The use of synthetic feed additives in Peking ducks has adverse effects on their growth and productivity. Spirulina sp., a blue-green algae, has the potential to be used as a safe feed additive that can enhance the growth and productivity of ducks. This study aims to analyze the effects of Spirulina (Spirulina sp.) powder as a feed additive on the histomorphometry of the duodenum in Peking ducks (Anas platyrhynchos), focusing on the duodenal lumen diameter, villus height, villus width, mucosal tunic thickness, submucosal tunic thickness, and muscular tunic thickness. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 35 ducks divided into 5 treatments and 5 repetitions. The treatments included a control group and the addition of spirulina powder in feed at concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10%. The data were analyzed by ANOVA with a significance level of 5%, followed by Duncan's test. The results of data analysis showed that spirulina powder had a significant effect (P<0.05) on villus height and duodenal mucosa tunica thickness. The conclusion of this study is that spirulina powder has the potential to be used as a feed additive to improve digestive performance in male Peking ducks, as evidenced by the increase in villus height and thick tunica mucosa in the small intestine. The novelty of this study lies in the utilization of spirulina powder as a feed additive to increase the size of the duodenal tissue structure in Peking ducks. The results of this study are expected to be a new reference on the potential of spirulina as a feed additive to improve poultry feed quality and digestive performance, especially in peking ducks.

Social fragmentation within community organizations in Kampung Bojong, Bojongsari Village, Kedungwaringin Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, has led to social polarization that hinders community cohesion and inclusive participation. This study aims to formulate strategies for strengthening collaboration to build inclusive and equitable organizations. The method used is a qualitative approach with a participatory case study design. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions (FGDs), using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis was conducted thematically, and validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The results indicate that social polarization encompasses aspects of power, age, politics, economics, geography, and symbolism, reflected in exclusion, information inequality, and weak communication. Factors contributing to low collaboration include lack of trust, dominance of central figures, and limited member capacity. Interventions were implemented through a community-based action research model involving dialogue facilitation, collaborative training, and organizational strategy mentoring. Evaluations showed increased cross-group participation, the formation of communication forums, and reduced social tension. This study contributes practically and theoretically to building resilient organizations through participatory and transformative approaches.

Employee performance in service companies in Indonesia is often hampered by less than optimal organisational culture and work motivation, which impacts on the productivity and competitiveness of the company. This study aims to explore the influence of organisational culture and work motivation on employee performance in service companies in Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative survey with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS, involving 120 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that organisational culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with work motivation having a more dominant influence. This finding strengthens human resource management theory regarding the importance of integrating organisational culture and motivation in improving performance. The practical implication of this study is the need to develop a holistic management strategy to strengthen organisational culture and increase work motivation to encourage optimal employee performance in the service sector. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies with a mixed methods approach and mediating variables to enrich the understanding of human resource dynamics in Indonesia.

Mortality reporting is an important aspect of evaluating the quality of health services. At Hospital X, the still manual mortality reporting system faces challenges such as slow processes and vulnerability to errors, therefore this study aims to analyze the input, process, and output in mortality reporting. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques, data were collected from medical record and administrative staff involved in the mortality reporting process, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of electronic medical records has increased efficiency in mortality reporting. However, data accuracy is still a significant problem caused by data input errors and lack of training for system users. These research findings indicate that ongoing training and improved technology infrastructure are essential to support the EMR system at Hospital X. With an optimal ERM system, it is expected that the quality of mortality reporting will improve, which will later have an impact on improving the overall quality of health services. In carrying out the process of processing health data and information, Medical Recorder and Health Information (PMIK) personnel are needed who have the ability to provide services to patients. The emergence of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning electronic medical records requires every health care facility to run electronic medical records, this makes the workload owned by PMIK reduced. So it is necessary to analyze the challenges of PMIK workload in facing the RME era. The method used is qualitative with a normative law study approach. The approach used for data collection is based on documentation studies through regulations, journals, and news. The tool used for data collection is a notebook. Data processing techniques using secondary data. In carrying out their duties, many Medical Recorders and Health Information (PMIK) still do not understand the use of existing systems properly, this causes delays in the processing of medical data. The abilities possessed by PMIK personnel in the RME era greatly affect the patient data processing process so that it is necessary to conduct training and skill development related to the correct use of the RME system in order to reduce the workload faced by officers.

This research aims to design and develop a specialized frying device for chicken using the deep fryer method. The deep frying method was chosen for its ability to produce a crispy texture and even cooking. The design process of this device involves user needs analysis, mechanical design, and prototype testing. The developed frying device is designed to improve efficiency and consistency in the chicken frying process, as well as to minimize oil absorption in the final product. The test results show that this device is capable of producing chicken with optimal texture and taste. The use of this device is expected to be a practical solution for the culinary industry in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the chicken frying process. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis used was descriptive. After the design process, testing of the device was carried out to determine the doneness of the chicken using cooking times of 8 minutes, 14 minutes, and 20 minutes. The research results showed that the design process was carried out through several stages of component design. The test results indicated that frying for 14 minutes was the most optimal for producing perfectly cooked chicken with a crispy exterior, tender interior, and balanced flavor.

Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital is a Class D Hospital owned by the Indonesian Air Force located in Pakis, Malang Regency. Electronic Medical Records are currently used as a form of transformation of the health care system in Indonesia. Based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, it states that all Health Facilities in Indonesia must organize Electronic Medical Records no later than December 2023. However, the use of Electronic Medical Records has not been widespread in health facilities in Indonesia. So, the purpose of this research is to develop an online Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital outpatient registration application. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection using observation and interview methods with one of the medical record officers at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital. From the results of the study, the design of online registration of outpatients at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital to reduce the risk of errors in entering patient data to be registered. The test results show success in use as expected

Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia berfokus pada penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Namun, pengelolaan data menggunakan Ms. Excel menyebabkan berbagai kendala, termasuk dalam mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk tagihan, dan laporan periodik. Proses pembayaran manual yang sering terlambat juga mempengaruhi operasional dan reputasi organisasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan Framework Laravel. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan umpan balik berkelanjutan dari pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans sebagai Payment Gateway untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran yang aman dan efisien, serta Wablas sebagai Whatsapp Gateway untuk notifikasi otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box, di mana setiap fitur diuji berdasarkan fungsionalitasnya tanpa melihat ke dalam struktur kode.
Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Web ini memungkinkan admin mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk, dan tagihan dengan lebih efektif. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan meliputi login, master data, transaksi, pendaftaran anggota, perpanjangan keanggotaan, perumahan, produk, dan laporan. Semua fitur telah diuji menggunakan pengujian Black Box dan berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi, serta mengatasi kendala yang ada dalam proses pengelolaan data dan pembayaran di Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia.

Digitalisasi berkas rekam medis adalah proses pengubahan data menjadi format digital sehingga dapat diproses, disimpan, dan dibagikan secara elektronik. Digitalisasi rekam medis merupakan salah satu bentuk pendukung pengenalan rekam medis elektronik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sudah terlaksana atau belumnya kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen dan faktor penghambat dalam proses tersebut. digitalisasi pemindaian file rekam medis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas rekam medis bagian perakitan yang merangkap sebagai petugas pemilahan di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan fokus penelitiannya adalah proses digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen belum terlaksana sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) pemusnahan berkas rekam medis yaitu pada tahap “scanning”. dilakukan terhadap BRM yang memuat hal-hal penting untuk kepentingan jangka panjang”. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan mengatur alur pemusnahan rekam medis terutama pada tahap penyortiran sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) yang ada, menambah sumber daya manusia, menyediakan peralatan yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian. Peneliti menyarankan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif.
