Industrial Relations is a system of relationships that exists between actors in the process of producing goods and/or services, including entrepreneurs, workers/laborers, and the government. This system is based on the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In relation to industrial relations issues in Indonesia, the ILO Convention plays a very important role in creating harmonious, dynamic and fair industrial relations. The ILO Declaration on fundamental principles and employment rights is a manifestation of the sincere commitment of the ILO and its member countries to respect, enhance and implement the principles and fundamental rights contained in the eight ILO Core Conventions. These rights include freedom of association for employers and workers as well as the right to collective bargaining. Indonesia has ratified all eight ILO Core Conventions and is committed to realizing these standards in its laws and practices. With this aim, Indonesia hopes to maintain conducive industrial relations in Indonesia.

This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Which can build and create results from performance that are in line with common goals.

Brand identity design is needed as a standard strategy program in a business / company. In order to be effective, a brand identity must be distinguishable from competing brands and be able to represent the product, service, or company over time. The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. With a commitment to intelligently integrating ICT, organizations can become more competitive and flexible in facing continuous changes in the business world.

This PKM is carried out at the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department of DKI Jakarta Province. Jl. H. Naman No.1 RT.1/RW.3, Pd. Klp., District. Duren Sawit, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Currently, employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy are facing various cases of implementing conflicts in the industry that have come but have not been able to overcome them all because the leadership style, organizational commitment and employee performance have not been implemented correctly. Human resource management is a process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. To overcome a number of problems faced by this group, solutions with optimal HR management strategies are needed. The methods used in providing community service counseling and training are pretest, lecture, media outreach, and posttest. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this service activity provided positive results. Because this activity can help employees of the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department understand the need for HR management and leadership style, organizational commitment, employee performance in helping with implementation cases in overcoming conflicts in industry so that they have the quality and quality of being a mentor. So that you can implement and solve all the problems that exist in the industry.

Participating students perform community service as proof of their commitment to strengthening and supporting their community, in accordance with the principles of the Three Dharma Universities which include teaching, research, and devotion to the community. Village Development Program in Penangungan Village, Trawas, Mojokerto, attractive tourist destinations near the mountains, is a real step forward in providing ideas and solutions to the problems of the village community. The Trawas area is a famous tourist destination, with beautiful natural environments, cafes, and tourist attractions that contribute significantly to the village economy. Some destinations in Trawas, such as the Kecambung Valley, are newly opened on October 12, 2023, but may be missed as tourists tend to visit places that are widely discussed in the Trawas area. UPN DKV students focus Bina Village's work program on branding Agrowisata Valley Kecambung to increase the attractiveness and visibility of this new destination.

This study aims to determine the partial significant effect of work environment on employee work discipline, to determine the partial significant effect of organizational commitment on employee work discipline, to determine the simultaneous significant effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee work discipline at the Department of Population and Registration Bima Regency civil servant. The population in this study were 120 employees consisting of 35 civil servants, 21 honorary employees and 64 non-permanent employees. The sample in this study were 35 civil servants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a partial positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee work discipline, there was no partial positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on employee work discipline, there was a positive and significant simultaneous effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee work discipline in Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Fulfillment of Employee Needs using Maslow's needs theory on Work Commitment to Employees at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the population of permanent employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form (online) and direct distribution (offline). The data analysis technique used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test, hypothesis testing used is the coefficient of determination (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that physiological needs, security needs, appreciation needs and self-transcendence needs partially have no significant effect on work commitment with a significant value respectively, (physiological needs: 0.810> 0.05), (security needs: 0.979> 0.05), (appreciation needs: 0.093> 0.05) and (self-transcendence needs: 0.400> 0.05), so that hypotheses H1, H2, H4, and H6 are rejected. While social needs and self-actualization needs have a positive and significant effect on work commitment with their respective values, social needs of 0.014 < 0.05 and self-actualization needs of 0.001 < 0.05, so that H3 and H5 are accepted. The results of this study also found that the variable Fulfillment of Needs (physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs) has a significant simultaneous / joint influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar based on the results of the F test which is worth 25.101> 2.29 F table values and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the fulfillment of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs has an important role in increasing the work commitment of employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar.

This research aims to find out how the implementation of K3 in clinics meets standards and to analyze problems related to the implementation of K3 at Kimia Farma clinic, Pasar Minggu. South Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method by collecting retrospective and concurrent data. The research results obtained are that the Kimia Farma Pasar Minggu Clinic, South Jakarta is a health service place that already has an K3 commitment as evidenced by the availability of a Decree from the Owner of the Clinic Facilities regarding the implementation of K3 as well as a Decree from the K3 Implementation Team, the availability of competent human resources and supported by training and allocation of funds, available SOPs for Standard Precautions Compliance Levels, available B3 waste management carried out by third parties, available SOPs and PPE related to waste management, available SOPs for reporting work accidents, reporting work-related illnesses and available Emergency Response Teams or Red Code Teams.

