Orthosiphon aristatus is a medicinal plant that has the potential as a natural antibacterial agent. This study aims to evaluate the effect of cat's whiskers leaf extract on microbial growth using Nutrient Agar (NA) media with variations in extract concentrations of 100 gr, 50 gr, and 25 gr. Antibacterial activity tests were carried out using the well diffusion paper disk method, and observations of microbial growth inhibition zones were carried out after incubation for 24 hours at 37°C. The test results showed that there was inhibition of microbial growth that varied according to the concentration of the extract used; a concentration of 100 gr gave the largest inhibition zone compared to 50 gr and 25 gr. Data analysis showed that increasing extract concentration was directly proportional to increasing antibacterial effectiveness. These findings indicate that Orthosiphon aristatus leaf extract has the potential as a natural antibacterial that is effective in inhibiting microbial growth in NA media, so it has the potential to be developed as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical formulations.

This research aims to analyze Shopee application user feedback using Google Colab-based information technology and a proportion distribution approach. The method used includes a Multinomial Naïve Bayes-based classification technique to categorize sentiment into positive and negative. The research results show that the model accuracy level is 90.84% ??with an average precision for the positive and negative categories of 0.93 and 0.78 respectively. The statistical test produces a T-statistic value of 2759.50 with a p-value of 0.0, which shows significance in the difference in the distribution of positive and negative reviews.

The elderly stage is characterized by complex physical, psychological, and social changes, often leading to a decline in bodily functions and limitations in daily activities. This condition frequently results in older adults becoming highly dependent on assistance from others, including family members and caregivers in nursing homes. This study aims to understand the changes in bodily functions experienced by older adults and to identify factors that accelerate or worsen these processes, particularly among those residing in nursing homes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving three older adult participants and one caregiver at Harapan Ibu Nursing Home. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed descriptively to illustrate patterns of functional decline and influencing factors. The main findings indicate that older adults experience decreased mobility, muscle strength, motor function, as well as impairments in vision and hearing. However, those who remain active in daily activities and receive environmental support demonstrate better levels of independence and quality of life. The study concludes that the decline in bodily functions among older adults is a natural process that can be slowed through physical activity, social support, and a supportive environment, enabling them to maintain a meaningful and independent life despite limitations.

Vegetable ingredients are natural sources of active compounds that have the potential to be used as control agents for pathogenic microorganisms in various fields, including health and agriculture. This study aims to evaluate the synergistic effect between aloe vera (Aloe vera L.) and bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) extracts on inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria in different media. Aloe vera extract is obtained using the infundation method, while bandotan extract is obtained using the maceration technique. The concentrations tested were 30%, 45%, and 60% for each extract, as well as a combination of both. Testing was carried out on two main applications: as an antiseptic hand sanitizer by testing germ colonies using Plate Count Agar (PCA), and as a bacteria control Erwinia carotovora, the cause of carrot tuber rot, using the Path Ways Analysis test. The results showed that the combination of aloe vera and bandotan extracts had more significant inhibitory effectiveness than single extracts in both applications. A combination concentration of 60% gave the best results with a reduction in bacterial colonies of up to 90%. The mechanism of action of active compounds such as flavonoids, phenolics and saponins in this vegetable extract plays an important role in damaging bacterial cell membranes and inhibiting the metabolism of microorganisms. This research confirms the potential of using local plant materials as an environmentally friendly and economical solution for controlling pathogenic bacteria in the health and agricultural sectors.

Placement and channeling service management in guidance and counseling is a systematic approach that aims to help individuals find the right path in education, career, and social life. This concept involves several key components, including identification of counselee needs, evaluation of potential, and development of an appropriate placement plan. The method used in this research is qualitative with a type of literature study with activities that include searching, reviewing, reading books or journals relevant to the research. The main purpose of this service management is to facilitate the transition process of individuals from education to the world of work, as well as support their personal development. This involves collaboration between counselors, educational institutions, and industry to ensure that clients receive the necessary information and resources. The findings of this study are to discuss (1) Definition of placement and channeling services, (2) Forms of placement and channeling services, (3) Mechanisms of placement and channeling services, (4) Purpose of placement and channeling services, and (5) Assessment of counseling guidance in placement and channeling services. The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the management of placement and channeling services.

The essence of education as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution is to educate the nation, namely to form citizens who are creative and innovative in applying knowledge to face challenges in social, national, and state life. This study aims to determine the form of learning innovation applied by teachers in the Fiqh subject, especially in the material on usury at Madrasah Aliyah An Nur Pagar Jati. The method used is qualitative research with a field study approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with subject teachers and students of class XI IPS 1 who were the subjects of the application of learning strategies. The strategy applied is the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach. Based on the results of the study, the CTL strategy has been implemented well at MA An Nur Pagar Jati and is able to improve students' understanding of the teaching material. To support the continuous improvement of the quality of education, evaluation and development of learning strategies need to be carried out continuously.

Artikel ini akan membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi elastisitas permintaan, metode pengukurannya, serta implikasi dan strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan berdasarkan konsep ini. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi elastisitas permintaan di antaranya adalah ketersediaan barang substitusi, proporsi pendapatan yang dihabiskan untuk barang tersebut, serta jangka waktu yang diberikan untuk merespons perubahan harga. Semakin banyak alternatif yang tersedia bagi konsumen, semakin elastis permintaan suatu barang. Pemahaman mendalam tentang elastisitas permintaan memungkinkan perusahaan membuat keputusan harga lebih cerdas. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi elastisitas dan menganalisis kondisi pasar, perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan pendapatan dan pangsa pasar. Analisis elastisitas ini membantu mengidentifikasi segmen pasar yang responsif terhadap perubahan harga untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran efektif. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the variables growth opportunity, leverage, managerial ownership and profitability on earnings management. The population used in this research were industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the research observation period was 2018 to 2022. The sample selection used was a purposive sampling method which was adapted to the objectives of the research problem. The number of samples used in the research was 18 from 56 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program tool. The research results show that the growth opportunity and profitability variables have a significant influence on earnings management. Meanwhile, the leverage and managerial ownership variables have no effect on earnings management.

The emergence of the era of society 5.0 is colored by the rapid world of digitalization which describes almost all areas of life including the accountant profession. This study aims to determine the development of digitalization towards society 5.0 and the efforts and challenges made by the accounting profession in facing that era. In this study using a qualitative approach method with interview techniques through online and offline to 2 Respondents of Public Accounting Firms and 2 Respondents of Tax Consultant Firms. The era of Society 5.0 requires accountants to understand technology and use it in their work. The reason is, accountants play an important role in the world of finance and business, which has a positive impact on efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, accountant learning must be adapted to technological developments to prepare future accountants who can face the challenges of the digital era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)  hasil pengembangan e-modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 2) kelayakan e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik, 3) respon siswa terhadap e-Modul berbasis Glideapps pada materi hidangan penutup di SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Hasil prototype e-modul hidangan penutup berbasis Glideapps diuji kelayakannya dari aspek materi dan media  oleh  masing-masing 2 validator ahli materi dan ahli media. Data kelayakan e-modul dan respon siswa dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisoner secara offline menggunakan angket terbuka berskala likert rentangan 1-5. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) hasil e-modul diunduh secara online melalui link mencakup materi hidangan penutup, 2) kelayakan aspek materi e-modul mencapai 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan kelayakan aspek media mencapai 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, 3) respon siswa terhadap uji coba e-modul mencapai 89% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian e-Modul berbasis Glideapps sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
