Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

This study aims to describe and analyze the financial performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia, which is reviewed using the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the main website of PT Bukit Asam Tbk and focuses on the financial statements for the period 2018–2022. The results of the research analysis show that the company performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios is in the "very good" category by industry standards. However, there are only two aspects of measurement in the "less good" category of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia's financial performance in several years, namely in terms of debt-to-assets ratio and net profit margin. It can be seen that this company can increase the value of assets and capital to pay corporate debt and guarantee creditor interest payment.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of financial ratios in the telecommunications sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. Financial ratios are financial analysis tools used to evaluate company performance by comparing financial data contained in financial statements. Liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, and market ratios are types of ratios. This research uses a qualitative method with secondary data on financial statements in the telecommunications sector for the 2020-2022 period. The data can be obtained by visiting the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or visiting the company's website. The samples used were only four companies, namely PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that of the four companies, the ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is superior compared to the other three companies because the company can utilize its cash and assets well, fulfill its obligations both short and long term, manage the company well and efficiently, and generate high profits with a reasonable share price.

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

The analysis of Traveloka.com's services in the tourism industry encompasses various aspects, including usability, service quality, customer loyalty, and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. The usability analysis of Traveloka.com's website revealed a high level of usability, as evidenced by efficiency, memorability, error rate, and user satisfaction. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

Mathematics lessons are lessons that are able to provide students with insight into gaining knowledge systematically or how to solve a mathematical problem. One of the goals of learning mathematics is to develop problem solving abilities. This indicates that problem solving is a very important ability to hone in learning mathematics. The method used is literature study or literature review. The study sources are in the form of reference books, published scientific journals, and references on websites accessed via the internet. Theoretical references obtained through literature study research will be used as the basic foundation and main tool for further practice which will be followed up with field research. Polya's theory is a systematic approach to solving mathematical problems which consists of four main steps, namely understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and checking again. This theory has been applied in various mathematics learning contexts, such as in analyzing the difficulty of solving mathematical problems on various materials and levels of difficulty.

This article explores the financial performance of tobacco subsector companies using liquidity indicators in the form of the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. A qualitative approach was applied to this research. This research uses secondary data obtained on the company's official financial report website including the balance sheet and profit and loss report for the 2019-2021 period. The research results show that overall PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk stands out as a company that has very good performance in the context of liquidity ratios. On the other hand, PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk has the lowest liquidity performance among the four companies.

Education marketing is a strategic approach in managing information and image of educational institutions to attract new students. This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies using social media has a very good impact on the interest of new students.

There are five important variables to consider when evaluating an ecommerce website: interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. One user interface that is currently popular in Indonesia is Go-Jek, an e-commerce application that makes it easier for users to purchase goods or services, whether transported or not. In this era of technological development and widespread use of social media, Indonesian people are increasingly connected over long distances. However, despite its benefits, the use of social media also opens up opportunities for criminal acts, especially in the form of phishing. Phishing is a criminal act that targets sensitive information via email, SMS, and websites. Through community service activities in Sindon Village, especially Dukuh Brajan, the dangers of phishing were disseminated to PKK.. The research results showed that socialization was able to increase PKK understanding of the characteristics of phishing, such as the use of certain agency names, urgent sentences, fake links, dangerous files and personal numbers. Phishing outreach can be an effective effort to prevent phishing attacks in society. Thus, it is hoped that this activity can make a positive contribution in protecting the public from phishing threats in cyberspace.

The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Du Pont System adalah analisis rasio yang digunakan untuk dapat mengetahui posisi laba dan penggunaan aset perusahaan dengan menggabungkan beberapa data dari neraca dan perhitungan laba rugi ke dalam dua ringkasan alat ukur kemampuan untuk menghasilkan profitabilitas yang terdiri dari ROI dan ROE. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode Du Pont System dalam mengelola keuangannya pada periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi www.adhi.co.id dan www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2017-2021 tergolong kurang baik. Hal ini dikarenakan, dari lima variabel yang dianalisis dalam metode Du Pont System berupa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), Equity Multiplier (EM), Return On Equity (ROE) berada di bawah standar industri dan hanya EM nya saja yang meningkat, Meningkatnya nilai EM menandakan bahwa perusahaan banyak menggunakan dana eksternal atau utang untuk membiayai aktivitas perusahaan, yang disebabkan dengan adanya ketidakstabilan kinerja pada setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena adanya peningkatan total aktiva yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan peningkatan total ekuitas. Sehingga perusahaan dapat mengelola hutang untuk memperbaiki keuntungan. This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.