Sasmita Jaya 2 Vocational School is an educational institution under the auspices of the Sasmita Jaya Foundation. In the last few years, this vocational school has experienced changes in a quite good direction with the change of leadership of a new principal, however there are several problems, especially the organizational culture which has not been optimally internalized among the teachers and the teacher commitment which can be said to be not yet optimal. Because of this, the research team, armed with the results of research related to organizational culture and professional commitment, offered to provide a workshop on strengthening organizational culture for teachers at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2. In detail, the team found various things that made SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 not optimal in internalizing organizational culture among the teachers, these include: 1) the lack of symbols that are not yet visible; 2) organizational culture rituals that have not yet been formed; 3) a reward and punishment system that has not been implemented optimally 4) lack of equal teacher participation in school activities. Solutions that can be offered to Sasmita Jaya Vocational School are: (1) Providing FGDs with the school principal regarding how to build organizational culture, (2) Conducting sharing sessions and (3) providing examples of organizational culture.

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh partisipasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmen kerja membangun perusahaan percetakan dan penerbitan kota semarang, provinsi jawa tengah, Indonesia. Berdasarkan tujuan utama penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan deskriptif korelatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan penerbitan di kota semarang yang mempunyai kantor cabang sebagai distributor di bagian penjualan. Jumlah pegawai di kantor pusat dan cabang sebanyak 1.260 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, dengan teknik probabilitas sampling. Model kerangka teori yang dibuat menunjukkan adanya variabel intervening yang berfungsi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan menggunakan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, komitmen organisasi dan individu mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. The main purpose of this research is to study the impact of participation on decision-making towards organizational performance mediated by workplace commitment to construct a printing and publishing company in Semarang City, province of central Java, Indonesia. Based on the main purpose this research is an applied research descriptive correlative based on data collected which had been done in 2021. The research population consists of employees who work in publishing companies in the city of Semarang which have branch offices as distributors in sales. The number of employees at the head office and branches is 1,260 people. The number of samples taken was as many as 200 people, with a probability sampling technique. The theoretical frame model that has been made shows the existence of intervening variables, those to test the hypothesis which is already proposed. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The result of hypothesis examination shows that participation in decision-making, and organizational and individual commitment have a significant positive influence on organizational performance.

This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare at MI Ma'arif Nu Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto with a research focus: How is the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of head entrepreneurial competence schools in improving the welfare of teachers MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are made by data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification) and data validity. The results of this study indicate that: (1) indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals is reflected in various innovative programs, such as the English-based Billingual Program, Student Shuttle Car, and Morning Prayer (TPQ). Commitment to work hard, have motivation, the principal also pays attention to the welfare of teachers with various forms of support, such as payment of salaries according to certification standard salary, THR, health benefits, allocation of BOS funds, and Family Gathering events. (2) Supporting factors include the experience of school principals in entrepreneurship, innovative programs such as the Billingual Program, Morning Prayer (TPQ) and student pick-ups, as well as transparency with all stakeholders. Inhibiting factors include financial constraints and parental constraints. Limited funds affect the implementation of innovative programs. whereas parental constraints such as limited time and understanding of the program may affect their participation

For organizations, the most important asset is human resources, because basically human resources are the driving factor in every activity within the company. For an organization to carry out its activities to achieve its desired goals, it requires good management, especially human resources, because human resources are the main capital for planning, organizing, coaching and mobilizing other resources in the organization. Human resource management is a part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The level of job satisfaction is the company's focus in retaining its employees. One of them is PT Bank Mandiri Taspen which is a private company that provides banking services for retirees. PT Bank Mandiri Taspen is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri and PT Taspen which was founded on November 3 1992. Currently the company is trying to improve employee performance by paying attention to employee job satisfaction.The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of employee job satisfaction in terms of the work environment, work commitment and compensation on employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive and the method used is quantitative research methods. with the population being all employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The sample used in this research was 75 respondents. The research data used is primary data, which was obtained through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the work environment contributes to job satisfaction. Work commitment contributes to job satisfaction. Compensation contributes to job satisfaction. Then the work environment, work commitment and compensation simultaneously contribute to job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment by examining Job Satisfaction as a mediating variabel on Employees of the Financial Services and Insurance City in West Java. This research is quantitative using primary data. Data analysis was carried out using 100 questionnaires processed with SPSS 27 which showed that Job Satisfaction (Z) was able to mediate the influence of Islamic Spirituality (X1) and Work Ethics (X2) on Organizational Commitment (Y). There is a limitation in this research which is the proportion of the number of research samples. which is less evenly distributed in workplace locations which are still centered in Greater Bandung and employment sectors which are still centered in Conventional Commercial Banks, Rural Banks and Other Financing Institutions. The nature of employees in the Financial Services and Insurance Sector required them to comply with lots of ethical standards. Therefore, Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics need to be facilitated and encouraged to increase Job Satisfaction which has an impact on Organizational Commitment in a way to achieve organizational purposes.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. It is recommended to the hospital management to pay more attention to the job satisfaction of nurses by creating a safe and comfortable work environment, including a clean room, good air circulation, adequate lighting facilities, and adequate health support equipment according to the needs of implementing nursing actions.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills.
