisfaction among nurses at Pidie Jaya Regional General Hospital. Focusing on the mediating role of job satisfaction, this qualitative analysis synthesizes findings from recent research to elucidate how these factors interact to influence nursing performance and the quality of patient care. Data, gathered from in-depth interviews with 15 nurses, were analyzed using thematic analysis. Key themes revealed that EI significantly enhances communication skills, with emotional awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation playing crucial roles. Job satisfaction, influenced by organizational support, professional development opportunities, and work-life balance, acts as a critical mediator, fostering positive attitudes and effective communication practices. The combined effect of high EI, strong communication skills, and job satisfaction leads to improved patient satisfaction, enhanced teamwork, and reduced errors, impacting overall healthcare outcomes. The study underscores the importance of EI training and supportive work environments in improving nurse performance and quality of care, advocating for holistic approaches that integrate these factors to optimize healthcare delivery.

Mistrust in healthcare settings presents a substantial obstacle to achieving health equity, particularly in regions with unique socio-cultural contexts. This qualitative study explores the multifaceted role of patient trust in enhancing health equity within general hospitals in the Aceh Province, Indonesia, a region with a complex history and distinct cultural norms. Through a review of recent literature (2020-2025), this analysis focuses on how trust influences patient engagement, healthcare utilization patterns following the implementation of Jaminan Kesehatan Aceh (JKA), and ultimately, health outcomes across the province. The study reveals that while JKA has improved overall healthcare access, geographical disparities and financial constraints beyond insurance coverage continue to hinder equitable healthcare utilization. Furthermore, the crucial role of healthcare providers in building trust through cultural competence, effective communication, and empathy is highlighted. The findings underscore the need for targeted interventions that address the root causes of medical mistrust, promote culturally sensitive care, and reduce the social and economic barriers to accessing quality healthcare. This research emphasizes the critical need for healthcare providers and institutions to actively build and maintain trust, especially with under-represented groups, to ensure equitable access and quality of care and improve health equity in Aceh. Future research should evaluate interventions designed to strengthen patient-provider trust and address social determinants of health.

This study aims to explore the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the literacy levels of Indonesian students, with a focus on changes in reading habits and the application of literacy in daily life. The methodology used in this research is a descriptive approach combining both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, which were analyzed to measure students' literacy interest levels and to understand their views on literacy. The results show that the pandemic has led to a significant decline in students' reading habits, caused by factors such as online learning, digital fatigue, limited access to reading materials, and increased use of social media. To address this, it is recommended to provide broader access to reading materials and create an environment that supports literacy, both at school and at home.

This study aims to determine the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat of Palangka Raya City is very important in improving the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus in order to realize efficient and effective governance. This discussion highlights various aspects that influence the effectiveness of the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat, such as coordination between regional apparatuses, human resource management (HR), budget management, performance monitoring, and employee motivation. Good coordination between regional apparatuses will facilitate the administration of government. In addition, competent HR management and efficient budget management are important factors in supporting the implementation of regional government programs. Performance monitoring and evaluation are also needed to ensure that every task and function of the Regional Secretariat apparatus runs according to plan. By considering all these factors, it is hoped that the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus can be more optimal and improve the quality of public services and regional government as a whole.
 

Ekstrak etanol bunga rosella (hibiscus sabdariffa L.) memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sebagai radikal bebas yang dapat meredam dengan penuaan dini sebagai anti aging maka perlu dibuat sediaan farmasi salah satunya topikal yang berupa gel. Sediaan gel dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi Na.CMC untuk mengatahui pengaruh Na.CMC terhadap uji stabilitas sediaan gel ekstrak etanol bunga rosella. Stabilitas gel akan rusak jika sistem campurannya terganggu oleh perubahan suhu, komposisi yang berlebihan atau adanya penambahan salah satu fase secara berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengatahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi Na.CMC terhadap hasil evaluasi dan uji stabilitas sediaan gel ekstrak bunga rosella (hibiscus sabdariffa L) sebagai anti aging. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre eksperimental design yakni dengan one shot case study. Gel diformulasikan dengan variasi konsentrasi Na.CMC yaitu 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%. Uji stabilitas menggunakan metode cycling test meliputi uji organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya lekat, daya sebar, viskositas dan sineresis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi konsentrasi Na.CMC pada formulasi I 2,5%, formulasi II 5% dan formulasi III 7,5% sesuai dengan spesifikasi terhadap evaluasi yang dilakukan pada formulasi I, II dan III uji organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, daya lekat, sineresis dan viskositas formulasi III. Hasil statistik menunjukkan nilai kurang dari 0,05 yang berati terdapat perbedaan signifikan terhadap pH, viskositas, daya sebar, daya lekat terhadap variasi konsentrasi Na.CMC.Kesimpulan tidak terdapat pengaruh evaluasi organoleptis, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, daya lekat, sineresis dan viskositas pada formulasi III sesuai dengan spesifikasi sedangkan pada statitisik stabilitas tidak stabil sebelum dan sesudah.

This study aims to examine how systematic guidance and counseling services are implemented, in accordance with the management planning and adjustments that exist in the field, school environment, or community. This study uses a descriptive approach with a literature study method. The results of the study show that guidance and counseling services have an important role in student development. The concept of consultation services in guidance and counseling is explained in detail, including the objectives, models, and stages of implementation. The study also underlines the importance of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating in the management of guidance and counseling services. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and efficient guidance and counseling services in schools.
